sobre el nivel <strong>de</strong>l mar, es famosa por su <strong>de</strong>stilería <strong>de</strong> sake <strong>de</strong>bido a la buena<br />
calidad <strong>de</strong> su <strong>agua</strong>. Su sake es igual <strong>de</strong> famoso que el <strong>de</strong> Nada, en la prefectura<br />
<strong>de</strong> Hyogo, y el <strong>de</strong> Fushimi, en Kyoto. El cristal que forma esta <strong>agua</strong> <strong>de</strong><br />
manantial es firme en el centro y se ramifica magníficamente. Se <strong>de</strong>spliega<br />
totalmente no <strong>de</strong>jando ningún espacio vacío.<br />
