Se propone un edificio que aloje
160 viviendas de varias tipologías
y espacios productivos. Se busca
que el proyecto ayude a modelar el
vacio y a crear una conección entre
Can Ricart y la ciudad. El diseño
se inspira de las preexistencias del
lugar para definir su forma y materialidad.
The proposed building houses 160
homes of various types and productive
spaces. The aim is for the
project to help shape the vacuum
and create a connection between
Can Ricart and the city. The design
is inspired by the preexistences
of the place to define its form and
materiality.

Se plantea una malla de cuadrados de 5.5x5.5m, que, mediante una serie de desplazamientos, busca acercar
los ejes de Can Ricart a los del Eixample. De la asociación de estos cuadrados surge la unidad de agregación
que permite llegar a las diferentes tipologías y a la propia forma del edificio.
A grid of 5.5x5.5m squares is proposed, which, through a series of displacements, seeks to bring
the axes of Can Ricart closer to those of the Eixample. From the association of these squares arises
the aggregation unit that allows to reach the different typologies and the shape of the building
itself.

Urban walkway that ends in a plaza
Descripción | Description
Se propone un paseo que comunica la
parte baja de la zona con el Santuario
de la Cisa y que a lo largo de su recorrido
va creando miradodes. Al final
de este recorrido se crea, mediante
una sobreposición de planos, un plano
polivalente en el encuentro entre el
paseo y el santuario de la cisa.
A walkway that connects the lower
part of the area with the Sanctuary of
the Cisa and that throughout its journey
is creating miradodes. At the end
of this route, a polyvalent plane is
created by an overlap of planes in the
meeting between the promenade and
the sanctuary of the cisa.

Se proyecta un modelo de
industria-jardín para una fábrica de
producción de entramados de madera.
Se busca la sensación de desocupación
del recinto, del cual solo sobresalen
elementos puntuales.
Mediante un porche perimetral se
cose los diferentes componentes de la
fábrica.
An industry-garden model is
projected for a wood-frame production
factory. The sesation of a void
enclosure is sought, of which only
specific elements stand out.
A perimeter porch sews the different
components of the factory.
