HEMATOMA SUBDURAL<br />
• Agudo y crónico.<br />
• En el RN en el 25% de los casos de traumay en<br />
niños mayores en el 8%.<br />
• Generalmente supratentorial.<br />
• Presencia de convulsiones y aumento de la PIC.<br />
• El crónico se observa en menores de 2 años por<br />
otras patologías de base, con TCE menores.
