ABSTRACT
Design a plan of gestion to prevent5 the risks in security and occupational health in
BIOALIMENTAR CIA. LTDA. Enterprise in Ambato city, the purpose is to get better the
security and health in this job, after doing and analytic investigation of the update situation
of the company where the company is and where it wants to go and reach in this important
aspect of industrial security and occupational health.
Start doing and investigation of the factors that produce those risks, through searching
formats, they give us a clear perspective to find risks matrix (pattern), this pattern present
the analityc risks per area and working place according to triple criteria method
(probability, gravity, vulnerability), then to do the prevention gestion through the following
controls of engineering in the place, in the transmission environment, in the employee and
with the supporting complements to mitigate the risks that they are exposed. To
implement a system against fire hit its okin sources, update signaling.
According to the normative ( INEN 439) waste classification endowment of the individual
equipment protection depending of the implicity risks.
Capacitation and formation in security and health workers and emergency plans too. If we
implement the present investigation we can mitigate and eliminate the risks factors that
cause insecurity inside of BIOALIMENTAR CIA. LTDA. It will be used as the first step to
gestion to prevent the industrial security technician.
