Passengers aboard Malaysia Airlines are entitled to baggage allowances as<br />

Excess baggage will be charged at the appropriate journey rate per kilogram.<br />

For your own safety and comfort, please note that each passenger is allowed a<br />
one-piece hand baggage only, which should not exceed these dimensions:<br />
Max. Weight = 5 kg (11 lbs)<br />
Max. linear dimensions 115 cubic cm (56cm x 36cm x 23cm) or 45<br />
(must not exceed) cubic inches (22" x 14" x 9")<br />

SPECIAL NEEDS<br />
We extend special care and attention to the aged, expectant ladies, mothers,<br />
children and the physically challenged. Some washrooms in our wide-body<br />
aircraft are equipped with diaper changing shelves. Please inform our<br />
reservation staff when booking your flight if you require a special Meal,<br />
Wheelchair, stretcher or on board baby meal, feeding bottles, nappies and/or<br />
bassinets or any of the other infant items. All requests should be made no later<br />
than 24 hours before flight departure to ensure availability.<br />
GOLDEN LOUNGES<br />
The facilities available at Malaysia Airlines Golden Lounges are exclusively for<br />
our First and Golden Club Class passengers as well as Enrich Gold and<br />

Our B747, B777 and A330 International Flights offer a wide range of inflight<br />

ENRICH<br />
Malaysia Airlines opens a whole new world of riches with our very own Frequent<br />
Flyer Programme-Enrich. Members can earn Enrich Miles when flying with<br />
Malaysia Airlines and participating airlines (subject to qualifying fares), stay at<br />
participating hotels, convert participating credit/charge card points to Enrich<br />
Miles, rent cars from participating car rental, shop onboard Malaysia Airlines,<br />
purchase holiday packages from Golden <strong>Holiday</strong>s or make international calls<br />
with participating telecommunication partners.<br />
Free membership is open to anyone aged of 2 years and above.<br />

GRADS (Applicable for Malaysian residents only)<br />
GRADS is a student card programme and offers attractive privileges specially<br />
for students. Open to all students aged 12 years and above, attending<br />
government recognised and accredited school or institution of higher learning in<br />
Malaysia or abroad. Applicants must be studying on a full time basis with a<br />
minimum remaining study period of 6 months from the date applied.<br />
Foreign students studying in Malaysia are also eligible.<br />
