Fig. 24. Mujer de 69 años. Hipogammaglobulinemia tratada con gammaglobulina intravenosa. TCMC muestra una lesión calcificada en la aurícula derecha con catéter venoso central (imágenes superiores). Misma lesión sin calcificaciones en un TC previo de 2 años antes, altamente sugestiva de trombo en relación a catéter venoso central (imagen inferior).
