ESA ES LA PREGUNTA CLAVE PARA EVITAR TRABAJAR A CUALQUIER PRECIO, INCLUSO POR DEBAJO<br />
DE TARIFAS QUE NI SIQUIERA CUBRAN LOS GASTOS REALES QUE SUPONE DICHO SERVICIO. EN TIEMPOS<br />
DE CRISIS, DONDE SE HACE MÁS DURA LA COMPETENCIA, ES FÁCIL CAER EN ESE ERROR.<br />
El Ministerio <strong>de</strong> Fom<strong>en</strong>to ha puesto a disposición <strong>de</strong><br />
los interesados difer<strong>en</strong>tes recursos e informaciones<br />
basados <strong>en</strong> datos reales que pue<strong>de</strong>n ayudar a<br />
conocer los <strong>costes</strong> reales <strong>de</strong> explotación <strong>de</strong> un<br />
<strong>autocar</strong>, así como su evolución. Actualm<strong>en</strong>te está<br />
disponible el informe número 23, correspondi<strong>en</strong>te a<br />
<strong>en</strong>ero <strong>de</strong> 2016, <strong>de</strong>l que tomaremos los datos.<br />
CUATRO TIPOS DE AUTOCARES A ESTUDIO<br />
Aunque no <strong>de</strong>termina el precio <strong>de</strong>l <strong>transporte</strong>,<br />
pue<strong>de</strong> ser <strong>de</strong> gran ayuda para que las empresas<br />
tom<strong>en</strong> <strong>de</strong>cisiones al respecto. Para ello se ti<strong>en</strong><strong>en</strong> <strong>en</strong><br />
cu<strong>en</strong>ta <strong>en</strong> el observatorio cuatro tipos difer<strong>en</strong>tes <strong>de</strong><br />
<strong>autocar</strong>es <strong>de</strong>dicados al <strong>transporte</strong> discrecional <strong>de</strong><br />
<strong>viajeros</strong>, <strong>de</strong> manera que pueda servir <strong>de</strong> guía a los<br />
operadores <strong>de</strong> este sector, especialm<strong>en</strong>te para las<br />
empresas más pequeñas.<br />
Para cada uno <strong>de</strong> los cuatro tipos <strong>de</strong> <strong>autocar</strong>es<br />
analizados se plantean tres esc<strong>en</strong>arios difer<strong>en</strong>tes <strong>de</strong><br />
<strong>costes</strong>: media nacional, media <strong>de</strong> las provincias con<br />
mayores <strong>costes</strong> <strong>de</strong> personal (repres<strong>en</strong>tan<br />
aproximadam<strong>en</strong>te el 15% <strong>de</strong> los autobuses<br />
autorizados nacionales) y media <strong>de</strong> las provincias<br />
con m<strong>en</strong>ores <strong>costes</strong> <strong>de</strong> personal (repres<strong>en</strong>tan<br />
aproximadam<strong>en</strong>te el 15% <strong>de</strong> los autobuses<br />
autorizados nacionales).<br />
HERRAMIENTAS DE APLICACIÓN PRÁCTICA<br />
A<strong>de</strong>más <strong>de</strong> contar con el informe <strong>de</strong>l <strong>Observatorio</strong><br />
<strong>de</strong> Costes <strong>de</strong>l Transporte <strong>de</strong> Viajeros <strong>en</strong> Autocar,<br />
el sector dispone <strong>de</strong> dos herrami<strong>en</strong>tas útiles<br />
para po<strong>de</strong>r calcular sus <strong>costes</strong> reales <strong>en</strong> el día a<br />
día <strong>de</strong> su empresa. Una es <strong>de</strong> ACOTRAVI, un<br />
