spa policies<br />
Reservations<br />
To reserve a treatment you can visit our Spa directly or call our reception (928 160 961). We suggest you book your treatment or<br />
circuit at least 1 day in advance. Ask about our special prices for groups, members and our about our Gift Cards.<br />
Treatment Check-In<br />
For your <strong>com</strong>fort, we ask you register at our U Spa reception approximately 10 minutes before your treatment is scheduled to <strong>com</strong>mence.<br />
For the correct functioning of the Spa, we require maximum punctuality please.<br />
Questionnaires<br />
The first time you register at U Spa we request you to <strong>com</strong>plete a simple and confidential questionnaire that will reflect information<br />
concerning your eating habits, health, allergies, etc... This allows us to create a personal file that your therapist will update with<br />
further information such as your skin type, treatments purchased, etc... in order to carefully evaluate each individual case and to<br />
ensure that we are offering you the best treatments and products at all times.<br />
Consultations<br />
If you are a new U Spa user and you are planning to indulge in any of our intensive treatments, you may request a free consultation<br />
prior to your therapy with a specialized therapist or with Spa management. These consultations are included as part of our service<br />
in order to help and advise you on the appropriate treatment to follow according to your needs. You will also receive a detailed explanation<br />
of the treatment and the results you should obtain. We also re<strong>com</strong>mended you assist an additional meeting/s during your<br />
therapy to discuss treatment progress and satisfaction. This way we can be sure to offer the safest and best service possible, while<br />
providing the best results we can.<br />
Water Therapy Circuit<br />
If you are planning to make use of our Water Therapy Circuit, you must bring a swimsuit, cap and rubber sandals. Upon arrival you<br />
will be offered a towel to use in the Spa during your visit. We inform you that all these items are available to purchase at our Spa,<br />
should you not bring them with you.<br />
