He<strong>al</strong>thy living is a state of complete physic<strong>al</strong>, ment<strong>al</strong> and soci<strong>al</strong><br />

well-being. Therefore, it is not limited to take a good diet or<br />

exercise, but it <strong>al</strong>so seeks to take care of the ment<strong>al</strong> state and<br />

emotions.<br />

In order to maintain a he<strong>al</strong>thy lifestyle, it usu<strong>al</strong>ly is just needed to<br />

a person could start by sm<strong>al</strong>l changes in daily life. Try to make a 10<br />

minutes break to inh<strong>al</strong>e and exh<strong>al</strong>e to clear your mind from<br />

stressful or ideas. In order to incorpore physic<strong>al</strong> exercise to your<br />

daily routine, sometimes it is not needed to practice any sport or<br />

spend many hours, just give 30 minutes daily is enough to burn the<br />
