<strong>Prólogo</strong> La literatura sobre el federalismo tiene ahora un texto corto, simple y explícito. Un autor joven trata de dar una respuesta a la pregunta: “¿A qué Se parecería una Europa Federal?” dirigida a la audiencia joven. Conduciendo tres entrevistas ficticias con caracteres que más o menos son tomados de la realidad europea política, el autor da una nota de originalidad y dinamismo a la literatura sobre el federalismo europeo. El autor explica qué es el federalismo con un acercamiento muy práctico: las entrevistas ficticias, conducidas por un equipo formado por un joven reportero y un cámara de televisión que trabaja para la TV europea para la Juventud, revelan que el federalismo europeo tiene profundas raíces en la historia y descubren su evolución a tiempo. El libro da los ejemplos exactos de política europea como la educación, 7
