Limited WarrantyGF Health Products Inc. warrants this product to be free frommanufacturing defects in material and workmanship forits period of warranty that is in accordance with industrystandards. This warranty is extended only to the originalpurchaser/consumer or dealer/non-consumer of this newproduct and to no other purchaser or transferee.GF Health Products, Inc. warrants the John Bunn JB0112-110Nebulizer Compressor and its components to be free fromdefects in workmanship and materials as listed below:Compressor: Five (5) yearsAccessories: Six (6) monthsThe Warranty period for the consumer commences on thefirst date a product is delivered to consumer by seller/dealer.If the product is rented or leased, the warranty period commenceson the invoice date from GF Health Products, Inc.A copy of the invoice showing date of purchase must beprovided when submitting warranty claims. When proofof purchase date is not provided, warranty coverage shallcommence upon GF Health Products, Inc.’s invoice date tothe dealer/purchaser.If within the warranty period, the product or component partis proven to GF Health Products, Inc.’s satisfaction to be defective,GF Health Products, Inc. shall provide, at its option, oneof the following: (1) repair or replacement of any defective ornonconforming part or product or (2) a credit and/or refundof the original selling price. GF HEALTH PRODUCTS, INC.’SSOLE OBLIGATION AND YOUR EXCLUSIVE REMEDY UNDERTHIS WARRANTY SHALL BE LIMITED TO SUCH REPAIR, RE-PLACEMENT, CREDIT AND/OR REFUND.
