This topic was chosen because
agronomy is the main source of
economy in Coatepec Harinas and
Villa Guerrero, so you can see the
enormous use of agrochemicals,
that´s why we wonder if it affects,
if it does, in which way and at what
level, based on the researching´s
and the previous points, what we did
was to see the possible solutions to
this problem we ask ourselves:
Agronomy is our main source of
income or one of the reasons of our
extinction? Since it is impressive the
amount of agrochemicals used and
their misuse too.
It is important to know about
everything and most important when
it´s harmful to our towns in these two
ways, the first is to the environment
and the second is to people´s health.
Who are in permanent contact with
agrochemicals like workers and their
families or homes near greenhouses.
And for example something harmful
that is seen in the environment, in the
long term is the fertility of soils.
The current world depends without
exception on chemical products
either to increase food production,
protect health and facilitate daily life.
Many of these chemicals are
dangerous and it is necessary to
evaluate the direct or indirect
health risks, when using, storing
them or evacuating them. Its
discharge to the environment
intentionally or not can cause
serious consequences.
When large quantities of these
chemicals that did not exist in nature
are generated and handled, great
problems arise, especially when there
are not physical and biological
processes that can degrade them into
harmless forms.
The lack of controls facilitates the
appearance of pests, but there are
cases in which it can be attributed to
insecticides the responsibility that
non-dangerous species have become
real nightmares for the peasants. On
the other hand, the predatory species
that exert a control on the plagues, as
they are more specialized usually have
a lower renovation rate. And pests,
free from biological control and
increasingly resistant to insecticides,
become more and more dangerous.
The use of herbicides (to combat
weeds) has become widespread with
remarkable speed. These products
are, perhaps, more dangerous than
insecticides, especially herbicides that
act by blocking photosynthesis. Also
herbicides affect aquatic ecosystems:
