Prior to your arrival, please call (506) 2630 9076 to make your appointment. If youare already a guest, simply call extension 071 or 076. Please be sure to inform us at the time of booking your reservation if you have a genderpreference for your therapist, if you have any health conditions, or if you are pregnant. If you must change or cancel your appointment, pleasenotify the spa at least four hours in advance to avoid being charged a 20% cancellation fee. Arriving late will limit the time of your treatment,thus lessening its effectiveness and pleasures. Treatments will be finished on time, so the next guest will not be delayed. The full value ofyour treatment will be charged regardless if you arrived tardy. Cancellation of packages or group reservations requires 48 hours advancednotice.Time for Relaxing!For your enhanced comfort and relaxation, we suggest you arrive at least 30 minutes before your scheduled spa service.
