El serbio Novak Djokovic se impuso este sábado con un autoritario 6-1 y 6-0 al austríaco Dominic
Thiem y selló el pase a la final del Masters 1000 de Roma, en la que buscará contra el alemán
Alexander Zverev su quinta corona. Djokovic, número 2 del ránking ATP, tardó 60 minutos exactos
para infligir a Thiem la quinta derrota en cinco enfrentamientos y se confirmó intratable en las
semifinales disputadas en el Foro Itálico, que le ven salir ganador ocho veces en ocho intentos. El
jugador de Belgrado había conseguido el pase a la semifinal esta misma tarde, al imponerse al
argentino Juan Martín Del Potro en un partido que empezó el viernes y se completó el sábado a

convirtiéndose en el jugador más joven en alcanzar la final de un Masters 1000 después del propio
