HEALTHY LIFESTYLE<br />
My grandmother, Emelia, is a very nice person. When she was<br />
young, she usually got up early, but she sometimes stayed<br />
awake very late. She always ate vegetables, and she ate red<br />
meat and pork two or three times a week. During the day she<br />
always drank a lot of water, but she hardly ever drank alcohol<br />
and she never smoked. She often walked to work. She usually watched TV and she never<br />
played videogames. She always spent a lot of time with her family. At the weekends she<br />
sometimes went out with her friends, and she hardly ever was stressed.
