Healthy Living
In our team all of us are healthy. Brenda, Katherine, Carlos and Lorena always eat vegetables
and fruit. We drink a lot of water. Mau usually plays videogames, a lot. He shouldn’t play too
much. We really like meat and seafood. We love chocolate and coffee because they are
delicious. We occasionally do exercise. We should exercise ourselves more. We love junk
food, but we hardly ever drink soda. We think we t eat a lot o f junk food. We never
drink alcohol, that isn´t healthy. We always do our ho mework, but Mau sometimes forget
it. Mau shouldn’t forget his homework. We take a bath daily. We wash our teeth three
times a day. All of us always eat after school, except Katherine. Katherine should eat after
school. Our exams are very near and we think that we should study more, to get good
grades. We will be happy with good grades.
We think that our grandparents’ and parents’ lifestyles were very different from
ours. They were very healthy. Our parents used to do sport very often. They played
baseball, football, and basketball on their free time. Our moms and grandmoms ate a
lot of vegetables and fruit. They drank more water than nowdays. Our parents walked
instead of using cars to arrive to a place. The way they lived was simpler and better
tan the way we live now. A few years ago our grandparents and parents spent less
time at work and had more time for themselves. Now we are addicted to technology
and comfort.
