LAVELE Corporation SL is a Spanish Real Estate Development and Construction
Management Company and is a wholly owned subsidiary of KARTELLè Corporation
of Toronto, Canada.
KARTELLè Corporation was founded in Toronto, Canada by Steven S. Leyzac in
1979, as a general construction company, specializing in single family detached
homes. Over several decades, KARTELLè has evolved into a multi-faceted, privately-owned
commercial and residential real estate development firm. KARTELLès
operations span several continents, having completed developments in excess of

wood veneer and situated to the left and right sides at 7 metres

wood and veneer combination, as designed.
EXTERIOR WOOD/METAL/GLASS WORK
All the exterior woodwork of the home will be in anodised aluminum,
in colour, with thermal breaks, of premium brands (series
according to the system and size). Overhead pergolas in natural
wood or concrete formed wood look beams.
CCTV
Pre installation of closed-circuit TV system, with Hikvision bullet
cameras on the exterior of the plot which are situated at exterior
perimeter locations and at the secured outer entrance for
person and vehicles, garage and front gate and are all connected
to the home automation system.
CURTAINS
Sheer, off-white coloured curtains to let the light in and blackout
curtains to keep the light out, only in bedrooms, floor to ceiling
height with decorative rods. (Except corner windows). Sheer,

design details. Putting green by Terra in manicured short pile

SPA
The spa area in Villa 1000 is designed for complete relaxation.
It is complemented by an 8-person dry cedar sauna with 10
KWH heater, an 8-person glass and tile steam room and a huge
2-person shower with 2 ceiling mounted rainforest heads with
controls by Steinberg. There is a 220cm x 220cm, 60 jet jacuzzi
whirlpool tub with a free-standing Steinberg tap and a calming
waterfall behind the jacuzzi, running from the ceiling down into
the tub. There is a large relaxation and chill-out area, along with
LED blue lighting and niches for towels and robes. The floors
designed in 120cm x 90cm large - slab MARAZZI Italian
premium porcelain in non-slip version, with the walls in 240cm
x 120cm large - slab MARAZZI Italian premium porcelain. This
same flooring will be used as a surround for the jacuzzi tub in a
mosaic design.

DOORS

STRUCTURE
The system consists of pillars of reinforced concrete to support
the waffle slabs or the solid slab. The retaining walls are made
of exposed concrete and covered in natural rough honed stone.
BASEBOARDS
MDF moulded baseboards finished in high gloss neutral
coloured lacquer.
FACADES
The exterior facade consists of perforated brick measuring
15-25cm thick and patched inside and outside with acoustic and
thermal insulation in wall cavities in projected polyurethane
foam. The interior walls will be 10cm thick and finished in
laminated plaster. Humid spaces such as kitchens or bathrooms
will have special characteristics to resist moisture.
FINISHES
The external finishes will be made with traditional reinforced
waterproof mortars, with reinforcements on material changes.
Drywall coffered ceilings are offered in each room throughout
the home.

On terraces, covered porches and the pool area. Additional
decking of synthetic wood.
The stairs will be built using the same material or marble, with
glass handrails and stainless-steel fitments.
In the lower level and interior bedroom areas, 25cm wide
engineered plank flooring with 3mm thick topping, installed
with adhered cork underlayment for the ultimate in comfort and
unfloor heat transmission.
EXTERIOR
In the external areas, the pool area, loungers, etc, non slip
materials will be installed. The materials to be used will be
Marazzi porcelain and artificial wood decking. Bermuda grass
in natural grass locations. Putting green in woven artificial turf
by Terra, in manicured short pile.
