CHECK-IN INFORMATION
Various check-in services are available to make your travelling easier:
ADVANCE CHECK-IN
Check-in your baggage as early as eight hours ahead of your scheduled time of
departure. Check-in counter is open from 4am-12midnight daily, applicable for
KL International Airport only.
RETURN CHECK-IN
Frequent business travellers will enjoy using our Return Check-in service. This
service allows you to check-in on your departure day without having to perform
a second check-in upon return from the same destination on the same calendar
day. To enjoy this facility, there must be no baggage to check-in on the return
flight and your return journey must be confirmed. This service is applicable only
to domestic flights within Malaysia and flights to Singapore.
ONE-SHOT THROUGH CHECK-IN (OSTCI)
This service enables passengers to check-in only once to their final destination.
Your luggage will be transferred automatically to your final destination (except
those connecting to and from foreign carriers). Transfer passengers will also get
to use special flight information display (FIDS), available throughout the airport,
to keep updated on the status of connecting flights and which gate to board the
plane. This facility is available for connecting flights that have been confirmed
and are departing on the same calendar day.
NO BAGGAGE CHECK-IN COUNTER
This service is available for passengers travelling from Kuala Lumpur and Kota
Kinabalu airports. It is also applicable for travel within Malaysia, between
Kuching and Singapore.
TELEPHONE CHECK-IN
Our convenient Telephone Check-in service is available for First and Golden
Club Classes as well as Enrich Gold members. This service allows passengers
to call in advance before arriving at the airport. Upon arrival, the passenger's
boarding pass will be ready for collection. The passenger will only need to
arrive at the airport 30 minutes before departure if no baggage is to be checked
in and 40 minutes, if there is baggage.
WEB CHECK-IN
Check-in from anywhere, 24 hours to 90 minutes prior to your flight schedule
departure time. All you need is an internet-ready computer and a printer!
Change your seat and update your Enrich number easily.
SELF-SERVICE KIOSK
Why queue up when you can check-in yourself at the airport and have your
boarding pass printed via our FastCheck kiosks. Simple to use, they are
currently available at the KL International Airport.
MOBILE CHECK-IN
With our MHmobile service, all you need is a mobile phone with Internet access
to check-in. By having the boarding pass displayed on your phone, it is the
ultimate in paperless travel and perfect for busy people on the go. Just go to
flymas.mobi on your mobile browser. Currently available for selected domestic
and Singapore flights only.
