Desde hace unos años, incorporamos a nuestra gama<br />
de espejos, los denominados ESPEJOS ÓPTICOS. La<br />
aparición de estos espejos vino planteada ante la<br />
necesidad de ofrecer una buena calidad de imagen, en<br />
el máximo aumento posible.La mayoría de espejos<br />
cosméticos utilizan un cristal curvo. Éste es el de<br />
calidad standard. El espejo standard es un cristal muy<br />
fino, de 2 milímetros de grosor. Este espejo es un<br />
producto industrial, fabricado a partir de modificar la<br />
concavidad de una masa de cristal a través de un<br />
prensado.<br />
Gracias a esta concavidad obtenemos los aumentos<br />
deseados. A mayor radio de curvatura mayor es el<br />
aumento. En nuestra gama standard utilizamos los<br />
aumentos de 2X, 3X y 5X. Pero para obtener un<br />
aumento mayor (como por ejemplo de 7X) el radio de<br />
curvatura sería tan grande que no sería viable su<br />
utilización en nuestro producto.<br />
En cambio, los espejos denominados como ópticos,<br />
que diferenciamos con el acabado OP tras la<br />
referencia, son fabricados con una tecnología<br />
totalmente diferente. Se producen usando técnicas<br />
idénticas a las utilizadas para producir lentes de<br />
cámaras fotográficas, telescopios o incluso gafas para<br />
la visión. A partir de un cristal circular, con un grosor<br />
uniforme, se le realizan los procesos necesarios para<br />
obtener el radio de curvatura preciso, que nos<br />
proporcionará el aumento deseado en la imagen<br />
reflejada. Este radio de curvatura queda oculto para el<br />
usuario, ya que instalado en el interior de las lunas, tan<br />
sólo percibirán un espejo con la superficie totalmente<br />
lisa. El concepto es proporcionar en la imagen reflejada<br />
un 100% garantizado libre de distorsión, sin defectos.<br />
Por otro lado, la lupa óptica es un cristal más grueso y<br />
seguro que el standard, hasta aprox. 8,5 milímetros,<br />
dependiendo del diámetro y del aumento necesario."<br />
For some years now, and because of the need to create<br />
both a good quality reflected images and a maximum<br />
possible magnification, we have been incorporating<br />
special OPTICAL MIRRORS into our range of products.<br />
Most cosmetic mirrors use curved crystal which<br />
provides anacceptable standard of quality. Thus, a<br />
standard mirror is produced using very fine 2mm-thick<br />
crystal. The magnification can be changed by modifying<br />
the concavity of the crystal with a press. The greater the<br />
radius, the greater the magnification. In our range of<br />
standard mirrors we offer three different magnifications:<br />
x2, x3 and x5. For anything greater, such asx7, the<br />
radius curve would be too pronounced therefore making<br />
it unsuitable for this type of product.<br />
Optical mirrors (which have the initials OP after the<br />
reference number) are, on the other hand,<br />
manufactured by employing a completely different<br />
technology. It is the same technologywhich is used in<br />
the production of camera lenses, telescopes and, of<br />
course, the glasses that people wear. Starting with a<br />
piece of circular crystal, which has a uniform thickness,<br />
certain processes are applied in order to achieve a<br />
precise curve, which in turn provides the desired<br />
magnification in the reflected image. The curve is<br />
hidden from sight as it is behind the mirror's totally flat<br />
exterior surface. In this way we can guarantee that the<br />
reflected image is completely free of distortion or<br />
defects of any kind.<br />

Por otro lado, respecto a los espejos con luz, a<br />
continuación les ofrecemos una breve explicación de las<br />
diferentes versiones de que disponemos, dependiendo<br />
del tipo de lámpara que se utilice:<br />
<strong>Espejos</strong> con Luz Fluorescente<br />
Corresponden a las referencias 9918…<br />
Se caracterizan por incorporar bombillas fluorescentes<br />
compactas. Funcionan por el paso de la corriente<br />
eléctrica a través de un plasma generado a través de<br />
átomos de mercurio, que al rebotar contra las paredes<br />
del tubo revestidas de fósforo, provocan la aparición de<br />
luz visible.<br />
El calor generado es mínimo, además dependiendo del<br />
fósforo empleado podemos conseguir diferentes<br />
tonalidades de color. Son conocidas por su bajo<br />
consumo (Low Energy), por lo que son ideales para su<br />
funcionamiento en lugares públicos. El único<br />
inconveniente es que para su funcionamiento precisa de<br />
la instalación de una reactancia auxiliar, con lo que<br />
elevamos el coste así como el peso de la pantalla.<br />
Recordamos además que en estos espejos obtuvimos<br />
la marca GS de seguridad eléctrica, otorgada por el<br />
prestigioso organismo certificador alemán Tüv. Se<br />
componen de:* Dos lámparas fluorescentes compactas<br />
del tipo: OSRAM DULUX S 7W/11 840 G23<br />
With respect to illuminated mirrors, here is a brief<br />
description of the different models we have in our<br />
product range.<br />
Fluorescent Light Mirrors<br />
(references 9918 ….)<br />
These use compact flourescent tubes. The electrical<br />
current passes through a plasma which is generated by<br />
mercury atoms. These atoms rebound off the walls of<br />
the tubes, which are coated with phosphorus, and in so<br />
doing create light. Not much heat is generated in this<br />
process, and also different tones of light can be<br />
achieved depending on the type of phosphorus used.<br />
The are known as low-energy bulbs and are ideal for<br />
use in public places. The only inconvenience is that they<br />
require a ballast or reactance device to stabilize<br />
discharge and current. This increases the overall cost of<br />
the appliance and its total weight.<br />
These products are marked with the letters GS for<br />
electrical-appliance security, which was awarded by the<br />
prestigious German certification organization TÜV.They<br />
require two flourescent tubes (OSRAM DULUX S 7W/11<br />
840 G23)<br />

Tecnología LED en iluminación<br />
Esta nueva tecnología revolucionaria aplicada a<br />
nuestros espejos, ofrece mayor eficacia y ahorro de<br />
energía, con un consumo inferior a 3W. Su resistencia<br />
a los golpes y la menor disipación de calor, consiguen<br />
una vida útil superior a 60.000 horas. La versatilidad del<br />
sistema ha permitido lograr pantallas de diseño<br />
extraplano.<br />
Los diodos emisores de luz (Light Emitting Diode) están<br />
basados en semiconductores que transforman<br />
directamente la corriente eléctrica en luz. Mediante una<br />
alimentación en baja tensión de seguridad, son la<br />
alternativa actual a las fuentes convencionales de luz.<br />
LED lighting technology<br />
Applying this new revolutionary technology to our<br />
mirrors we get more efficiency and save energy, with a<br />
consumption of less than 3W. Not only do we get a high<br />
resistance to impacts, but also a life utility of more than<br />
60,000 hours and less heat generation. Likewise we can<br />
benefit from a great versatility in design, getting in our<br />
particular case very flat screens.<br />
A LED is an electronic semiconductor element where<br />
light is generated when electric current passes trough.<br />
With a safety low voltage, there are the present<br />
alternative to the conventional sources of light.<br />
Sensor electrónico<br />
Estos espejos tienen la opción de sustituir el sistema<br />
tradicional de encendido con interruptor por uno de<br />
automático, mediante la aplicación de un sensor de<br />
proximidad. Este sistema de encendido por infrarrojos<br />
se activa al detectar movimiento desde una distancia<br />
aproximada de 2 m.<br />
Electronic sensor<br />
In these mirrors we launch the option of substituting the<br />
traditional switching mode with a movement detector.<br />
This infrared system activates when it detects<br />
movement within 2 metres.<br />

Consideraciones previas<br />
Previamente a la instalación del espejo, compruebe que<br />
la red esté provista de protección diferencial<br />
adecuada.Coloque el espejo próximo a una toma de<br />
corriente, o bien instale una en su proximidad, evitando<br />
utilizar extensiones que puedan resultar peligrosas. A<br />
su vez, coloque el espejo en un lugar fuera del alcance<br />
de posibles focos de agua (mínimo 0.60 m de distancia<br />
a una ducha o bañera) y fuera del alcance de los niños.<br />
Utilización y mantenimiento<br />
No moje el espejo mientras esté conectado a la red. No<br />
conecte el espejo hasta que esté totalmente seco. Si el<br />
cable flexible exterior de este espejo está dañado, debe<br />
ser sustituido por un cable o conexión especial o un<br />
cable exclusivamente suministrado por el fabricante o<br />
su agente comercial responsable.<br />
Para la limpieza de este espejo utilice un trapo seco. No<br />
utilice limpiametales abrasivos que pudieran dañar<br />
elacabado.<br />
Garantía<br />
Este espejo está garantizado por su fabricante durante<br />
un período máximo de 2 años desde su fecha de<br />
compra.Esta garantía cubre el recambio o reposición de<br />
todos los componentes necesarios para el correcto<br />
funcionamiento del espejo.<br />
Quedan excluidos de la garantía los desperfectos<br />
ocasionados durante su período de validez por la mala<br />
utilización del espejo de los que el fabricante no se<br />
hace responsable. Asímismo la sustitución de los<br />
componentes originales (o recambios) por otros de<br />
diferentes características técnicas, sin consultar<br />
previamente con nuestro Dpto. Técnico, puede<br />
comportar riesgo sobre la instalación eléctrica así como<br />
sobre las personas que manipulen el espejo. Por ello es<br />
importante que se sigan las instrucciones detalladas<br />
anteriormente como “Normas Generales de Utilización".<br />
Before installation<br />
This appliance must be earthed. It should be fitted near<br />
to a socket so as to avoid using extension cables. The<br />
mirror should also be at least 60 cm from your shower<br />
or bath and out of the reach of children.<br />
Use and maintenance<br />
Avoid any direct contact with water. If the external<br />
flexible cable or cord of this luminaire is damaged, it<br />
shall be replaced by a special cord or cord exclusively<br />
available from the manufacturer or his service agent.<br />
This mirror should be cleaned with a soft, dry cloth. Do<br />
not use abrasives or chemical cleaners which may<br />
damage the finish.<br />
Guarantee<br />
<strong>Windisch</strong> S.A. guarantees this appliance for two years<br />
from he date of purchase. This guarantee covers any<br />
manufacturing defects and the replacement of all<br />
components which are necessary for correct<br />
functioning.<br />
Damages caused by misuse during the period of the<br />
guarantee are not covered.<br />
The replacement of components and parts which are<br />
not original and therefore do not have the<br />
manufacturer's approval may be dangerous and must<br />
be avoided at all times.<br />

CONDICIONES GENERALES<br />
1. GENERALIDADES<br />
La recepción de un pedido implica por parte del comprador la aceptación de las presentes condiciones generales de venta,<br />
salvo acuerdo expreso entre ambos mediante estipulaciones incluidas en el texto de aceptación del pedido.<br />
2. DISEÑO<br />
Nuestros modelos podrán ser modificados por exigencias de diseño, sin previo aviso, siempre en beneficio del artículo y sin<br />
recurrir en ninguna responsabilidad o indemnización. Las desviaciones de colores y dimensiones corresponden a las<br />
tolerancias habituales.<br />
3. PEDIDOS ESPECIALES<br />
La petición de cualquier modelo no incluido en la tarifa de precios vigente o con un acabado diferente a los reflejados en la<br />
misma, será objeto de una cotización de precio y plazo de entrega por parte del fabricante, y el comprador deberá confirmar el<br />
pedido mediante fax firmado.<br />
No se admiten anulaciones ni devoluciones de pedidos de modelos especiales o acabados distintos a los descritos en nuestro<br />
catálogo.<br />
4. PRECIOS<br />
Sujetos a cualquier variación según las circunstancias del Mercado de materias primas, mano de obra, impuestos, etc.,<br />
facturándose a los que rijan el día de la expedición. Los precios indicados sin sin IVA.<br />
ESTA TARIFA ANULA LAS ANTERIORES.<br />
5. NORMAS<br />
Garantía e instrucciones de uso y mantenimiento van siempre incluidas con el producto. Recordamos que los componentes<br />
originales de cada producto <strong>Windisch</strong> han sido diseñados para su uso exclusivo. Por tanto la sustitución o modificación de<br />
alguno de ellos, sin realizar consulta previa con el fabricante, podrá ocasionar daños de los que <strong>Windisch</strong>, S.A. no se hará<br />
responsable.<br />
Nuestros <strong>Espejos</strong> con Luz cumplen con las directivas 73/23/CEE, 93/68/CEE y 89/336/CEE bajo la norma EN60335-1.<br />
Recomendamos siempre lea detenidamente las instrucciones que acompañan cada espejo antes de proceder a su instalación.<br />
Por último, ante la necesidad de cualquier aclaración o consulta no dude en contactar con nuestro Servicio Técnico.<br />
6. PLAZO DE ENTREGA<br />
Los pedidos que se reciban sin indicación de fecha de entrega se entenderá a servir en el plazo más breve de tiempo de<br />
acuerdo con nuestras posibilidades de entrega y pudiéndolo hacer en varias expediciones, salvo indicación expresa. Los plazos<br />
de entregas o de expedición son dados a título orientativo, por lo tanto un retraso cualquiera o una expedición fraccionada no<br />
será motivo de indemnización o reclamación alguna.<br />
7. RESERVA DE DOMINIO<br />
Toda la mercancía entregada por <strong>Windisch</strong>, S.A. se entiende que no es propiedad del cliente hasta que no se haya realizado el<br />
pago de la mercancía, aunque ésta se encuentre en el almacén del cliente.<br />
8. JURISDICCIÓN<br />
La buena fe que preside las relaciones de <strong>Windisch</strong>, S.A. con todos sus clientes y nuestro deseo de resolver todas las<br />
divergencias por vía amistosa, no hacen pensar como posibles las reclamaciones judiciales. No obstante se prevé este<br />
improbable caso, sometiéndose ambas partes a los Tribunales de Sabadell con renuncia expresa a cualquier otro fuero.<br />

GENERAL CONDITIONS<br />
1. GENERAL RULE<br />
The reception of an order implies on the part of the buyer the acceptance of the present general conditions of sale, except for<br />
express agreement between both parties and by means of stipulations included in the order acceptance text.<br />
2. DESIGN<br />
Our article may be modified by design demands, without previous notice, always in benefit of the article and without appealing in<br />
any responsibility or compensation. Shades and dimensions subject to the usual tolerances.<br />
3. SPECIAL ORDERS<br />
The request of any article not included in the updated price list or with a finish different to the reflected one, will be object of price<br />
quotation and delivery terms on the part of the supplier. The buyer will have to confirm the order by signed fax.<br />
No cancellations will be admitted neither refunds, in orders of special models or different finish to those described in our<br />
catalogue.<br />
4. PRICES<br />
Prices are subject to any variation according to the circumstances of the Market, variations of raw materials, manpower, taxes,<br />
etc. Being invoiced those that rule the day of the expedition. Prices are without TAX.<br />
THIS PRICE LIST CANCELS ALL THE PREVIOUS ONES.<br />
5. NORMS<br />
Guarantee, use instructions and maintenance always go included with the product.<br />
We remember that the original components of each product <strong>Windisch</strong> has been designed for its exclusive use. Therefore the<br />
substitution or modification of some of them, without previous consultation to the supplier, may cause damages. Being<br />
<strong>Windisch</strong>, S.A. not responsible for them.<br />
Our Mirrors with Light fulfil the directives 73/23/CEE, 93/68/CEE and 89/336/CEE under the norm EN60335-1. We recommend<br />
always to read carefully the instructions that are included with each mirror before proceeding to their installation.<br />
In the event of needing further explanations or if you have any doubt, please do not hesitate to contact our Technical Service.<br />
6. DELIVERY TIME<br />
In Orders without indicating delivery date will be understood that the delivery will be done in the shortest delivery time according<br />
to our possibilities and being able to deliver the order in several expeditions. Except for express indication.<br />
The delivery times are given as an esteemed delivery date, therefore a delay in any expedition or partial expeditions won't be<br />
subject to claim or compensation.<br />
7. RESERVATION OF DOMAIN<br />
All goods remain the property of <strong>Windisch</strong>, S.A., until paid in full by the buyer at the agreed price. Although the merchandise is<br />
in the warehouse of the client.<br />
8. ARBITRATION CLAUSE<br />
The participating parties agree that all litigation, discrepancies, questions or claims resulting from the execution or interpretation<br />
of this contract or related with the same either directly or indirectly, will be solved through arbitration at the Court of Arbitration of<br />
Sabadell, which is requested to arbitrate an assign in accordance with its Regulations and Bylaws.The parties also agree to fulfil<br />
the arbitral award which is delivered.<br />
