1.- The animals included in this catalog, will be sold according to the common conditions of the salesrelating to this kind of transaction. The most important terms and conditions are stated in detailbelow. It is understood that each one of the persons who participate and assist to the sale store ormake offers to acquire certain animals, accept in full all the terms and conditions, whether general orparticular, of the auction.2.- Once the auction is initiated, the auctioneer (martillero) shall announce the particular conditionswhich will be ruling the auction, without prejudice of the general conditions mentioned herein.-3.- The commission is of 7 % plus VAT (21%) to the Purchaser.* VAT surcharge for non – resident foreign: 10, 5%.4.- The animals shall be sold in the sight of the interested parties. Notwithstanding, all the animals thatare for sale could be revised by all the interested parties, or by the professionals they appoint.- Suchrevision could be performed in the sale store on the date of the auction until the initiation of theauction.-In connection with the abovementioned matters, all purchasers acquire the animal they have in sight,in the manner the animal is, and it shall be considered that the animal is well-known and acknowledgedby the interested party, and that the interested party accepts all the attributes and virtues ofthe animal, with its possible defects, deficiency or anomalies the animal could have.5.- After the sale of the animal, the seller or the Auction Firm shall not accept any claim which pretendsto rescind or terminate the transaction, obtain a discount in the price, or delay the compliance of thepayment or formalities; claim for damages and prejudices or any "other pretension” based in thedeficiency or mistakes relating to the pedigree, brochure, publicity, physical state, organic, reproductiveor functional of the animal which has been acquired.6.- The payment of the price relating to the acquisition of the animal shall be made “in cash”, on dateof the purchase, except that before initiating the auction, the bidder/ purchaser, has requested theAuction Firm and the seller has issued his conformity in writing, so that in case the bidder results to bea purchaser, he can make the payment in the manner and in the terms different to the ones statedherein. It shall be considered as “particular concessions” the concessions granted to the persons whohave requested, and therefore, they shall not be applicable to other purchasers nor to the othertransactions done by the same purchaser.In addition, It is expressly stated that even when there is a term for the financing of the purchase, itmust be paid in cash: the commission of the auctioneer plus VAT, and the payment of the Income Tax(Ingresos Brutos), applicable to such purchase, and Stamp Tax, including the transference costs of theanimals and any other costs (transport, care, feeding, etc.) which might be applicable by paying onbehalf of the purchaser.
