7. INVERSIONES FINANCIERAS El detalle y los movimientos de las distintas partidas que componen las inversiones financieras son los siguientes: Es intención de la Sociedad mantener las inversiones hasta su vencimiento. ISBA INFORME ANUAL 2015 38
(A) Inversiones mantenidas hasta su vencimiento: Las obligaciones del Estado devengan un interés anual del 1,40%. Otras imposiciones a plazo consisten en depósitos en entidades financieras y devengan intereses entre el 0,25% y el 1,75%, en el ejercicio anterior este rango oscilaba entre el 0,45% y el 3,75%. (B) Instrumentos de patrimonio: ISBA posee participaciones en un fondo de inversión. La Sociedad posee una participación minoritaria en Compañía Española de Refianzamiento, S.A. (CERSA). El objeto social de CERSA consiste en reavalar parte de los riesgos asumidos por las Sociedades de Garantía Recíproca. ISBA posee acciones del banco Mare Nostrum, derivadas de unas obligaciones convertibles obligatoriamente durante el ejercicio 2013, por importe de 450.000 euros y cuyo valor neto contable es de 202.500 euros. La valoración de dichas acciones se ha realizado en base al precio pagado por el FROB en el último aumento de capital realizado en Junio de 2013, que se considera sigue siendo la mejor valoración disponible.
