I.-ANTECEDENTES HISTÓRICOS DE LA LEGISLACIÓN NOTARIAL EN EL ESTADO DE NUEVO<br />
LEÓN.<br />
En el boletín notario correspondiente al mes <strong>de</strong> noviembre 2008 hice referencia a las<br />
disposiciones <strong>de</strong> la LEY ORGÁNICA DE NOTARIOS DEL ESTADO DE NUEVO LEÓN DE 1894,<br />
que estuvieron vigentes hasta el 30 <strong>de</strong> abril <strong>de</strong> 1907.<br />
El 1 <strong>de</strong> mayo <strong>de</strong> 1907 entra en vigor la LEY DEL NOTARIADO DE 1907.<br />
Con el propósito <strong>de</strong> continuar con la integración <strong>de</strong>l apartado <strong>de</strong> los antece<strong>de</strong>ntes<br />
históricos <strong>de</strong> la legislación notarial <strong>de</strong>l <strong>Estado</strong> <strong>de</strong> <strong>Nuevo</strong> León, anoto a continuación<br />
algunas reflexiones en torno a la ley <strong>de</strong>l notariado <strong>de</strong> 1907.<br />
Dicha legislación notarial fue publicada en el periódico oficial <strong>de</strong>l estado <strong>de</strong> <strong>Nuevo</strong> León el<br />
día 18 <strong>de</strong> diciembre <strong>de</strong> mil novecientos seis.<br />
