CONDICIONES GENERALES DE NUESTRA GARANTÍA
Mediante este documento, FIORA BATH COLLECTIONS, S.L., concede una garantía comercial, en lo sucesivo GC, sobre
los productos que comercializa, en concreto radiadores y separadores, de acuerdo a las condiciones que se expresan a
continuación:
1. La amplitud y la extensión de la presente GC viene determinada por la reparación, el coste de las piezas de recambio, la
mano de obra y, si aplicase, la sustitución del producto amparada por la misma dentro del territorio de la Unión Europea.
Las ventas efectuadas fuera de la Unión Europea no están bajo el alcance de esta garantía salvo pacto expreso de FIORA
BATH COLLECTIONS, S.L.
2. La reparación o sustitución gratuita de toda pieza no conforme, siempre y cuando deben ser realizadas por personal autorizado
por FIORA BATH COLLECTIONS, S.L. En este caso, FIORA BATH COLLECTIONS, S.L. responderá de las faltas
de conformidad que motivaron la reparación o sustitución durante los 6 meses posteriores a la reparación o sustitución.
3. La duración de la presente GC será de 5 años a contar desde la fecha de factura o ticket de compra, o en su caso el albarán
de entrega si la fecha de éste fuese posterior a la de los documentos anteriores.
4. Como excepción al párrafo anterior, el periodo de GC para todos los productos que hayan sido expuestos en locales del
VENDEDOR es de 1 año sin perjuicio del periodo de garantía legal que otorgue el VENDEDOR. El poseedor de esta GC deberá
acreditar la vigencia de la misma mediante la factura de compra del artículo o la escritura de adquisición del inmueble
donde se encuentre dicho artículo.
5. FIORA BATH COLLECTIONS, S.L. garantiza sus productos y sus componentes contra cualquier falta de conformidad,
siempre y cuando los mismos hayan sido objeto de una correcta instalación (conforme a la normativa en vigor y las instrucciones
indicadas para su montaje, mantenimiento y conservación) y se haya hecho el uso debido y para el que fueron
concebidos.
6. El consumidor acompañará al presente documento de garantía debidamente cumplimentado, la factura o el ticket de
compra del producto.
7. Los artículos consumibles (bombillas, tubos fluorescentes, lámparas halógenas, gomas, juntas, etc.) no están cubiertos
por esta garantía.
8. Quedan excluidos de la presente GC:
a. Los daños que se deriven del transporte, si este no ha sido realizado por la FIORA BATH COLLECTIONS, S.L.
b. Los daños derivados de una incorrecta instalación, de manipulaciones o reparaciones efectuadas por personal no
autorizado por FIORA BATH COLLECTIONS, S.L., así como los daños que se deban al desgaste natural, malos tratos,
uso y mantenimiento incorrecto, impropio, anormal o diferente al usual y/o a lo indicado en las correspondientes
instrucciones.
c. Aquellos daños ocasionados por suciedad, incrustaciones, calcinación u otros defectos físicos, químicos o electroquímicos.
d. Los daños que objetivamente no sean susceptibles de imputar al fabricante.
e. En el caso de los platos de ducha, antes de terminar el alicatado y de colocar cualquier otro elemento sobre el plato
de ducha, el instalador deberá verificar la correcta instalación y comprobar que el plato desagua perfectamente. En
caso de no hacer correctamente esta verificación, FIORA BATH COLLECTIONS, S.L. no se hará cargo de los gastos
derivados de la sustitución de los elementos colocados sobre el plato tales como mamparas o cerámicas.
9. En el caso de que el producto entregado al consumidor no sea conforme al contrato de compraventa del producto según los
establecido en el artículo 125 del Real Decreto Legislativo 1/2007 de 16 de Noviembre de 2007, el consumidor deberá informar
al VENDEDOR de dicha falta de conformidad en un plazo de dos meses desde que tuvo conocimiento de la misma.
Asimismo, para ejercer los derechos de sustitución del producto, rebaja del precio o, en su caso, resolución del contrato
de compraventa, el consumidor deberá dirigirse al VENDEDOR del producto
10. Esta garantía no afecta los derechos legales del consumidor que le confiere el Real Decreto Legislativo 1/2007 de 16 de
Noviembre de 2007 en el caso de Reino de España o a lo dispuesto en la Directiva 1999/44/CE del 25 de Mayo de 1999 y
en las respectivas leyes nacionales de transposición de la misma.

GENERAL TERMS OF OUR WARRANTY
Based on this document, FIORA BATH COLLECTIONS, S.L. concedes a commercial warranty, hereafter CW, for the products
it sells, specifically bathroom furnishings and shower trays according to the conditions described below:
1. The detail and scope of this CW is determined by the repair, cost of the spare parts, labour and, if applicable, the replacement
of the product protected by the same within the territory of the European Union. Sales made outside the European
Union are not included within the scope of this warranty unless expressly agreed by FIORA BATH COLLECTIONS, S.L.
2. The repair or replacement of any non-compliant part free of charge, provided that such work is undertaken by authorised
FIORA BATH COLLECTIONS, S.L. staff. In this case, FIORA BATH COLLECTIONS S.L. will respond to the lacks of conformity
that led to the repair or replacement during the 6 months after the repair or replacement.
3. The duration of the CW will be 5 years as from the invoice or receipt date of the purchase or, if applicable, the delivery note
if its date were after that of the aforementioned documents.
4. As an exception to the previous paragraph, the validity period of the CW for all the products which have been on display
on the VENDOR’S premises is 1 year without prejudice to the legal warranty period granted by the VENDOR. The holder of
this CW must prove the its validity with the purchase invoice for the article or the deeds for the property where this article
is found.
5. FIORA BATH COLLECTIONS, S.L. guarantees its products and components against any conformity flaw, provided that they
have been correctly installed (in compliance with the standard in force and the instructions indicated for their assembly,
maintenance and conservation) and that they have been used correctly and as their design intended.
6. The consumer will accompany this warranty document, duly completed, with the invoice or receipt of purchase for the
product.
7. Consumable articles (bulbs, fluorescent tubes, halogen lights, rubber elements, gaskets, etc.) are not covered by this
warranty.
8. The following is excluded from this CW:
a. Damage resulting from transport, if not carried out by FIORA BATH COLLECTIONS, S.L.
b. Damage resulting from incorrect installation, handling or repairs performed by staff not authorised by FIORA BATH
COLLECTIONS, S.L., as well as damage due to natural wear, poor treatment, and use and maintenance which is incorrect,
unsuitable, abnormal or different from usual and/or to that indicated in the relevant instructions.
c. Damage caused by dirt, deposits, scale deposits or other physical, chemical or electro-mechanical defects.
d. Damage which, viewed objectively, cannot be attributed to the manufacturer.
e. In the case of shower trays, prior to completing the floor tiling and fitting any other element on the shower tray, the
fitter must
check that the installation is correct and verify that the tray drains perfectly. Should this verification not be done correctly,
FIORA BATH COLLECTIONS, S.L. will not bear the costs resulting from replacing the elements fitted on the trays such as
shower screens or ceramics.
9. In the event that the product delivered to the consumer is not in compliance with the product sales contract according to the
provisions of article 125 of Legislative Royal Decree 1/2007 of 16th November 2007, the consumer must inform the VEN-
DOR of this lack of conformity within two months of ascertaining this. Likewise, in order to exercise product replacement
rights, reduce the price or, if applicable, cancel the sales contract, the consumer must contact the VENDOR of the product.
10. This warranty does not affect the consumer’s legal rights as granted to them in Legislative Royal Decree 1/2007 of 16th
November 2007 in the case of the Kingdom of Spain or those in Directive 1999/44/EC of 25th May 1999 and their transposition
to respective national laws.
CONDITIONS GÉNÉRALES DE NOTRE GARANTIE
FIORA BATH COLLECTIONS, S.L. octroie à travers ce document une garantie commerciale, ci-après désignée GC, pour les
produits commercialisés, en particulier les radiateurs et séparateurs, conformément aux conditions détaillées ci-après:
1. L´étendue de la présente GC comprend la réparation, le cout des pièces de rechange, la main d´œuvre et, éventuellement, la
substitution du produit garanti au sein du territoire de l´Union Européenne. Les ventes réalisées hors de l´Union Européenne
ne sont pas couvertes par cette garantie sauf disposition contraire expresse de FIORA BATH COLLECTIONS, S.L.
2. La réparation ou la substitution gratuite de toute pièce non conforme à condition qu´elle ait été réalisé par le personnel
autorisé de FIORA BATH COLLECTIONS, S.L. Dans ce cas FIORA BATH COLLECTIONS, S.L. assumera les défauts de
conformité ayant motivé la réparation ou la substitution durant les 6 mois ultérieurs à la réparation ou à la substitution.
3. La durée de la présente GC est de 5 ans à compter de la date de la facture ou du ticket d´achat, ou éventuellement du bon
de livraison si sa date était ultérieure aux documents mentionnés.
4. Exceptionnellement au paragraphe précédent, la période la GC pour tous les produits exposés dans les établissements
du VENDEUR est de 1 an indépendamment de la période de garantie légale concédée par le VENDEUR. Le détenteur de
cette GC devra justifier que la garantie est en vigueur avec la facture d´achat ou l´acte d´achat de l´immeuble où se trouve
cet article.

5. FIORA BATH COLLECTIONS, S.L. garantit ses produits et ses composants contre tout défaut de conformité, à condition
qu´ils aient été correctement installé (conformément aux normes en vigueur et les instructions indiquées de montage, maintenance
et conservation) et l´utilisation correcte pour laquelle ils ont été conçus.
6. Le consommateur devra joindre au présent document de garantie dûment rempli, la facture ou le ticket d´achat du produit.
7. Les consommables (lampes, tubes fluorescents, lampes halogènes, pièces en caoutchouc, joints, etc.) ne sont pas couverts
par cette garantie.
8. Les dommages suivants sont exclus de la présente GC:
a. Les dégâts liés au transport, s´il n´a pas été réalisé par FIORA BATH COLLECTIONS, S.L.
b. Les dégâts dérivés d´une installation incorrecte, de manipulations ou de réparations effectuées par le personnel non
autorisé par FIORA BATH COLLECTIONS, S.L., ainsi que les dommages dus à l´usure, les mauvais traitements, l´usage
et la maintenance incorrecte, impropre, anormale ou différente aux instructions indiquées.
c. Les dommages liés à la saleté, les incrustations, la calcination ou tout autre défaut physique, chimique ou électrochimique.
d. Les dommages qui ne sont pas objectivement susceptibles d´être attribués au fabricant
e. Dans le cas des plateaux de douche, avant de terminer le carrelage et d´installer tout autre élément sur le receveur,
l´installateur devra vérifier que l´installation est correcte et que l´eau s´écoule parfaitement par le receveur de douche.
Si la vérification n´est pas faite FIORA BATH COLLECTIONS, S.L. n´assumera pas les frais dérivés de la substitution
des éléments placés sur le plateau de douche comme par exemple les pare-douches ou les éléments en céramiques.
9. Dans le cas où le produit livré au consommateur n´est pas conforme à l´acte d´achat d´après le contenu de l´article 125 du
Décret Royal Législatif 1/2007 du 16 Novembre 2007 du Royaume d´Espagne, le consommateur devra informer le VEN-
DEUR de ce défaut de conformité dans un délai de deux mois à compter de la prise de connaissance du défaut. Ainsi,
pour exercer les droits de substitution du produit, réduction de prix ou, éventuellement, la résiliation du contrat d´achat, le
consommateur devra s´adresser au VENDEUR du produit.
10. Cette garantie n´affecte pas les droits légaux du consommateur indiqués dans le Décret Royal Législatif 1/2007 du 16
Novembre 2007 dans le cas du Royaume d´Espagne ou conformément à ce qui est mentionné dans la Directive 1999/44/
CE du 25 mai 1999 et les lois nationales respectives de transposition.
CONDIZIONI GENERALI DELLA NOSTRA GARANZIA
Mediante il presente documento, FIORA BATH COLLECTIONS, S.L., concede una garanzia commerciale, in seguito denominata
GC, sui prodotti che commercializza, in particolare radiatori e pannelli radianti a parete, conforme alle condizioni
dettagliate in seguito:
1. La magnitudine e l’estensione della presente GC viene determinata dalla riparazione, dal costo dei pezzi di ricambio, dalla
mano d’opera e, se necessario, dalla sostituzione del prodotto, ai sensi della normativa interna dell’Unione Europea. Le
vendite effettuate al di fuori dell’Unione Europea non sono comprese in questa garanzia, salvo accordo esplicito di FIORA
BATH COLLECTIONS, S.L.
2. La riparazione o sostituzione gratuita di eventuali pezzi non conformi, deve essere effettuata da persone autorizzate da
FIORA BATH COLLECTIONS, S.L. In questo caso, FIORA BATH COLLECTIONS, S.L. risponderà della mancata conformità
che ha giustificato la riparazione o sostituzione durante i 6 mesi successivi alla riparazione o sostituzione.
3. La durata della presente GC sarà di 5 anni dalla data della fattura o scontrino d’acquisto o eventualmente della bolla di
consegna se la data di quest’ultima fosse posteriore a quella dei documenti precedenti.
4. Come eccezione al paragrafo precedente, il periodo della GC per tutti i prodotti esposti presso i locali del RIVENDITORE è
di 1 anno, oltre al periodo di garanzia legale che stabilisca il RIVENDITORE. Il titolare della GC dovrà dimostrare la vigenza
della stessa mediante fattura d’acquisto dell’articolo o rogito dell’immobile in cui si trova l’articolo in questione.
5. FIORA BATH COLLECTIONS, S.L. garantisce i propri prodotti e componenti contro qualsiasi mancata conformità, a condizione
che i prodotti siano stati oggetto di una corretta installazione (conforme alla normativa vigente e alle istruzioni indicate
per il montaggio, la manutenzione e la conservazione), di un uso corretto per cui sono stati progettati.
6. Il consumatore allegherà al presente documento la fattura o lo scontrino d’acquisto del prodotto.
7. Gli articoli consumabili (lampadine, tubi fluorescenti, lampade alogene, elastici, guarnizioni, ecc) non entrano nella garanzia.
8. Sono esclusi dalla presente GC:
a. I danni derivanti dal trasporto se non è stato effettuato direttamente da FIORA BATH COLLECTIONS, S.L.
b. I danni derivanti da un’incorretta installazione, manipolazione o riparazioni effettuate da persone non autorizzate da
FIORA BATH COLLECTIONS, S.L., ed eventuali danni causati dall’usura manuale, maltrattamento e manutenzione
incorretta, impropria, anormale o diversa dall’abituale e/o da quanto indicato nelle istruzioni d’uso.
c. I danni causati da sporcizia, incrostazioni, calcinazione o altri effetti fisici, chimici o elettrochimici.
d. I danni che oggettivamente non sono imputabili al fabbricante.
e. Nel caso dei piatti doccia, prima di concludere il piastrellamento e di appoggiare altri elementi sul piatto doccia, l’installatore
dovrà controllare la corretta installazione e verificare che il piatto doccia scarichi correttamente. Nel caso in
cui questa verifica non venisse effettuata correttamente, FIORA BATH COLLECTIONS, S.L. non assumerà le spese
derivanti dalla sostituzione degli elementi situati sui piatti, ad esempio box doccia o ceramiche.
9. Nel caso in cui il prodotto consegnato al consumatore non fosse conforme al contratto di vendita del prodotto ai sensi di

quanto stabilito nell’articolo 125 del Reale Decreto Legislativo 1/2007 del 16 novembre 2007, il consumatore dovrà comunicare
al RIVENDITORE la mancata conformità in un termine di due mesi dal momento in cui ne è venuto a conoscenza.
Inoltre, per esercitare i diritti di sostituzione del prodotto, ribasso sul prezzo o, eventualmente, rescissione del contratto di
vendita, il consumatore dovrà dirigersi al RIVENDITORE del prodotto.
10. Questa garanzia non esclude i diritti legali del consumatore conferitigli dal Reale Decreto Legislativo 1/2007 del 16 novembre
2007 nel caso del regno di Spagna o dalla Direttiva 1999/44/CE del 25 maggio 1999 nelle rispettive leggi nazionali di
trasposizione della stessa.
7
UNSERE ALLGEMEINEN GARANTIEBEDINGUNGEN
Mit diesem Dokument erteilt die FIORA BATH COLLECTIONS, S.L. eine Handelsgarantie, nachfolgend HG, für die von ihr
vertriebenen Produkte, also konkret Heizkörper und Abscheider. Hierfür gelten folgende Bedingungen:
1. Umfang und Weite der vorliegenden HG werden von der Reparatur, den Kosten für Ersatzteile, Arbeitszeit und ggf. Ersatz
des von dieser Garantie innerhalb der Europäischen Union gedeckten Produkts bestimmt. Produkte, die außerhalb der
Europäischen Union verkauft werden, sind nicht von dieser Garantie gedeckt, es sei denn, dies wird ausdrücklich mit der
FIORA BATH COLLECTIONS, S.L. vereinbart.
2. Kostenlose Reparaturen oder Ersatz des nicht ordnungsgemäßen Stücks, unter der Bedingung, dass die Arbeiten durch von
FIORA BATH COLLECTIONS, S.L. zugelassenes Personal vorgenommen werden. In diesem Fall haftet die FIORA BATH
COLLECTIONS, S.L. innerhalb eines Zeitraums von 6 Monaten ab der Reparatur oder dem Ersatz für die Mängel, die zur
Reparatur oder zum Ersatz führten.
3. Die Gültigkeitsdauer der vorliegenden HG beträgt 5 Jahre ab dem Datum der Rechnung oder des Kassenzettels bzw. des
Lieferscheins, wenn letzteres Datum nach dem der o.g. Dokumente liegt.
4. Als Ausnahme zum obigen Abschnitt beträgt die Dauer der HG für alle Produkte, die in den Einrichtungen des VERKÄUFERS
ausgestellt waren, 1 Jahr, unbeschadet der rechtlichen Garantiezeit, die vom VERKÄUFER gewährt wird. Der Besitzer dieser
HG muss die Gültigkeit derselben durch die Rechnung über den Kauf des Artikels oder den Kaufvertrag der Wohnung
nachweisen, in der sich dieser Artikel befindet.
5. Die FIORA BATH COLLECTIONS, S.L. gewährleistet ihre Produkte und deren Komponenten gegenüber jeder
Ordnungswidrigkeit unter der Bedingung, dass dieselben korrekt installiert wurden (gemäß den gültigen Vorschriften und
den Montage-, Wartungs- und Instandhaltungsanweisungen) und dass sie in angemessener Weise und für den ihnen
entsprechenden Zweck benutzt wurden.
6. Der Verbraucher muss der vorliegenden, ordnungsgemäß ausgefüllten Garantie die Rechnung oder den Kassenzettel für
den Kauf des Produkts beilegen.
7. Verbrauchsgegenstände (Glühbirnen, Leuchtstoffröhren, Halllogenlampen, Gummis, Dichtungen usw.) sind nicht von dieser
Garantie gedeckt.
8. Von der vorliegenden HG ausgeschlossen sind:
a. Schäden, die aufgrund des Transports entstanden sind, wenn dieser nicht von der FIORA BATH COLLECTIONS, S.L.
durchgeführt wurde.
b. Schäden, die aufgrund einer fehlerhaften Installation, Handhabung oder nicht von Personal, das von der FIORA BATH
COLLECTIONS, S.L. zugelassen ist, durchgeführten Reparaturen entstanden sind, sowie Schäden, die auf natürliche
Abnutzung, schlechte Behandlung, fehlerhafte, nicht angemessene, anormale oder außergewöhnliche und/oder den
entsprechenden Anweisungen zuwiderlaufende Nutzung oder Wartung zurückzuführen sind.
c. Alle Schäden, die durch Schmutz, Ablagerung, Kalzinieren und andere physikalische, chemische oder elektrochemische
Mängel entstanden sind.
d. Schäden, die objektiv nicht dem Hersteller anzulasten sind.
e. Im Falle von Duschwannen muss der Installateur vor dem abschließenden Verfliesen und Anbringen irgendwelcher
Elemente auf dem Duschwannen die korrekte Montage prüfen und sicherstellen, dass das Wasser perfekt aus
dem Duschwannen abläuft. Falls diese Prüfung nicht korrekt durchgeführt wird, übernimmt die FIORA BATH
COLLECTIONS, S.L. nicht die Kosten, die sich aus dem Ersatz der auf dem Duschwannen angebrachten Elemente wie
Duschabtrennungen oder Keramikfliesen, ergeben.
9. Im Falle, dass das dem Verbraucher gelieferte Produkt nicht dem Kaufvertrag des Produkts gemäß den Bestimmungen
in Artikel 125 des königlichen Gesetzesdekrets 1/2007 vom 16. November 2007 entspricht, muss der Verbraucher den
VERKÄUFER über eine derartige fehlende Entsprechung innerhalb von zwei Monaten nach Kenntnisnahme dieser Mängel
informieren. Außerdem muss der Verbraucher sich an den VERKÄUFER des Produkts wenden, um seine Rechte auf Ersatz
des Produkts, Preisreduzierung oder ggf. Auflösung des Kaufvertrages geltend zu machen.
10. Diese Garantie hat keinen Einfluss auf die gesetzlichen Rechte des Verbrauchers, die ihm aufgrund des Königlichen
Gesetzesdekrets 1/2007 vom 16. November 2007 im Falle des Königreichs Spanien, bzw. aufgrund der Bestimmungen
der EU-Richtlinie 1999/44/EG vom 25. Mai 1999 und der entsprechenden nationalen Gesetze zur Übernahme derselben
zustehen.

ALGEMENE GARANTIEVOORWAARDEN
Door middel van dit document verleent FIORA BATH COLLECTIONS, S.L., een handelsgarantie, hierna te noemen: HG, concreet
is deze geldig voor radiatoren en scheidingswanden, dit alles overeenkomstig de hieronder vermelde voorwaarden:
1. De omvang en het bereik van deze HG is afhankelijk van de reparatie en de kosten van de vervangingsonderdelen, het
arbeidsloon en, indien van toepassing, de vervanging van het product door een gelijk product binnen het grondgebied van
de Europese Unie. De verkopen verricht buiten de Europese Unie vallen niet onder deze garantie, behoudens in het geval
dat uitdrukkelijk anders is overeengekomen met FIORA BATH COLLECTIONS, S.L.
2. Kosteloze reparatie of vervanging van alle onderdelen die gebreken vertonen, mits deze worden verricht door personeel dat
daartooe bevoegd is door FIORA BATH COLLECTIONS, S.L. In dat geval stelt FIORA BATH COLLECTIONS, S.L. zich verantwoordelijk
voor de gebreken die aanleiding gaven tot de reparatie of vervanging gedurende een periode van 6 maanden
volgend op de reparatie of vervanging.
3. De duur van deze HG is 5 jaar, gerekend vanaf de datum van de factuur of het aankoopbewijs, of, in voorkomend geval, de
leveringsbon, indien de datum hiervan later is dan de eerder genoemde documenten.
4. In uitzondering op de voorgaande paragraaf, is de termijn van de HG van alle producten die tentoon gesteld werden in
de winkels van de VERKOPER 1 jaar, onverminderd de wettelijke garantie die de verkoper verleend heeft. De houder van
deze HG moet de geldigheid daarvan aantonen aan de hand van de aankoopfactuur van het artikel of de koopakte van het
onroerend goed waar dat artikel zich bevindt.
5. FIORA BATH COLLECTIONS, S.L. garandeert zijn producten en de onderdelen daarvan tegen gebreken in het geval dat
die correct zijn geïnstralleerd (overeenkomstig de geldende voorschriften en de instructies gegeven voor de montage,
onderhoud en instandhouding) en indien er een correct gebruik van het product voor het doel waarvoor die ontworpen zijn
wordt gemaakt.
6. De consument moet naast dit correct ingevulde garantiebewijs, de rekening of het aankoopbewijs van het product overleggen.
7. De verbruiksartikelen (gloeilampen, tl-buizen, halogeenlampen, rubber, pakkingen, enz.) vallen niet onder deze garantie.
8. Uitgesloten van deze HG is:
a. Door transport veroorzaakte schade, wanneer het transport niet verricht werd door FIORA BATH COLLECTIONS, S.L.
b. De schade die het gevolg is van een niet correcte installatie, van werkzaamheden of reparaties verricht door personeel
dat daartoe niet bevoegd was door FIORA BATH COLLECTIONS, S.L., evenals schade die het gevolg is van natuurlijke
slijtage, slechte behandeling, een gebruik of onderhoud dat incorrect, ongepast, ongewoon of afwijkend van wat
gebruikelijk en/of vermeld staat in de desbetreffende instructies is.
c. Schade aangebracht door vuil, afzetting, verkalking of andere fysische, chemische of elektrochemische gebreken.
d. De schade die objectief niet verwijtbaar is aan de fabrikant.
e. In het geval van douchebakken moet de installateur voordat de betegeling klaar is en er een ander element op de douchebak
geplaatst wordt controleren of die correct geïnstalleerd is en of de waterafvoer perfect werkt. In het geval dat
deze controle niet correct uitgevoerd is zal FIORA BATH COLLECTIONS, S.L. de kosten die voortvloeien uit de vervanging
van de elementen die op de douchebak geplaatst zijn, zoals schermen of keramiek niet voor haar rekening nemen.
9. In het geval dat het product dat geleverd is aan de consument niet conform is aan hetgeen vermeld staat in het koopcontract
van het product moet de consument, overeenkomstig het bepaalde in artikel 125 van het Koninklijk Wetgevend Besluit
1/2007 van 16 november 2007, de VERKOPER hiervan op de hoogte brengen binnen een termijn van twee maanden
gerekend vanaf de dag waarop hij kennis neemt van dat gebrek. Tevens dient de consument, om zijn recht tot vervanging
van het product, prijsverlaging of, in voorkomend geval, ontbinding van de koopovereenkomst te kunnen uitoefen, zich te
richten tot de VERKOPER van het product.
10. Deze garantie doet geen afbreuk aan de wettelijke rechten die de consument heeft uit hoofde van het Koninklijk Wetgevend
Besluit 1/2007 van 16 november 2007 in het geval van het Koninkrijk Spanje of uit hoofde van het bepaalde in de Richtlijn
1999/44/EG van 25 mei 1999 en de desbetreffende nationale wetten waarin deze is omgezet.

Para una limpieza rutinaria (después de ducharse) basta con enjuagar el plato con agua y asegurar una ventilación
suficiente del cuarto de baño.
Para una limpieza cuidadosa, se debe enjuagar el plato con agua y jabón (o cualquier otro producto comercial
para la limpieza de baños de los existentes en el mercado) y limpiar con una esponja no abrasiva. En todos los
casos hay que evitar el uso de productos de limpieza o desinfectantes que contengan alcohol (para la colección
SILEX®) y productos de limpieza o desinfectantes que contengan disolventes o ácidos (para la colección ELAX®).
Los productos abrasivos (estropajos, trapos o similares) tampoco son adecuados.
Para manchas persistentes pueden utilizarse los “borradores mágicos” existentes en el mercado.
Los platos de ducha que FIORA® fabrica llevan el marcado CE, es por ello que antes han tenido que pasar los
diferentes ensayos que se especifican en la norma en lo referente a aptitud de limpieza y durabilidad para poder
marcarlos con el sello CE.
En nuestra vida cotidiana utilizamos muchos productos que, en un momento u otro, pueden entrar en contacto con
los productos que FIORA® fabrica. Es por ello, que además de los ensayos requeridos para marcar los platos con el
sello CE, nuestro Departamento de I+D+I, somete a todos nuestros materiales a diferentes ensayos para determinar
el grado de incidencia, la durabilidad y la resistencia de nuestros materiales ante el posible ataque de esos productos
que se encuentran en nuestras vidas.
Estos ensayos son siempre concebidos y llevados a cabo desde el punto de vista práctico, utilizando productos
reales que podemos encontrar en cualquier supermercado. No obstante, las condiciones de aplicación sobre el
artículo FIORA® resultan mucho más severas que lo que ocurría dentro de unas condiciones de uso normales
A continuación, se muestran los resultados obtenidos sobre muestras reales de SILEXPOL®. En ambos casos, la
tipología del ensayo fue siempre la misma, ya que se aplicaba el producto que aparece en la tabla, durante el tiempo
indicado, cubriendo la otra parte de la probeta y comparando posteriormente ambas superficies.
En todos los casos, una vez transcurrido el tiempo indicado, se eliminaba el producto y se limpiaba la probeta
utilizando agua y un limpiador general.

Separadores Wall-System®
Es un producto FORA®, cuyo objetivo es aislar la ducha del resto del cuarto de baño a modo de mampara, aunque
también pueden ser utilizados como separadores de zonas dentro del cuarto de baño creando diferentes ambientes,
como pudiera ser el inodoro del resto. Por lo tanto, una vez instalados, no se van a mover.
El separador WALL SYSTEM® se presenta en dos versiones: una normal y otra calefactada. Está fabricado con
SILEXPOL®. Para el mantenimiento de los separadores de la versión normal seguir las indicaciones de los platos de
la colección SILEX®. Para el uso y mantenimiento de la versión calefactada ver manual de radiadores.
Paneles para alicatar
Se trata de un producto FIORA® que dota a las paredes del cuarto de baño del diseño y estética que FIORA BATH
COLLECTIONS S.L. persigue. Suple el habitual alicatado de los cuartos de baño, por lo que una vez montados ya
no se moverán.
Para el mantenimiento, simplemente hay que mantener una limpieza para la que se han de seguir las mismas pautas
que para los platos SILEX® y los separadores WALL SYSTEM®.
Faldón para sobreelevar
Se trata de una estructura de madera colocada bajo el plato de ducha en la que por aquellos lados donde va a ser
visible la estructura se coloca un faldón de SILEXPOL®. El faldón se presenta en tres texturas (plaquetas, pizarra y
liso) que mantienen la estética del plato por los laterales visibles, dando la sensación de un plato con mayor espesor.
Una vez instalado sólo se verán las caras laterales de SILEXPOL®, por lo tanto el mantenimiento será el mismo que
el del plato de ducha SILEX®.
Soporte ajustable Sep-System®
Se trata de un producto FIORA® diseñado para facilitar el montaje del plato de ducha de la serie SILEX® que evita la
utilización de morteros y similares, así como los problemas derivados de ellos.
Una vez que la estructura ha sido adaptada y fijada a las dimensiones deseadas se montará el plato encima y
pasará a formar parte del suelo, quedando oculto e inaccesible, por lo que no requerirá ningún mantenimiento
posterior. Simplemente se ha de cuidar que el SEPSYSTEM® quede bien asentado y se haya montado correctamente
sellándolo como se indica en el manual de montaje.

Para el montaje de platos de ducha, lo primero que debemos tener en cuenta son las posibilidades de instalación
según la colección del modelo de plato de ducha. Dependiendo de las condiciones en que se encuentre el suelo
del baño, podremos instalar el plato de un modo o de otro, y esto se verá afectado por el tipo de obra que sea, una
reforma o una obra nueva. Y en el caso de ser una reforma, también afecta si anteriormente existía un plato de ducha
o una bañera.
Existen tres modos de montaje: ENRASADO AL SUELO, SOBRE EL SUELO y SOBREELEVADO DEL SUELO.
Según la opción y el modo de instalación elegidos, FIORA BATH COLLECTIONS S.L. da la posibilidad de utilizar el
SEP SYSTEM o el BASTIDOR FALDÓN para un montaje final conforme con las necesidades del usuario.
Los paneles para alicatar se montan sobre las paredes del baño sustituyendo al habitual alicatado. Los paneles
horizontales generalmente se utilizan para completar el hueco dejado por las bañeras cuando se sustituye la bañera
por una ducha, y los paneles verticales van destinados a panelar la pared completa.
Las dimensiones de los paneles para alicatar hacen que el montaje sea rápido y más uniforme al necesitar menos
elementos que en el alicatado con azulejos.
Según el tipo de panel utilizado, la unión entre paneles varía:

FAQ’s (PREGUNTAS FRECUENTES)
PLATOS DE DUCHA
Al usar el plato por primera vez observo que el agua no fluye adecuadamente a pesar de estar correctamente
instalado y nivelado. Los platos durante su fabricación y transporte se cargan de electricidad estática que hace
que el agua no fluya correctamente las primeras veces. Si usted lava el plato con agua, jabón y un trapo, observará
que este problema disminuye considerablemente. Posteriormente y a los pocos usos el problema desaparecerá
completamente.
El plato no evacua el agua y está correctamente instalado y nivelado. Este problema puede deberse a que el sifón
y/o la tubería de desagüe están obturados o bien existe un segundo sifón colocado. En estos casos, quite la rejilla
de acero inoxidable y extraiga la pieza del sifón; si el problema persiste es probable que la tubería este obturada; si
el problema desaparece es que existe un segundo sifón en cuyo caso la pieza extraída no debe ser vuelta a colocar.
¿Qué capacidad de evacuación tienen los platos? Todos los platos presentan una capacidad máxima de
evacuación de líquidos de viscosidad similar a la del agua de entre 0,53 y 0,85 litros/segundo según el sifón que se
coloque.
¿De qué material están fabricadas las rejillas? Las rejillas son de acero inoxidable AISI 316 cortadas mediante
láser de alta definición y con ambas caras pulidas.
Las rejillas lacadas están fabricadas a partir de acero inoxidable AISI 340 con una capa de imprimación de pintura
epoxi al horno más la capa de acabado en el color solicitado
¿Puedo solicitar repuestos? FIORA BATH COLLECTIONS S.L. mantiene un stock de repuestos para todos los
elementos que componen el plato. Solicite presupuesto a nuestro Departamento Comercial de aquellos que necesite.
¿Es necesario impermeabilizar debajo del plato? Los platos de ducha son 100% estancos y no permiten el paso
del agua. Salvo normativa específica de construcción, no requieren de colocación de membrana o similar por debajo
de ellos, siendo esta una de sus generales ventajas en comparación con las duchas de baldosas.
¿Es necesario algún mantenimiento de la instalación de un plato? Tan sólo se ha de reapretar los tornillos del
sifón (levantando la rejilla superior) pasado un mes de su uso.

PLATOS DE DUCHA COLECCIÓN SILEX
¿Qué herramienta debo utilizar para cortar los platos? Los platos deben cortarse con un disco de diamante,
similar a los utilizados en el corte de piedra, azulejos, ladrillos, etc. Los platos mixtos sólo pueden cortarse por la
zona “seca”.

¿Cómo se elimina la función de sifón? Se debe extraer el cilindro, retirar el tapón y acortar el cilindro a 15 mm, para
poder seguir utilizando el filtro. Después colocar de nuevo el cilindro y el filtro.

¿Qué material debo utilizar para pegar platos? El pegado y/o sellado de los distintos elementos se realizara
utilizando un sellante de tipo SIKA comercial que son productos que se venden listos para el uso, que no necesita
mezclado y que generalmente son de secado rápido. Este tipo de productos suele ser utilizado también en juntas
de dilatación con poco movimiento, artefactos sanitarios, pegado de revestimiento, marcos de puertas y ventanas.
DISPONIBLE BAJO DEMANDA.
IMPORTANTE: El cemento blanco o el cemento o el cemento cola no son materiales útiles para realizar la función
de pegado.
¿Es posible reparar elementos de SILEXPOL®? Los platos de ducha de FIORA® fabricados a partir de este
material pueden ser reparados si se ha realizado un uso indebido de los mismos. De esta manera, pueden ser
retocadas zonas que hayan sufrido pérdidas de la capa superficial de pintura, o incluso zonas en las que existan
orificios (provocados por ejemplo, por la caída de elementos punzantes).
¿Qué pendientes de caída presentan los platos? El diseño de los platos FIORA® y la posterior fabricación de los
moldes tiene, como uno de los factores más relevantes, dotar al plato de unas pendientes que permitan evacuar el
agua rápidamente a razón de un mínimo de 0,6 litros/segundo.
Dependiendo de las dimensiones y el modelo de plato estas pendientes de desnivel oscilan desde un mínimo de 1 %
hasta un máximo del 2,5 %, dependiendo de la posición del desagüe.
PENDIENTE: 1% AL 2,5%
¿Los KIT DE REPARACIÓN son almacenables? Los kit de reparación no son almacenables, ya que se evaporan o
pierden sus cualidades. Deben ser solicitados para una reparación concreta y sólo son válidos para un uso.
¿Son los sprays almacenables? Los sprays son un recipiente a presión y exento de aire, por lo que su contenido
no pierde propiedades y puede ser utilizado en diversas ocasiones.
Voy a utilizar el spray por 2ª vez y no funciona. Si el envase no está vacío, este problema puede deberse a que en el
difusor de color rojo sobre el que presiona se ha quedado la pintura seca del anterior uso. Introduzcalo unos iminutos
en disolvente o solicite un difusor nuevo a FIORA®
PLATOS DE DUCHA COLECCIÓN ELAX
¿Puede cortarse el plato? Si, es muy sencillo, tan sólo se necesita una buena cuchilla o un cúter. El plato se envía
con la medida estándar de fabricación, una vez en el lugar de instalación se marcarán las medidas exactas al plato
y se procederá al corte. Sólo consiste en pasar varias veces el cúter por la línea de corte, y cuando veamos que
empieza a ser visible la hendidura, se doblará poco a poco hacia dentro y hacia fuera, hasta que acabe partiendo.
¿Qué material debo utilizar para pegar los platos? El pegado y/o sellado de los distintos elementos se realizara
utilizando un tubo de MS80, tanto para pegar el plato con canaleta como el de rejilla.
La canaleta no evacua el agua y está correctamente instalada y nivelada. Este problema puede deberse a que
el sifón y/o la tubería de desagüe están obturados o bien existe un segundo sifón colocado. En estos casos, levante
la pieza interior rectangular de la canaleta, desatornille el sifón y saque las piezas del interior del sifón (ver imagen), si
el problema persiste es probable que la tubería esté obturada; si el problema desaparece es que existe un segundo
sifón o bote sifónico. Ver opciones 2 y 3 en la página anterior.
¿Se puede utilizar una canaleta FIORA® para el montaje de un plato de obra? ¿Dónde podría ir colocada?
Si. Podría ir a un costado del plato.
PANELES PARA ALICATAR
¿Qué herramienta debo utilizar para cortar los paneles? Los paneles se cortan con herramientas similares a las
utilizadas en madera.

¿Qué material debo utilizar para pegar paneles o platos? El pegado y/o sellado de los distintos elementos se

Al colocar los paneles horizontales no queda alineado con los azulejos y el plato, ¿qué hago? Las construcciones
no son perfectas, azulejos desalineados, suelo inclinado, ángulos entre paredes irregulares, etc. Para ello, FIORA
dispone de un embellecedor que se trata de un perfil en “T” para tapar las juntas con los azulejos y un remate de
panel que se utiliza para ocultar las posibles desalineaciones entre el panel y el plato consecuencia principalmente
de la imperfección del suelo. DISPONIBLE BAJO DEMANDA.
¿De qué material es el perfil embellecedor de los paneles horizontales? El perfil de remate está fabricado
en aluminio extruido de aleación 6063 ó 6043, siguiendo un proceso especial de anodizado que le confiere unas
propiedades que evitan su oxidación y/o envejecimiento, y aumenta su dureza para evitar que se raye.
INSTRUCCIONES PARA LA REPARACIÓN SUPERFICIAL DE UN ELEMENTO DE SILEXPOL
Es posible reparar un plato, panel para alicatar o separador si por algún motivo la superficie de éste se hubiera
deteriorado como consecuencia de un uso indebido del mismo. En estos casos puede solicitarse un SPRAY DE
REPARACIÓN siempre que no sea ningún color Nature.
Se trata de un recipiente de aerosol o spray que se aplica directamente sobre la superficie deteriorada habiendo
agitado previamente. Se deberá tener en cuenta los siguientes aspectos:
• Es importante NO TOCAR en 24 horas.
• Debe ser solicitado a FIORA BATH COLLECTIONS S.L. con el color del elemento a reparar.
• El resultado de este proceso alcanzará la dureza máxima a las 72 horas.
Para mantener el spray para posteriores usos, se ha de limpiar el difusor tras usarlo y guardarlo boca abajo.
En el caso de tratarse de un producto multicolor (color no uniforme), puede solicitarse el KIT DE REPARACIÓN.
Este kit consiste en dos recipientes; uno de ellos con laca texturizada y el otro con catalizador (líquido transparente).
Dependiendo del color, el porcentaje de mezcla de estos productos es diferente, y este porcentaje queda indicado
cuando el kit es suministrado, indicando el porcentaje de catalizador que es necesario añadir a la laca. Una vez se
hayan mezclado intensamente ambos componentes en la proporción indicada, se aplica una mano “estirando” la
laca con una brocha o rodillo hasta que se quede uniforme y se repite nuevamente esta operación sin esperar a que
se seque.
Para pequeñas reparaciones en color NATURE, se puede hacer con el KIT DE REPARACION del color base.
Para reparaciones de superficies grandes en color NATURE, la reparación debe ser efectuada por personal de FIORA
BATH COLLECTIONS S.L., y dependiendo de cuál sea el caso concreto, quizás sea necesario pintarlo entero pero
de un color normal NO NATURE.
EN NINGUN CASO UTILIZAR SPRAY, ya que perdería el efecto de la pátina.
ES MUY IMPORTANTE, QUE POR SU SEGURIDAD, UTILICE GUANTES Y A SER POSIBLE, MASCARILLA, YA
QUE ESTÁ USTED TRABAJANDO CON PRODUCTOS QUÍMICOS.
INSTRUCCIONES PARA LA REPARACIÓN DE DAÑOS CON PÉRDIDA DE MATERIAL (“PIQUES”)
EN ELEMENTOS DE SILEXPOL
Nuestros productos han sido testados contra pruebas de impacto y superan los valores óptimos de uso. No obstante,
al contrario que otros elementos existentes en el mercado, nuestras encimeras y lavabos pueden ser reparados en el
caso de que aparezcan defectos producidos por la caída sobre ellos de elementos punzantes de gran peso. Al igual
que en el caso anterior, puede solicitarse un KIT DE REPARACIÓN DE PIQUES, que debe ser solicitado a FIORA
BATH COLLECTIONS S.L.

Este kit consta de dos botes, cada uno de los cuales contiene una parte del producto bicomponente necesario para
reparar el defecto causado.
Se deben mezclar ambos productos utilizando una parte del producto blanco y media parte del otro producto hasta
conseguir una mezcla lo más homogénea posible (esto puede determinarse por el color de la mezcla, que será, valga
la redundancia, lo más homogéneo posible), aplicándola entonces sobre la zona a reparar.
Una vez aplicado, dejar secar 1 hora como mínimo, comprobando transcurrido este tiempo si la masa aplicada ha
endurecido (el curado de la masilla es orientativo y depende de las condiciones ambientales existentes); en caso
contrario dejar secar más tiempo.
Cuando la masilla haya endurecido, es el momento de aplicar la pintura de acuerdo a lo explicado en el párrafo
anterior “INSTRUCCIONES PARA LA REPARACIÓN DE UN ELEMENTO DE SILEXPOL”.
ES MUY IMPORTANTE, QUE POR SU SEGURIDAD, UTILICE GUANTES Y A SER POSIBLE, MASCARILLA, YA
QUE ESTÁ USTED TRABAJANDO CON PRODUCTOS QUÍMICOS.

Shower trays: Silex® and Elax® collections
For everyday cleaning purposes (after showering) rinsing the tray with water and ensuring proper ventilation of the
bathroom should be sufficient.
For more thorough cleaning, we recommend rinsing with water and soap (or any other readily available bathroom
cleaning product) using a non-abrasive sponge. In all events, please avoid using cleaning or disinfectant products
containing alcohol (in the case of the SILEX® collection) or those containing acids or solvents (in the case of ELAX®
collection products). All abrasive cloths, sponges or scourers should also be avoided.
For persistent marks commonly available “magic stain removal” products may be used.
All FIORA® shower trays carry the official CE standard marking, which is a guarantee that they have been subjected
to a range of tests to ensure durability and resistance to cleaning processes and everyday use.
In the course of our daily life we use a number of products which, at some time or other, may come in contact
with FIORA® products. For this reason, in addition to the testing procedures required for the CE marking, our R&D
department also conducts its own tests involving the exposure of our materials to a range of commonly used products
to check for durability, resistance and any adverse effects.
These tests are always designed and performed with practical purposes in mind, using commercially available
products one can find in any supermarket. (However, our testing conditions are still far more severe than the everyday
use situations to which FIORA® products are likely to be exposed).
We have included below the actual test results obtained using SILEXPOL® samples. In both cases the methodology
was the same; the product listed was applied to one side of the sample for the specified time while the other half was
left covered. Following the exposure period, both surfaces were compared.
In all cases, the product was removed after the specified time and the test sample cleaned using water and a general
cleaner.

Wall-System® Room dividers
These are a FIORA® product specifically designed to separate the shower from the rest of the bathroom via a
screen; however they may also be used to divide the bathroom into different areas – screening off the toilet for
example. Once installed, these will normally remain fixed in place.
The WALL SYSTEM® room divider comes in two versions; standard and heated. It is manufactured using
SILEXPOL®. In the case of the standard version, please follow the instructions for SILEX® collection products. In
the case of the heated version, please refer to the care and use manual for radiators.
Tiling Panels
These are a FIORA® product designed to add that extra aesthetic touch and FIORA style to your bathroom. They
will perfectly complement or replace traditional bathroom tiles and are meant to stay in place once mounted.
For cleaning purposes, please follow the guidelines for SILEX® shower trays and WALL SYSTEM® dividers.
Skirting for raised shower trays
In some cases the design may call for the shower tray to be raised using a wooden structure. For this purpose we
have designed a SILEXPOL® skirting to cover the visible sides. The skirting is available in three textures (brick, slate
and smooth) maintaining the visual aesthetics of the shower tray from all sides and giving the impression of a
thicker shower tray and base.

Once this has been installed only the SILEXPOL® surfaces will be visible and cleaning procedures will be the same
as those for the SILEX® shower tray.
Sep-System® adjustable support
This is a FIORA® product designed for easier installation of SILEX® collection shower trays, avoiding the use of
bricks and mortar and their associated problems.
Once the structure has been adapted and fixed to the required measurements (with the shower tray mounted on
top), it becomes part of the floor and will be both hidden and inaccessible, with no need for further maintenance.
Simply ensure that the SEPSYSTEM® is correctly assembled, fixed in place and sealed according to the instructions
provided.

When fitting shower trays, the first point to consider is the various installation options available according to the
collection or model required. Depending on the condition of the bathroom floor (and also whether a shower or bath
was previously fitted), it may be possible to install the shower in a number of ways. This will also determine the
degree of alteration work required.
There are three main options; LEVEL WITH THE FLOOR, ON TOP OF THE FLOOR or RAISED ABOVE THE FLOOR.
Depending on the installation option required, FIORA BATH COLLECTIONS S.L. can provide either the SEP
SYSTEM or the SKIRTING FRAME best suited to your particular needs.
Tiling panels are designed to be mounted on the bathroom walls replacing traditional tiles. The horizontal panels are
generally used to fill in the spaces left when a bath is replaced with a shower, while the vertical panels are designed
to cover the whole wall.

The size of the panels allows for faster and more uniform assembly as there are fewer pieces than traditional tiling.

secured on the long side of the divider.

FAQ’s (FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS)
SHOWER TRAYS
On using the shower tray for the first time I noticed that the water did not flow correctly despite the unit
being correctly installed and levelled. During manufacture and transport the trays may accumulate static
electricity which can prevent the water flowing correctly at first. Once you clean the tray with soap, water and a
cloth you will notice this problem diminishing significantly. After a few uses the phenomenon will disappear
completely.
The shower tray does not drain sufficiently despite being properly installed and levelled. This problem may be
caused by a blockage to the waste or pipes, or perhaps a second waste is in place. In any event, remove the
stainless steel grate and extract the waste piece; if the problem persists, it is likely that the pipe is blocked; if the
problem disappears it means that a second waste exists, in which case the extracted piece should not be replaced.
What is the flushing capacity of the shower trays? All shower trays have a flushing capacity for liquids of a
similar viscosity to water of between 0.53 and 0.85 litres/second according to the waste installed.
What material is the grating made from? The gratings are made from as AISI 316 stainless steel cut using high
definition lasers and polished on both sides.
The lacquered gratings are manufactured from AISI 340 stainless steel with a coat of heat sealed epoxy primer and

finished in the desired colour.
Can I order spare parts? FIORA BATH COLLECTIONS S.L. holds all the spares and items needed for the trays in
stock. Please get in touch with our sales departments for any items you require.
Is it necessary to waterproof underneath the shower tray? Our shower trays are 100% waterproof. Except in the
case of specific building requirements or regulations, they do not require any additional sealing underneath, which is
one of their main advantages over tiled floor showers.
Is any maintenance required for the shower tray after installation? We would only recommend that the waste
screws are retightened (by lifting the upper grating) one month after initial use.
SILEX COLLECTION SHOWER TRAYS
What tool should I use for cutting the shower trays? The trays should be cut using a diamond disc, similar to
those used for cutting stone, tiles, bricks, etc. Mixed trays should only be cut on the “dry” area.
How do I stop the waste function? You need to remove the cylinder, pull out the plug and cut the cylinder to 15

done using a commercial silicone sealant/adhesive (e.g. SIKA range), a ready to use product which is easily
available and usually quick drying. These products are widely used for limited expansion joints, plumbing purposes,
repairs and door and window frames. AVAILABLE ON REQUEST.
IMPORTANT NOTE: White or glue cement should NOT be used for sticking or fixing these items.

Is it possible to repair SILEXPOL® units? All FIORA® shower trays manufactured using this material can be
repaired after misuse. Areas where the surface paint has been detached may be retouched and any holes or
damage resulting from sharp objects may also be repaired.
What is the slope on the shower trays? FIORA® shower trays are designed and moulded with a slope which
allows fast water drainage at a minimum rate of 0.6 litres per second.
Depending on the measurements and particular tray model the slope may vary between a minimum of 1 % up to a
maximum of 2.5 %, according to the position of the drain.
Can the REPAIR KITS be put aside for later use? Repair kits are not designed for subsequent storing as the
SLOPE: 1% TO 2.5%
products supplied will evaporate or lose their properties. These kits should be ordered for specific repair purposes
and are only valid for one use
Are the sprays storable? The sprays are pressurized containers which will not lose their properties and may be
reused several times.
I have tried to use the spray a 2nd time and it doesn’t work. Assuming the container isn’t empty, the problem
may be caused by a residue of dried paint blocking the red nozzle. Either soak the nozzle in solvent for a few
minutes or request a new nozzle from FIORA®
ELAX COLLECTION SHOWER TRAYS
Is it possible to cut the shower trays to size? Yes, it is very simple; all you need is a sharp blade. The trays are
supplied in standard sizes and can be easily cut to the exact measurements required before installation. Carefully
mark the outline of the shape you require and then score several times along the cut line, then bend backwards and
forwards until achieving a clean break.
What should I use to stick down the shower trays? Stick and seal with a tube of MS80, (using the same product
for trays with drains or grates).

rectangular inner piece of the drain, unscrew the waste and take out the inner pieces (see diagram); if the problem
persists, it is likely that the pipe is blocked; if the problem disappears it means that a second waste or waste cup
exists. See options 2&3 above.
Can a FIORA® drain be used when installing a floor level shower? Where can it be situated?

Yes. It can go on one side of the shower tray.
TILING PANELS
What tool should I use to cut the panels? The panels should be cut with a tool similar to that used for cutting
wood.
What product should I use for sticking down panels and trays? Sticking and sealing of the various components
should be done using a commercial silicone sealant/adhesive (e.g. SIKA range), a ready to use product which is
easily available and usually quick drying. These products are widely used for limited expansion joints, plumbing

IMPORTANT NOTE: White or glue cement should NOT be used for sticking or fixing these items.
On fixing the horizontal panels they are not correctly aligned with the tiles and the shower tray, what can I
do? Buildings are not always perfect; tiles may be badly aligned, floors can be uneven, irregular angles can be seen
between walls etc. for this purpose FIORA can provide a special T-shaped finishing trim designed to cover up any
possible gaps, in particular those between the tray and the panel due to the floor not being perfectly level.

What material is the finishing trim for the horizontal panels made from? The finishing sections are made from
6063 or 6043 extruded aluminium alloy using an anodization process specially designed to protect the material
against rust, aging and scratching.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR SURFACE REPAIRS TO SILEXPOL PARTS
It is perfectly possible to repair a shower tray, tiling panel or room divider damaged as a result of improper use. In
such cases you will need to order a REPAIR SPRAY as long as the part is not one of the Nature colours.
This product is an aerosol spray which is easily applied directly to the damaged surface (remember to shake the can
before use). Please bear in mind the following advice:
• Allow drying and DO NOT TOUCH for 24 hours.
• Should be ordered directly from FIORA BATH COLLECTIONS S.L. specifying the colour required.
• The finish will take 72 hours to harden completely.
To save the spray for later use, clean the nozzle and then store upside down.
In the case of a multicolour product please request the REPAIR KIT.
This kit consists of two containers; one of textured lacquer and the other the catalyst component (a transparent
liquid).
Depending on the colour required, these two products will need to be mixed in specific quantities. (The respective
proportions of lacquer and catalyst needed will be explained in the instructions provided with the kit). Once the
mixture has been correctly prepared it should be applied using downward strokes with a brush or roller until a
uniform coat is obtained. The operation may need repeating without allowing the product to dry.
For small repairs to Nature colours, the base colour of the REPAIR KIT may be used.
For larger surface repairs in a Nature colour, these should be performed by FIORA BATH COLLECTIONS S.L.
personnel and depending on the individual case it may be necessary to repaint the entire item using a NON Nature
colour.
IN NO CIRCUMSTANCES USE A SPRAY, as you will lose the patina effect.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR THE REPAIR OF DAMAGE OR CHIPS TO SILEXPOL ELEMENTS
All our products have been tested against impact and are more than prepared for optimum everyday use. However,
unlike other products on the market, our shower trays can be easily repaired in the event of damage from heavy or
sharp objects falling on them. Again you will need to order a CHIP REPAIR KIT direct from FIORA BATH COLLEC-
TIONS S.L.
This kit consists of two tins, the contents of which should be mixed together to produce the material needed for the
repair job.
The two products should be combined according to the instructions in a 2:1 ratio and then mixed as thoroughly as
possible (producing a smooth even colour) and then applied to the area for repair.
Once applied, allow to dry for at least 1 hour, checking that the paste has fully hardened before proceeding (drying
time may vary according to atmospheric conditions, so patience is required).
Once you are sure that the paste has hardened you may then apply the paint as explained in the paragraph above
“INSTRUCTIONS FOR SURFACE REPAIRS TO SILEXPOL PARTS”.

CONDITIONS D´USAGE ET MAINTENANCE
Plateaux de douche : collections Silex® et Elax®
Pour un nettoyage quotidien (après la douche), il vous suffit de rincer le plateau et de bien ventiler la salle de bain.
Pour un nettoyage plus en profondeur, rincez le plateau avec de l’eau et du savon (ou tout autre nettoyant pour
salle de bain disponible dans le commerce), et nettoyez à l’aide d’une éponge non abrasive. Nous vous recommandons
d’éviter les produits nettoyants ou désinfectants contenant de l’alcool (pour la collection SILEX®), ainsi que
les produits contenant des dissolvants ou des acides (pour la collection ELAX®). Les produits abrasifs (tampons à
récurer, lavettes, etc.) sont également déconseillés.
Pour les taches persistantes, vous pouvez utiliser des « effaceurs magiques » disponibles dans le commerce.
Les plateaux de douche fabriqués par FIORA® ont obtenu le marquage CE, ce qui garantit leur conformité aux
exigences de la norme en matière de nettoyage et de durabilité.
Dans notre vie quotidienne nous utilisons de nombreux produits qui, à un moment ou un autre, sont en contact avec
les produits fabriqués par FIORA®. C´est pour cette raison qu´ outre les essais exigés pour obtenir le marquage CE
des receveurs de douche, notre Département I+D+I soumet tous nos matériaux à différents essais pour déterminer
leur degré d´incidence, la durabilité et la résistance de nos matériels à l´attaque possible de ces produits qui font
partie de notre vie.
Ces essais ont toujours été conçus et réalisés d´un point de vue pratique en utilisant des produits réels que nous
pouvons rencontrer dans la majorité des supermarchés. Cependant les conditions d´application sur les articles
FIORA® sont beaucoup plus sévères que dans les conditions normales d´utilisation.
Ci-après figurent les résultats obtenus sur des échantillons réels en SILEXPOL®. Dans les deux cas la typologie de
l´essai a toujours été identique car il a été appliqué le produit indiqué dans le tableau durant le temps spécifié en
recouvrant l´autre partie de l´éprouvette et en comparant ensuite les deux surfaces.
Dans tous les cas, après le temps d´exposition indiqué, il a été procédé à l´élimination du produit et au nettoyage de
l´éprouvette en utilisant de l´eau et un produit de nettoyage général.

Séparateurs Wall-System®
Ce produit FIORA® a été conçu pour isoler la douche du reste de la salle de bain (pare-douche), mais peut
également être utilisé pour diviser l’espace en différentes zones, par exemple pour séparer les toilettes du reste de
la pièce. Il s’agit donc de séparateurs fixes.
Le séparateur WALL SYSTEM® est disponible en deux modèles : standard et chauffant. Il est fabriqué en matériau
SILEXPOL®. Pour l’entretien des séparateurs standard, suivez les instructions applicables aux plateaux de douche
de la collection SILEX®. Pour l’utilisation et l’entretien du modèle chauffant, consultez le manuel des radiateurs.
Panneaux de revêtement
Ce produit FIORA® permet d’étendre l’esthétique et le design FIORA BATH COLLECTIONS S.L aux murs de la salle
de bain. Il est utilisé à la place du carrelage mural et se présente comme une structure fixe et inamovible.
Pour l’entretien, il vous suffit de nettoyer le produit conformément aux instructions applicables aux plateaux de
douche SILEX® et aux séparateurs WALL SYSTEM®.
Tablier de surélévation
Il s’agit d’une structure en bois positionnée sous le plateau de douche, dont les côtés visibles sont protégés par un
tablier en SILEXPOL®. Le tablier est disponible dans trois textures (mosaïque, ardoise et lisse) qui assurent la
continuité esthétique du plateau sur les côtés visibles pour donner une impression d’épaisseur accrue.

Après l’installation, les seuls éléments visibles sont les panneaux latéraux en SILEXPOL®, dont les consignes
d’entretien sont les mêmes que pour le plateau de douche SILEX®.

Cadre extensible Sep-System®
Ce produit FIORA® a été conçu pour faciliter le montage du plateau de douche de la série SILEX® en évitant
l’utilisation de mortier ou de produits similaires afin de prévenir les problèmes associés à ce type de matériaux.
La structure est adaptée et installée en fonction de la configuration désirée pour soutenir le plateau de douche.
Intégrée au sol, elle demeure invisible et inaccessible et n’exige aucun entretien postérieur. Nous vous recommandons
uniquement de vous assurer que le SEPSYSTEM® est positionné et scellé conformément aux instructions du
manuel de montage.

Pour le montage du plateau de douche, il convient tout d’abord de tenir compte des possibilités d’installation en
fonction du modèle choisi. Suivant l’état du sol, le plateau peut être installé de différentes manières. L’installation
dépend également du type de travaux à effectuer (rénovation ou nouvelle construction). S’il s’agit de travaux de
rénovation, il est également important de tenir compte des éléments précédemment installés : plateau de douche
ou baignoire.
Trois techniques de montage sont possibles : AU RAS DU SOL, SUR LE SOL OU SURÉLEVÉ PAR RAPPORT AU
SOL.
En fonction de l’option et du mode d’installation choisis, FIORA BATH COLLECTIONS S.L. vous offre la possibilité

Les panneaux de revêtement sont fixés aux murs de la salle de bain à la place du carrelage habituel. Les panneaux

horizontaux sont généralement utilisés pour combler l’espace laissé par les baignoires lorsqu’elles ont été
remplacées par une douche, et les panneaux verticaux sont destinés à la finition de l’ensemble du mur.
De par leurs dimensions, les panneaux de revêtement permettent un montage plus rapide et uniforme que le
carrelage car ils exigent moins d’éléments.

FAQ’S (FOIRE AUX QUESTIONS)
PLATEAUX DE DOUCHE
En utilisant le plateau pour la première fois, je m’aperçois que l’eau ne s’écoule pas bien, alors que le produit
est correctement installé et nivelé. Pendant la fabrication et le transport, les plateaux se chargent d’électricité
statique, ce qui affecte l’écoulement de l’eau lors des premières utilisations. En lavant le plateau avec un chiffon
imbibé d’eau et de savon, l’écoulement devrait s’améliorer considérablement. Au bout de quelques utilisations, le
problème disparaîtra complètement.
Le plateau n’évacue pas l’eau alors qu’il est correctement installé et nivelé. Ce problème peut être dû à une
obstruction du siphon et/ou du tuyau d’évacuation, ou à la présence d’un second siphon. Dans ce cas, retirez
la grille d’acier inoxydable pour extraire la pièce du siphon. Si le problème persiste, cela signifie que le tuyau est
probablement obstrué. Si l’eau s’écoule correctement, cela signifie qu’il existe un second siphon, auquel cas la
pièce retirée ne doit pas être remise en place.
Quelle est la capacité d’évacuation des plateaux ? Tous les plateaux présentent une capacité maximum
d’évacuation des liquides de viscosité similaire à celle de l’eau comprise entre 0,53 et 0,85 litre/seconde, selon le
siphon installé.

Quel est le matériau utilisé dans la fabrication des grilles ? Les grilles sont en acier inoxydable AISI 316. Elles
sont découpées au laser haute définition et sont soumises à un processus de polissage des deux côtés.
Les grilles laquées sont fabriquées à partir d’acier inoxydable AISI 340 et recouvertes d’une couche primaire de
peinture époxy au four, avant de recevoir une couche de finition de la couleur désirée.
Puis-je commander des pièces de rechange ? FIORA BATH COLLECTIONS S.L. conserve un stock de pièces de
rechange pour tous les éléments du plateau de douche. Si vous avez besoin de pièces de rechange, n’hésitez pas à
demander un devis à notre Service commercial.
Faut-il imperméabiliser la partie inférieure du plateau ? Les plateaux de douche sont 100 % étanches et ne
permettent pas le passage de l’eau. Sauf norme de construction spécifique, il n’est pas nécessaire d’installer de
membrane ou d’autres éléments de même nature sous les plateaux. Cela constitue d’ailleurs l’un de leurs grands
avantages par rapport aux douches carrelées.
Une maintenance est-elle nécessaire après l’installation d’un plateau de douche ? Il suffit de resserrer les vis
du siphon (en soulevant la grille supérieure) au bout d’un mois d’utilisation.
PLATEAUX DE DOUCHE COLLECTION SILEX
Quels sont les outils nécessaires pour découper les plateaux ? Les plateaux doivent être découpés à l’aide
d’une scie diamantée, telle que celle utilisée pour découper de la pierre, du carrelage, des briques, etc. Les plateaux
mixtes doivent être découpés au niveau de la zone « sèche ».

Comment éliminer la fonction siphon ? Vous devrez extraire le cylindre, retirer le bouchon et raccourcir le cylindre
à 15 mm pour pouvoir continuer à utiliser le filtre. Remettez ensuite le cylindre et le filtre en place.

Quel produit faut-il utiliser pour coller les plateaux ? Pour coller et/ou sceller les différents éléments, vous
devrez utiliser un produit de type SIKA prêt à l’emploi et disponible dans le commerce. Ce type de produit n’a pas
besoin d’être mélangé et sèche généralement rapidement. Ce produit peut également être utilisé pour les joints de
dilatation soumis à des mouvements limités, ainsi que pour les appareils sanitaires, les revêtements et les cadres de
portes et de fenêtres. DISPONIBLE SUR DEMANDE.
IMPORTANT : N’utilisez pas de ciment blanc/ciment/ciment-colle pour coller les plateaux.
Les éléments en SILEXPOL® peuvent-ils être réparés ? Les plateaux de douche de FIORA® fabriqués dans ce
matériau peuvent être réparés en cas d’utilisation inappropriée. Cela vous permet de retoucher les zones dont la
peinture de surface est endommagée, ou encore les zones présentant des trous (tels que ceux provoqués par la
chute d’un objet pointu).
Quelle pente les plateaux de douche présentent-ils ? L’un des principaux objectifs de la conception des plateaux
FIORA® et de la fabrication des moules est de doter le plateau d’une pente permettant d’évacuer rapidement l’eau
à raison d’un minimum de 0,6 litre/seconde.
En fonction des dimensions et du modèle de plateau, la pente est comprise entre 1 % (minimum) et 2,5 %
(maximum), selon la position de la conduite d’évacuation.

Les KITS DE RÉPARATION peuvent-ils être conservés ? Les kits de réparation ne peuvent pas être conservés
car le produit s’évapore ou perd ses propriétés. Ils doivent être commandés pour une réparation spécifique et sont
réservés à un usage unique.
Les pulvérisateurs peuvent-ils être conservés ? Les pulvérisateurs sont des récipients sous pression qui ne
contiennent pas d’air. Ils conservent leurs propriétés et peuvent être réutilisés.
J’utilise le pulvérisateur pour la deuxième fois et il ne fonctionne pas. Si le récipient contient encore du produit,
le problème peut être dû à la présence de peinture sèche d’une précédente utilisation dans le diffuseur rouge sur
lequel vous appuyez. Plongez-le quelques minutes dans du dissolvant ou commandez un nouveau diffuseur auprès
de FIORA®.
PLATEAUX DE DOUCHE COLLECTION ELAX
Le plateau peut-il être découpé ? Oui, c’est très simple, il vous suffit de vous équiper d’une lame ou d’un cutter
de bonne qualité. Le plateau est fabriqué selon des dimensions standard. Après réception, délimitez les dimensions
voulues sur le plateau et procédez à la découpe. Pour ce faire, passez plusieurs fois le cutter le long de la ligne

de découpe. Lorsque la fente commence à être visible, pliez progressivement le plateau vers l’intérieur et vers
l’extérieur jusqu’à ce que les deux parties se séparent.

besoin d’un tube de MS80 qui vous servira pour les plateaux avec conduite d’écoulement et pour les plateaux avec
grille.
La conduite d’écoulement n’évacue pas l’eau alors qu’elle est correctement installée et nivelée. Ce problème
peut être dû à une obstruction du siphon et/ou du tuyau d’évacuation, ou à la présence d’un second siphon. Dans
ce cas, soulevez la pièce intérieure rectangulaire de la conduite d’écoulement, dévissez le siphon et retirez les
pièces qui se trouvent à l’intérieur (comme indiqué sur l’illustration). Si le problème persiste, cela signifie que le
tuyau est probablement obstrué. Si l’eau s’écoule, cela signifie qu’il existe un second siphon ou un regard à siphon.

Une conduite d’écoulement FIORA® peut-elle être utilisée pour installer un plateau maçonné ? Où doit-elle
être positionnée ?
Oui. Elle peut être positionnée sur l’un des côtés du plateau.

Les panneaux horizontaux ne sont pas alignés par rapport au carrelage et au plateau. Que puis-je faire ?
Les constructions ne sont pas toujours parfaites, le carrelage n’est pas toujours droit, le sol est parfois incliné, les
angles des murs irréguliers, etc. C’est la raison pour laquelle FIORA propose un enjoliveur sous forme de profilé en
T pour dissimuler la jonction avec le carrelage, et une finition de panneau permettant de dissimuler tout alignement
imparfait entre le panneau et le plateau dû à l’irrégularité du sol. DISPONIBLE SUR DEMANDE.
Quel est le matériau utilisé pour la fabrication de l’enjoliveur des panneaux horizontaux ? Le profilé de finition
est fabriqué en aluminium (alliage 6063 ou 6043). Le processus spécial d’anodisation auquel il est soumis lui
confère des propriétés anti-oxydation et/ou antivieillissement et augmente sa dureté pour prévenir les rayures.
INSTRUCTIONS POUR LA RÉPARATION SUPERFICIELLE D´UN ÉLÉMENT EN SILEXPOL
Vous pouvez réparer un plateau, un panneau de revêtement ou un séparateur dont la surface a été endommagée
suite à une utilisation inappropriée. Dans ce cas, vous pouvez commander un PULVÉRISATEUR DE RÉPARATION, à
condition qu’il me soir pas de couleur Nature.
Cet aérosol ou pulvérisateur doit être appliqué directement sur la surface endommagée après avoir agité le
récipient. Les indications suivantes devront être prises en compte :
• Il est important de ne PAS TOUCHER la surface réparée pendant 24 heures.
• Le produit doit être commandé auprès de FIORA BATH COLLECTIONS S.L. en indiquant la couleur de
l’élément à réparer.
• Le produit atteint sa dureté maximale au bout de 72 heures.
Avant d’entreposer le pulvérisateur en vue de sa réutilisation, nettoyez le diffuseur et rangez-le à l’envers.

S’il s’agit d’un produit multicolore (couleur non unie), vous pouvez commander le KIT DE RÉPARATION
correspondant.
Ce kit se compose de deux produits : une laque texturée et un catalyseur (liquide transparent).
La proportion du mélange varie selon la couleur, et le pourcentage correspondant est indiqué lors de la livraison du
kit (quantité de catalyseur à mélanger à la laque). Après avoir soigneusement mélangé les deux composants dans
les proportions indiquées, appliquez une première couche en étirant la laque à l’aide d’un pinceau ou d’un rouleau
jusqu’à obtenir un résultat uniforme, puis répétez l’opération sans attendre que le produit sèche.
Pour les petites réparations de produits couleur NATURE, utilisez le KIT DE RÉPARATION pour couleur de base.
Les réparations des surfaces de couleur NATURE de plus grandes dimensions devront être effectuées par le
personnel de FIORA BATH COLLECTIONS S.L. Selon les circonstances, il peut être nécessaire de peindre toute la
surface dans une couleur standard (AUTRE QUE NATURE).
N’UTILISEZ JAMAIS DE PULVÉRISATEUR car vous perdriez l’effet de patine.
POUR VOTRE SÉCURITÉ, IL EST INDISPENSABLE D’UTILISER DES GANTS AINSI QU’UN MASQUE (DANS
LA MESURE DU POSSIBLE) LORSQUE VOUS TRAVAILLEZ AVEC DES PRODUITS CHIMIQUES.
INSTRUCTIONS POUR LA RÉPARATION DE DOMMAGES ENTRAINANT UNE PERTE DE
MATÉRIEL (“PERFORATIONS”) SUR DES ÉLÉMENTS EN SILEXPOL
Nos produits ont été soumis à des essais d’impact et ont obtenu des résultats supérieurs aux valeurs optimales.
Contrairement à d’autres produits disponibles sur le marché, nos receveurs peuvent également être réparés en cas
de dommages découlant d’une chute d’éléments lourds et pointus. Comme dans le cas précédent, vous pouvez
commander un KIT DE RÉPARATION DE PIQÛRES auprès de FIORA BATH COLLECTIONS S.L.
Ce kit se compose de deux bouteilles contenant chacune la moitié du produit bicomposant à utiliser pour réparer
les dommages.
Ces deux produits doivent être mélangés dans une proportion d’une part de produit blanc pour une demi-part de
l’autre produit jusqu’à obtenir le mélange le plus homogène possible (en observant la couleur) à appliquer sur la
zone à réparer.
Après l’application, laissez sécher le produit au moins une heure, en vérifiant entre temps que le mastic a durci (le
temps de séchage est indicatif et dépend des conditions environnementales). Dans le cas contraire, laissez sécher
plus longtemps.
Lorsque le mastic est dur, appliquez la peinture conformément aux instructions du paragraphe précédent : «
INSTRUCTIONS POUR LA RÉPARATION D’UN ÉLÉMENT EN SILEXPOL ».

Piatti doccia: collezione Silex® ed Elax®
Per la pulizia di routine (dopo la doccia), basta risciacquare il piatto con acqua e assicurarsi che il bagno sia
sufficientemente ventilato.
Per una pulizia più profonda, si deve risciacquare il piatto con acqua e sapone (o qualsiasi altro prodotto commerciale
disponibile sul mercato per la pulizia del bagno) e pulire con una spugna non abrasiva.In ogni caso, si devono evitare i
prodotti detergenti o disinfettanti che contengano alcol (per la collezione SILEX®) e i prodotti detergenti o disinfettanti
che contengano solventi o acidi (per la collezione ELAX®). Neanche i prodotti abrasivi (strofinacci, stracci o simili)

sono idonei.

Per le macchie resistenti, si possono utilizzare le “gomme magiche” disponibili sul mercato.
I piatti doccia prodotti dalla FIORA® presentano l’marcatura CE. Per poter ricevere il timbro CE, hanno dovuto
superare i diversi test specificati dalla norma, relativi a pulizia e durata.
Nella nostra vita quotidiana utilizziamo molti prodotti che, da un momento all’altro, potrebbero entrare in contatto
con i prodotti fabbricati da FIORA®. Per questo motivo, oltre ai test obbligatori per ricevere la marcatura CE, il
nostro Dipartimento I+D+I, sottopone tutti i nostri materiali a diversi collaudi per determinarne il grado di incidenza,
di durabilità e di resistenza in caso di un eventuale avvicinamento di questi prodotti sempre presenti nella nostra vita
di tutti i giorni.
Questi test sono concepiti ed effettuati da un punto di vista pratico usando prodotti reali che possiamo trovare in
qualsiasi supermercato. Ciononostante, le condizioni di applicazione sull’articolo FIORA® sono più severe rispetto
alle condizioni di uso normale.
In seguito verranno mostrati i risultati ottenuti su campioni reali di SILEXPOL®. In entrambi i casi la tipologia del test è
sempre la stessa perché si applicava il prodotto indicato in tabella durante un periodo di tempo determinato coprendo
l’altra parte della provetta e comparando successivamente entrambe le superfici.
In tutti i casi, trascorso il tempo indicato, si eliminava il prodotto e si puliva la provetta con acqua e un detergente
generale.

Separatori Wall-System®
Si tratta di un prodotto FIORA®, che ha per obiettivo isolare la doccia dal resto del bagno, tipo box doccia, sebbene
si possano utilizzare anche come separatori di zone all’interno del bagno, creando diversi ambienti, come la zona del
wate. Pertanto, una volta installati, non si possono spostare.
Il separatore WALL SYSTEM® si presenta in due versioni: una normale e una riscaldata. È fabbricato in SILEXPOL®.
Per la manutenzione dei separatori della versione normale, seguire le indicazioni per i piatti doccia della collezione
SILEX®. Per l’uso e la manutenzione della versione riscaldata, vedere il manuale dei radiatori.
Pannelli da piastrellare
Si tratta di un prodotto FIORA® che fornisce alle pareti del bagno il design e l’estetica di FIORA BATH COLLECTIONS
S.L. Sostituisce le tipiche piastrelle da bagno, per cui una volta montato, questo sistema non si può spostare.
Per la manutenzione, basta semplicemente mantenere la pulizia, per cui si devono seguire le stesse indicazioni che
per i piatti doccia SILEX® e i separatori WALL SYSTEM®.
Alzatina per sopraelevare
Si tratta di una struttura in legno, posizionata sotto il piatto doccia, in cui si colloca una lastra in SILEXPOL® sui lati
in cui sarà visibile la struttura. Questo ripiano è disponibile in tre modelli (piastrelle, ardesia e liscio), che mantengono
l’estetica del piatto doccia sui lati visibili, dando la sensazione di un piatto con maggiore spessore.
Una volta installato, si vedono solo i lati di SILEXPOL®, per cui la manutenzione sarà uguale a quella del piatto doccia
SILEX®.
Supporto regolabile Sep-System®
Si tratta di un prodotto FIORA® progettato per facilitare il montaggio del piatto doccia della serie SILEX®, che evita
l’utilizzo di malte e simili, così come i problemi da essi derivati.
Una volta che la struttura è stata adattata e fissata alle dimensioni desiderate, si monta il piatto sopra alla stessa e
diventa una parte del pavimento, nascosta e inaccessibile, per cui non richiederà alcuna operazione successiva di
manutenzione. Ci si deve semplicemente assicurare che il SEPSYSTEM® rimanga ben saldo e sia stato montato
correttamente, sigillandolo come indicato sul manuale di montaggio.

richiesto. Se l’utente volesse un altro modello di sifone, dovrà richiederlo scegliendo fra i tipi di sifone indicati nella
tabella.

Per il montaggio dei piatti doccia, la prima cosa da tenere in considerazione sono le possibilità di installazione, a
seconda della collezione e del modello di piatto doccia. A seconda delle condizioni del pavimento del bagno, si potrà
installare il piatto in un modo o nell’altro e ciò dipenderà dal tipo di costruzione, se si tratta di una ristrutturazione o di
una nuova costruzione. Nel caso delle ristrutturazioni, dipenderà anche dal fatto che in precedenza vi fosse un piatto
doccia o una vasca.
Esistono tre modalità di montaggio: FILO PAVIMENTO, SOPRA PAVIMENTO e SOPRAELEVATO RISPETTO AL
PAVIMENTO.
A seconda dell’opzione e della modalità d’installazione scelti, FIORA BATH COLLECTIONS S.L. offre la possibilità
di utilizzare il SEP SYSTEM o làlzatina per sopraelevare per un montaggio finale che soddisfi le esigenze dell’utente.
I pannelli da piastrellare si montano sulle pareti del bagno, sostituendo le piastrelle abituali. I pannelli orizzontali si
usano normalmente per coprire lo spazio lasciato dalle vasche, quando si sostituisce una vasca con una doccia,
mentre i pannelli verticali servono per ricoprire la parete completa.
Le dimensioni dei pannelli da piastrellare fanno sì che il montaggio sia rapido e più uniforme, poiché sono necessari
meno elementi, rispetto all’utilizzo di piastrelle convenzionali.

FAQ’S (DOMANDE FREQUENTI)
PIATTI DOCCIA
Usando il piatto doccia per la prima volta vedo che l’acqua non scende in modo adeguato, anche se è stato
installato e livellato correttamente. I piatti doccia, durante la fabbricazione e il trasporto, si caricano di elettricità
statica, che impedisce all’acqua di fluire correttamente le prime volte.Se si lava il piatto doccia con acqua, sapone e
uno strofinaccio, si vedrà che questo problema si riduce considerevolmente. In seguito, dopo pochi usi, il problema
scomparirà del tutto.
Il piatto doccia non scarica l’acqua, ma è stato installato e livellato correttamente. Questo problema può
essere dovuto al fatto che il sifone e/o i tubi di scolo sono otturati, oppure è stato collocato un secondo sifone. In
questi casi, togliere la griglia in acciaio inossidabile ed estrarre il sifone. Se il problema persiste, è probabile che il
tubo sia otturato. Se il problema scompare, significa che vi è un secondo sifone. In tal caso, il pezzo estratto non
dev’essere posizionato nuovamente.
Che capacità di evacuazione hanno i piatti doccia? Tutti i piatti presentano una capacità massima di evacuazione
dei liquidi con una viscosità simile a quella dell’acqua fra 0,53 e 0,85 litri/secondo, a seconda del sifone installato.
Di che materiale sono fatte le griglie? Le griglie sono fabbricate in acciaio inossidabile AISI 316, tagliate con laser
ad alta definizione e con entrambi i lati lucidati.
Le griglie smaltate sono fabbricate a partire da acciaio inossidabile AISI 340, con uno strato d’imprimitura di vernice
epossidica al forno, oltre allo strato di finitura nel colore richiesto.
Posso richiedere dei pezzi di ricambio? FIORA BATH COLLECTIONS S.L. ha uno stock di pezzi di ricambio per
tutti gli elementi che compongono il piatto doccia. Richiedi un preventivo al nostro Ufficio Commerciale, indicando i
pezzi di cui hai bisogno.
È necessario impermeabilizzare sotto al piatto? I piatti doccia sono a tenuta stagna al 100% e non consentono
il passaggio dell’acqua.Eccetto in caso di norme specifiche di costruzione, non richiedono l’installazione di
membrana o simili al di sotto degli stessi. Questo è uno dei loro vantaggi rispetto alle docce realizzate su
mattonelle.
È necessario realizzare operazioni di manutenzione sull’impianto del piatto doccia? Si devono solo riavvitare i
viti del sifone (alzando la griglia superiore) dopo un mese dall’inizio dell’uso.
PIATTI DOCCIA COLLEZIONE SILEX
Che attrezzi devo utilizzare per tagliare i piatti? I piatti devono essere tagliati con un disco diamantato, simile
a quelli usati per tagliare la pietra, le piastrelle, i mattoni, ecc. I piatti misti possono essere tagliati solo nella zona
“asciutta”.

Come si elimina la funzione del sifone? Si deve estrarre il cilindro, ritirare il tappo e tagliare il cilindro a 15 mm, per
poter continuare ad usare il filtro. Quindi, collocare nuovamente il cilindro e il filtro.

Che materiale devo usare per incollare i piatti doccia? L’incollatura e/o saldatura dei diversi elementi va
realizzata usando una colla tipo SIKA commerciale. Sono prodotti pronti all’uso, che non devono essere miscelati e
che normalmente si asciugano velocemente. Questo tipo di prodotti si usa normalmente anche nelle guarnizioni di
dilatazione con poco movimento, in strutture per sanitari, in incollature di rivestimento, in cornici di porte e finestre.
DISPONIBILE SU RICHIESTA.
IMPORTANTE: il cemento bianco o il cemento colla non sono materiali utili per realizzare l’incollatura.
È possibile riparare elementi fatti di SILEXPOL®? I piatti doccia FIORA® realizzati con questo materiale si
possono riparare se sono stati usati in maniera non corretta. In questo modo, possono essere ritoccate zone che
hanno subito perdite nello strato superficiale di vernice o addirittura zone che presentino dei fori (provocati, per
esempio, dalla caduta di elementi pungenti).
Che inclinazione presentano i piatti doccia? Uno dei fattori più rilevanti del design dei piatti FIORA® e la
successiva fabbricazione degli stampi è che dota il piatto di inclinazioni che consentono il rapido scolo dell’acqua, a
un minimo di 0,6 litri/secondo.

A seconda delle dimensioni e il modello di piatto doccia, queste inclinazioni di dislivello oscillano fa un minimo
dell’1% a un massimo del 2,5%. Dipenderà dalla posizione dello scarico.
INCLINAZIONE: DALL1% AL 2,5%
I KIT DI RIPARAZIONE sono immagazzinabili? I kit di riparazione non possono essere immagazzinati, perché si
evaporano o perdono le loro proprietà. Devono essere richiesti per una riparazione in concreto e sono utilizzabili
solo una volta.
Gli spray possono essere conservati? Gli spray sono contenuti in un recipiente a pressione, senza aria, per cui il
loro contenuto non perde le sue proprietà e può essere utilizzato in diverse occasioni.
Voglio utilizzare lo spray per la seconda volta e non funziona. Se il contenitore non è vuoto, questo problema
può essere dovuto al fatto che il diffusore rosso su cui si preme presenta resti di vernice secca dall’ultima volta che
è stato usato. Introdurlo per qualche minuto in un solvente o richiedere un nuovo diffusore a FIORA®.
PIATTI DOCCIA COLLEZIONE ELAX
Si può tagliare il piatto? Sì, è molto semplice. Basta utilizzare una buona lama o un taglierino Il piatto viene spedito
con le misure standard di fabbricazione. Nel luogo dell’installazione, si devono indicare le misure esatte sul piatto
e procedere alle operazioni di taglio.Si tratta semplicemente di passare varie volte il taglierino sulla linea di taglio.
Quando si vede che inizia a comparire la fessura, piegarlo poco a poco verso l’interno e verso l’esterno, fino a
quando non si separa.
Che materiale devo usare per incollare i piatti doccia? L’incollatura e/o saldatura dei diversi elementi va
realizzata usando un tubo MS80, sia per incollare il piatto con canalina, che quello con la griglia.
La canalina non scarica l’acqua, ma è stata installata e livellata correttamente. Questo problema può essere
dovuto al fatto che il sifone e/o i tubi di scolo sono otturati, oppure è stato collocato un secondo sifone. In questi
casi, alzare la parte interna rettangolare della canalina, svitare il sifone e togliere i pezzi all’interno del sifone (vedi
immagine). Se il problema persiste, è probabile che il tubo sia otturato. Se il problema scompare, significa che vi è
un secondo sifone o barattolo del sifone. Vedi opzioni 2 e 3 nella pagina precedente.
Si può utilizzare una canalina FIORA® per il montaggio di un piatto in muratura? Dove si potrebbe collocare?
Sì. Potrebbe essere posizionata su un lato del piatto.
PANNELLI DA PIASTRELLARE
Che attrezzi devo utilizzare per tagliare i pannelli? I pannelli si tagliano con attrezzi simili a quelli usati per il
legno.
Che materiale devo usare per incollare i pannelli o i piatti doccia? L’incollatura e/o saldatura dei diversi elementi
va realizzata usando una colla tipo SIKA commerciale. Sono prodotti pronti all’uso, che non devono essere miscelati
e che normalmente si asciugano velocemente. Questo tipo di prodotti si usa normalmente anche nelle guarnizioni di
dilatazione con poco movimento, in strutture per sanitari, in incollature di rivestimento, in cornici di porte e finestre.

Quando posiziono i pannelli orizzontali, non rimangono allineati con le piastrelle e il piatto, cosa posso fare?
Le costruzioni non sono perfette: piastrelle non in linea, pavimento inclinato, angoli fra le pareti irregolari, ecc. Per
questo, FIORA dispone di un elemento decorativo che non è altro che un profilo a “T” per coprire i giunti con le
piastrelle e una rifinitura del pannello che si usa per coprire le possibili imperfezioni fra il pannello e il piatto, che
sono conseguenza principalmente delle imperfezioni del pavimento. DISPONIBILE SU RICHIESTA.

Di che materiale è fatto il profilo decorativo dei pannelli orizzontali? Il profilo di rifinitura è prodotto in lega
di alluminio estruso 6063 o 6043 e segue un processo speciale di anodizzazione che gli conferisce proprietà che
evitano la sua ossidazione e/o invecchiamento e aumenta la sua durezza, per evitare che si graffi.

ISTRUZIONI PER LA RIPARAZIONE SUPERFICIALE DI UN ELEMENTO IN SILEXPOL
È possibile riparare un piatto, pannello da piastrellare o separatore se per qualsiasi motivo la superficie dello
stesso si fosse deteriorata, a conseguenza di un uso non corretto. In questi casi, si può richiedere uno SPRAY DI
RIPARAZIONE, sempre che la consistenza del radiatore sia di ardesia o ardesia a lamine e che inoltre non si tratti
del colore Nature.
Si tratta di un recipiente di aerosol o spray che si applica direttamente sulla superficie rovinata, dopo averlo agitato.
Si dovranno tenere in considerazione i seguenti aspetti:
• È importante NON TOCCARE per 24 ore.
• Si deve richiedere a FIORA BATH COLLECTIONS S.L. con il colore dell’elemento da riparare.
• Il risultato di questo processo raggiungerà la durezza massima dopo 72 ore.
Per conservare lo spray per successivi usi, si deve pulire il diffusore dopo l’uso e conservarlo capovolto.
Se si tratta di un prodotto multicolore (colore non uniforme), si può richiedere il KIT DI RIPARAZIONE.
Questo kit consiste in due recipienti: uno con lo smalto testurizzato e l’altro con il catalizzatore (liquido trasparente).
A seconda del colore, la percentuale della miscela di questi prodotti varia e questa percentuale è indicata insieme
al kit, con la percentuale di catalizzatore che va aggiunta allo smalto. Una volta miscelati intensamente entrambi i
componenti nella proporzione indicata, si applica uno strato “stendendo” lo smalto con un pennello o un rullo, fino a
quando non sarà uniforme. Si ripete nuovamente quest’operazione, senza aspettare che si asciughi.
Per piccole riparazioni nel colore NATURE, si può utilizzare il KIT DI RIPARAZIONE del colore base.
Per riparazioni di superfici grandi nel colore NATURE, si dovrà fare affidamento sul personale della FIORA BATH
COLLECTIONS S.L. A seconda del caso concreto, è possibile che sia necessario riverniciare il tutto, ma con un
colore normale, NON NATURE.
NON USARE MAI SPRAY, perché perderebbe l’effetto della patina.
È MOLTO IMPORTANTE CHE PER LA VOSTRA SICUREZZA UTILIZZIATE GUANTI E, SE POSSIBILE, UNA
MASCHERINA, POICHÉ STATE LAVORANDO CON PRODOTTI CHIMICI.

ISTRUZIONI PER LA RIPARAZIONE DI DANNI CON PERDITA DI MATERIALE (“SBECCATURE”)
SU ELEMENTI DI SILEXPOL
I nostri prodotti sono stati testati con prove di impatto e superano i massimi valori d’uso. Ciononostante, contrariamente
ad altri elementi esistenti sul mercato, i nostri top e lavabi possono essere riparati in caso di difetti causati da
caduta di elementi pungenti pesanti. Come nel caso precedente, è possibile richiedere il KIT DI RIPARAZIONE PER
SBECCATURE a FIORA BATH COLLECTIONS S.L.
Questo kit si compone dei due flaconi, uno dei quali contiene una parte del prodotto bi componente necessario per
riparare il difetto causato.
Mescolare entrambi i prodotti usando una parte del prodotto bianco e metà parte dell’altro prodotto fino ad ottenere
un miscuglio il più omogeneo possibile (sarà determinato dal colore del miscuglio che, ripeto deve essere il più
omogeneo possibile) e applicarlo sulla zona da riparare.
Dopo l’applicazione, lasciare asciugare minimo 1 ora e verificare se il miscuglio applicato si è indurito (il tempo di
asciugatura della stuccatura è orientativo e dipende dalle condizioni ambientali esterne); in caso contrario, lasciare
asciugare per più tempo.

Quando la stuccatura si è indurita, applicare la vernice seguendo le istruzioni del paragrafo precedente “ISTRUZIONI
PER LA RIPARAZIONE DI UN ELEMENTO IN SILEXPOL”.

Duschwannen: Kollektionen Silex® und Elax®
Für eine normale Reinigung (nach dem Duschen) reicht es aus, das Duschwannen mit Wasser abzuspülen und für eine
ausreichende Belüftung des Badezimmers zu sorgen.
Zur sorgfältigeren Reinigung muss das Duschwannen mit Wasser und Seife (oder irgendeinem anderen
handelsüblichen Putzmittel für Bäder) abgespült und mit einem nicht scheuernden Schwamm gereinigt werden. Auf
keinen Fall dürfen für die Kollektion SILEX® Reinigungs- oder Desinfektionsmitteln mit Alkohol und für die Kollektion
ELAX® Reinigungs- oder Desinfektionsmittel mit Lösungsmitteln oder Säuren verwendet werden. Scheuernde
Produkte (Scheuerschwämme, Tücher o. ä.) sind ebenfalls nicht geeignet.
Für nachhaltige Flecken können die sog. „Schmutzradierer“ benutzt werden, die in jedem Supermarkt erhältlich sind.
Die von FIORA® hergestellten Duschwannen tragen das CE-Siegel, d. h., sie wurden den verschiedenen Tests
unterzogen, die in der Norm über Reinigungs- und Strapazierfähigkeit vorgeschrieben sind, um das CE-Siegel zu
erhalten.
In unserem täglichen Leben verwenden wir viele Produkte, die zu einem gegebenen Zeitpunkt in Kontakt mit dem
Erzeugnissen von FIORA® kommen können. Deshalb unterzieht unsere Abteilung für F+E+I alle unsere Materialien
verschiedenen Prüfungen, um den Grad der Auswirkungen, die Dauerhaftigkeit und die Widerstandsfähigkeit unserer
Materialien hinsichtlich dieser im Alltag benutzten Produkte festzustellen.
Diese Prüfungen werden immer vom praktischen Standpunkt aus konzipiert und durchgeführt, und zwar unter
Verwendung tatsächlich existierender Produkte, die man in jedem Supermarkt finden kann. Dennoch sind die
Anwendungsbedingungen für den FIORA®-Artikel wesentlich strikter als sie im normalen Gebrauch bestehen.
Nachfolgend finden Sie die Ergebnisse, die an tatsächlichen SILEXPOL®-Proben erzielt wurden. In beiden Fällen
waren die Testtypologien dieselben, da das Produkt, das in der Tabelle angegeben ist, während des angegebenen
Zeitraums angewendet wurde, wobei die andere Seite des Prüflings damit bedeckt und anschließend beide Flächen
verglichen wurden.
In allen Fällen wurde das Produkt nach Ablauf der angegebenen Zeit entfernt und der Prüfling mit Wasser und einem
handelsüblichen Reinigungsmittel gesäubert.

Trennwände Wall-System®
Dabei handelt es sich um ein FORA®-Produkt, das die Dusche vom restlichen Badezimmer in Form einer Duschwand
abtrennen soll, es kann jedoch auch als Trennwand für einzelne Bereiche innerhalb des Badezimmers verwendet
werden, um verschiedene Zonen zu schaffen, z. B. ein vom Rest des Bads abgeteiltes WC. Mit anderen Worten, nach
der Montage werden diese Trennwände nicht mehr bewegt.
Die Trennwand WALL SYSTEM® wird in zwei Versionen angeboten: Entweder normal oder beheizt. Sie ist aus
SILEXPOL® hergestellt. Zur Pflege der Trennwände in ihrer normalen Ausführung sind die Anweisungen für
die Duschwannen der Kollektion SILEX® zu befolgen. Für die Nutzung und Pflege der beheizten Version gilt das
Handbuch für Heizkörper.
Paneele zum Verfliesen
Dabei handelt es sich um ein FIORA®-Produkt, das die Wände des Badezimmers mit dem Design und der Optik
versieht, die FIORA BATH COLLECTIONS S.L. anstrebt, d. h., die üblichen Fliesen in den Badezimmern werden
ersetzt und die Paneele werden nach dem Anbringen nicht mehr bewegt.
Zur Pflege ist eine einfache Reinigung ausreichend, für die dieselben Anweisungen wie für die SILEX®-Duschwannen
und die Trennwände WALL SYSTEM® gelten.
Verkleidung für Sockelmontage
DEUTSCH
Dabei handelt es sich um eine Holzstruktur unter dem Duschwannen, an deren sichtbaren Seiten eine Verkleidung
aus SILEXPOL® montiert wird. Diese Verkleidung wird in drei Texturen angeboten (Plättchen, Schiefer und glatt).
Damit wird das Aussehen des Duschwannens an den sichtbaren Seiten beibehalten und der Eindruck eines erhöhten
Duschwannens erweckt.
Nach der Montage sind nur noch die Seiten mit SILEXPOL® zu sehen, weshalb die Pflege dieselbe ist, wie für das
Duschwannen SILEX®.
Anpassbarer Untergrund Sep-System®
Es handelt sich um ein FIORA®-Produkt, mit dessen Hilfe das Duschwannen der Serie SILEX® erleichtert werden

soll. Damit sind keine Mörtel oder ähnliche Produkte mehr erforderlich und die damit in Zusammenhang stehenden
Probleme werden vermieden.
Sobald die Struktur angepasst und in den gewünschten Abmessungen befestigt wurde, wird das Duschwannen
darauf montiert. Damit bildet sie einen Teil des Bodens, bleibt verborgen und ist nicht mehr zugänglich, weshalb
auch keine anschließende Pflege erforderlich ist. Es ist nur darauf zu achten, dass das SEPSYSTEM® richtig aufliegt,
korrekt montiert und abgedichtet wird, so wie dies in den Montageanweisungen angegeben ist.

Zur Montage der Duschwannen müssen zunächst die Möglichkeiten entsprechend der Kollektion und dem Modell
des Duschwannens berücksichtigt werden. Je nach dem, in welchem Zustand sich der Boden des Badezimmers
befindet, kann das Duschwannen in der einen oder anderen Weise montiert werden, und das hängt wiederum von der
Art der Bauarbeiten ab, d. h., ob es sich um eine Renovierung oder einen Neubau handelt. Im Falle einer Renovierung
ist auch zu berücksichtigen, ob zuvor ein Duschwannen oder eine Badewanne vorhanden war.
Es gibt drei Montagemöglichkeiten: DIREKT MIT DEM BODEN ABSCHLIESSEND, AUF DEM BODEN ODER MIT
SOCKEL ÜBER DEM BODEN.
Je nach der Option und der gewählten Montageform bietet FIORA BATH COLLECTIONS S.L. die Möglichkeit, das
SEP SYSTEM oder den SOCKEL MIT VERKLEIDUNG für die Endmontage zu verwenden, ganz nach den Wünschen
des Benutzers.
Die Verkleidungspaneele werden auf den Badezimmerwänden angebracht und ersetzen die üblichen Fliesen.
Normalerweise werden die waagrechten Paneele verwendet, um die Stelle zu verdecken, die leer bleibt, wenn eine
Badewanne durch eine Dusche ersetzt wird, und die senkrechten Paneele dienen dazu, die ganze Wand zu verkleiden.

FAQ’S (HÄUFIG GESTELLTE FRAGEN)
Duschwannen
Bei der ersten Benutzung des Duschwannens habe ich festgestellt, dass das Wasser nicht richtig fließt, obwohl
alles korrekt montiert und nivelliert ist. Während der Herstellung und des Transports laden sich die Duschwannen
statisch auf, weshalb das Wasser die ersten Male evtl. nicht richtig fließt. Wenn Sie die Duschwannen mit Wasser,
Seife und einem Tuch reinigen, werden Sie feststellen, dass sich das Problem wesentlich reduziert. Später und nach
wenigen Benutzungen verschwindet das Problem vollständig.
Das Wasser läuft nicht aus dem Duschwannen ab, obwohl es korrekt installiert und nivelliert ist. Dieses
Problem kann darauf zurückzuführen sein, dass der Siphon und/oder das Abflussrohr verstopft sind oder dass ein
zweiter Siphon angebracht ist. In diesen Fällen muss das Gitter aus Edelstahl entfernt werden, um das Siphonteil zu
entfernen; wenn das Problem weiterbesteht, ist möglicherweise das Rohr verstopft. Wenn das Problem verschwindet,
ist ein zweiter Siphon vorhanden, d. h., das entfernte Teil darf nicht wieder montiert werden.
DEUTSCH
Welche Abflusskapazität haben die Duschwannen? Alle Duschwannen haben eine maximale Abflusskapazität für
Flüssigkeiten mit einer ähnlichen Viskosität wie Wasser von 0,53 bis 0,85 Liter /Sekunde je nach dem verwendeten
Siphon.
Aus welchem Material sind die Gitter? Die Gitter sind aus rostfreiem Edelstahl AISI 316, geschnitten mit
hochauflösendem Laserstrahl und auf beiden Seiten poliert.
Die lackierten Gitter sind aus rostfreiem Edelstahl AISI 340 mit einem ofengetrockneten Epoxid-Anstrich sowie einer

Muss der Untergrund unter dem Duschwannen wasserfest abgedichtet werden? Die Duschwannen sind zu
100% abgedichtet und lassen kein Wasser durch. Außer im Falle spezieller Bauvorschriften müssen unter den
Duschwannen keine Dichtungsschichten oder ähnliches angebracht werden. Dies ist einer der allgemeinen Vorteile
im Vergleich zu verfliesten Duschen.
Muss die Installation eines Duschwannens irgendwie gewartet werden? Nach einem Monat der Benutzung
müssen nur die Schrauben des Siphons festgezogen werden (dazu wird das obere Gitter angehoben).
Duschwannen KOLLEKTION SILEX
Welches Werkzeug muss ich verwenden, um die Duschwannen zu schneiden? Die Duschwannen müssen
mit einer Diamantscheibe geschnitten werden, ähnlich wie zum Schneiden von Stein, Fliesen, Backsteinen usw.
Gemischte Duschwannen können nur im „trockenen“ Bereich geschnitten werden.

Wie wird die Funktion des Siphons eliminiert? Dazu wird der Zylinder herausgenommen, der Stöpsel entfernt und
der Zylinder auf 15 mm zugeschnitten, um weiterhin den Filter zu verwenden. Anschließend wieder den Zylinder und
den Filter anbringen.

Welches Material muss ich verwenden, um Duschwannen zu kleben? Das Kleben und/oder Abdichten der
verschiedenen Elemente erfolgt mit einer handelsüblichen Dichtungsmasse vom Typ SIKA. Diese Produkte werden
gebrauchsfertig angeboten, müssen nicht gemischt werden und trocknen normalerweise schnell. Produkte dieser
Art werden üblicherweise auch für Dehnungsfugen mit geringen Bewegungen, Sanitärobjekte, das Kleben von
Verkleidungen, Türrahmen und Fenstern verwendet. AUF BESTELLUNG VERFÜGBAR.
WICHTIG: Weißer Zement, Zement oder Zementkleber sind nicht zum Kleben geeignet.
Können SILEXPOL®-Elemente repariert werden? Die aus diesem Material hergestellten FIORA®-Duschwannen
können nach unangemessenem Gebrauch repariert werden. Das bedeutet, dass gewisse Bereiche, deren Farbschicht
auf der Oberfläche abgegangen ist, oder sogar Bereiche, an denen Löcher vorhanden sind (z. B. durch Herabfallen
von spitzen Gegenständen), repariert werden können.
Welche Neigungen weisen die Duschwannen auf? Das Design der FIORA®-Duschwannen und die anschließende
Herstellung der Formen haben vor allem den Zweck, das Duschwannen mit einer Neigung zu versehen, mit der das
Wasser schnell ablaufen kann, und zwar mindestens mit 0,6 Litern/Sekunde.
Je nach den Abmessungen und dem Modell des Duschwannens liegen die Neigungen bei mindestens 1 % bis
höchstens 2,5%, abhängig von der Position des Ablaufs.
NEIGUNG: 1% BIS 2,5%
Können die REPARATUR-KITS gelagert werden? Die Reparatur-Kits können nicht gelagert werden, da sie
verdunsten oder ihre Eigenschaften verlieren. Sie müssen für eine konkrete Reparatur bestellt werden und sind nur
für den einmaligen Gebrauch geeignet.
Können die Sprays gelagert werden? Die Sprays befinden sich in einem luftdichten Druckbehälter, d. h., ihr Inhalt
verliert seine Eigenschaften nicht und kann mehrere Male verwendet werden.
Ich möchte das Spray zum 2. Mal verwenden und es funktioniert nicht. Wenn die Verpackung nicht leer ist, kann
dieses Problem daran liegen, dass in dem roten Zerstäuber, auf den man drücken muss, vom letzten Mal trockene
Farbe verblieben ist. Halten Sie ihn einige Minuten in Lösungsmittel oder bestellen Sie bei FIORA® einen neuen
Zerstäuber.
Duschwannen KOLLEKTION ELAX
Kann die Duschwannen geschnitten werden? Ja, es ist ganz einfach. Sie brauchen nur ein gutes Messer oder
einen Cutter. Das Duschwannen wird mit Standardabmessungen geliefert. Wenn es am Montageort aufgelegt ist,
werden die genauen Abmessungen auf dem Duschwannen aufgezeichnet und es wird zugeschnitten. Dazu muss man
nur mehrere Male mit dem Cutter über die Schnittlinie fahren und wenn man sieht, dass eine Rille sichtbar wird, biegt
man das Material allmählich nach innen und außen, bis es auseinanderbricht.
DEUTSCH
Welches Material muss ich verwenden, um die Duschwannen zu kleben? Das Kleben und/oder Abdichten
der verschiedenen Elemente erfolgt mithilfe eines MS80-Schlauches, sowohl zum Kleben des Duschwannens mit
Ablaufrinne als auch mit Gitter.

Das Wasser läuft nicht aus der Ablaufrinne ab, obwohl sie korrekt installiert und nivelliert ist. Dieses Problem
kann darauf zurückzuführen sein, dass der Siphon und/oder das Abflussrohr verstopft sind oder dass ein zweiter
Siphon angebracht ist. Nehmen Sie in diesen Fällen das rechteckige Innenteil der Abflussrinne heraus, schrauben
Sie den Siphon auf und nehmen Sie die Innenteile des Siphons heraus (siehe Abbildung). Wenn das Problem
weiterbesteht, ist wahrscheinlich die Leitung verstopft. Wenn das Problem verschwindet, ist ein zweiter Siphon oder
Siphonbehälter vorhanden. Siehe Optionen 2 und 3 der vorigen Seite.
Kann man eine FIORA®-Abflussrinne für ein gemauertes Duschwannen verwenden? Wo könnte sie angebracht
werden? Ja. Sie könnte an einer Seite des Duschwannens angebracht werden.
VERKLEIDUNGSPANEELE
Welches Werkzeug muss ich verwenden, um die Paneele zu schneiden? Die Paneele werden mit ähnlichen
Werkzeugen wie für Holz geschnitten.

Beim Anbringen der waagrechten Paneele sind diese nicht mit den Fliesen und dem Duschwannen auf
einer Linie, was kann ich tun? Bauarbeiten sind nicht perfekt, Fliesen nicht auf einer Linie, Böden geneigt, Winkel
zwischen den Wänden unregelmäßig usw. Zu diesem Zweck bietet FIORA eine Blende an, die aus einem T-förmigen
Profil besteht, um Fugen im Übergang mit den Fliesen zu verdecken, ebenso wie eine Abschlussleiste für das
Paneel, die benutzt wird, um andere eventuelle Ungleichheiten zwischen Paneel und Duschwannen zu verbergen, die
hauptsächlich aufgrund einer fehlenden Ebenflächigkeit des Bodens entstehen. AUF BESTELLUNG VERFÜGBAR.
Aus welchem Material ist das Blendenprofil der waagrechten Paneele? Das Abschlussprofil ist aus extrudiertem
Aluminium mit Legierung 6063 oder 6043. Dabei wird ein spezielles Eloxal-Verfahren angewendet, das dem Aluminium
Eigenschaften verleiht, die Rost- und/oder Alterungserscheinungen vermeiden und die Härte steigern, um Kratzer zu
verhindern.
ANLEITUNGEN ZUR OBERFLÄCHENREPARATUR VON SILEXPOL-ELEMENTEN
Es ist möglich, eine Duschplatte oder Trennwand zu reparieren, wenn die Oberfläche aus irgendeinem Grunde infolge
einer unangemessenen Verwendung beschädigt wurde. In diesen Fällen kann ein REPARATURSPRAY bestellt werden,
wenn der Heizkörper die Textur Schiefer oder Schieferlamellen und nicht die Farbe Nature hat.
Dabei handelt es sich um eine Spraydose bzw. ein Spray, das nach vorherigem Schütteln direkt auf die beschädigte
Oberfläche gesprüht wird. Dabei müssen folgende Punkte berücksichtigt werden:
• Es ist wichtig, die Oberfläche innerhalb von 24 Stunden NICHT ZU BERÜHREN.
• Das Spray muss bei FIORA BATH COLLECTIONS S.L. mit der Farbe des zu reparierenden Elements bestellt werden.
• Das Ergebnis dieses Verfahrens erreicht seine maximale Härte nach 72 Stunden.
Damit das Spray später nochmals verwendet werden kann, muss der Sprühkopf nach der Benutzung gereinigt und
die Dose mit dem Kopf nach unten aufbewahrt werden.
Falls es sich um ein mehrfarbiges Produkt handelt (nicht einheitliche Farbei), kann der REPARATUR-KIT bestellt
werden.
Dieser Kit besteht aus zwei Behältern, von denen der eine texturierten Lack enthält und der andere einen Katalysator
(transparente Flüssigkeit).
Je nach Farbe ist das Mischungsverhältnis dieser Produkte unterschiedlich. Dieser Prozentsatz ist bei der Lieferung
des Kits angegeben, d. h., es wird erklärt, in welchem Verhältnis der Katalysator dem Lack zugefügt werden muss.
Nachdem beide Komponenten im angegebenen Verhältnis gemischt wurden, wird eine Schicht unter „Ziehen“ des
Lacks mit einem Pinsel oder einer Rolle aufgetragen, bis er einheitlich verteilt ist. Anschließend wird dieser Vorgang
wiederholt, ohne abzuwarten, bis die erste Schicht getrocknet ist.
Für kleine Reparaturen in der Farbe NATURE kann der REPARATUR-KIT mit der Grundfarbe verwendet werden.

Reparaturen von großen Flächen in der Farbe NATURE müssen von Personal der FIORA BATH COLLECTIONS S.L.
durchgeführt werden und je nach dem konkreten Fall kann es notwendig sein, das ganze Element mit einer normalen
Farbe, als nicht in NATURE, zu streichen.
AUF KEINEN FALL DARF DAFÜR SPRAY VERWENDET WERDEN, da sonst der Patina-Effekt verloren geht.
AUS SICHERHEITSGRÜNDEN IST ES SEHR WICHTIG, HANDSCHUHE UND NACH MÖGLICHKEIT EINEN
ATEMSCHUTZ ZU VERWENDEN, DENN SIE ARBEITEN MIT CHEMISCHEN PRODUKTEN.
ANWEISUNGEN ZUR REPARATUREN VON SCHÄDEN MIT MATERIALVERLUST
(ABSPLITTERUNGEN UND LÖCHER) AN SILEXPOL ELEMENTE
Unsere Produkte sind gegen Aufprall getestet und übertreffen die optimalen Benutzungswerte. Dennoch können
unsere Platten und Waschtische, im Gegensatz zu anderen Produkten auf dem Markt, dann repariert werden, wenn
spitze und schwere Gegenstände darauf fallen und dadurch Schäden entstehen. Ebenso wie im obigen Fall können
bei FIORA BATH COLLECTIONS S.L. REPARATUR-KITS FÜR ABSPLITTERUNGEN UND LÖCHER bestellt werden.
Dieser Kit besteht aus zwei Dosen, von denen jede einen Teil des zweikomponentigen Produkts enthält, das notwendig
ist, um den entstandenen Schaden zu reparieren.
Die beiden Produkte müssen vermischt werden, wobei ein Teil des weißen und ein halber Teil des anderen Produkts
verwendet wird, bis die Mischung so homogen wie möglich ist (dies kann an der Farbe der Mischung festgestellt
werden, die, wie gesagt, so homogen wie möglich sein sollte). Danach wird diese Mischung auf die zu reparierende
Zone gestrichen.
Anschließend mindestens 1 Stunde trocknen lassen. Nach dieser Zeit prüfen, ob die aufgetragene Masse hart
geworden ist (das Antrocknen der Masse hängt von den vorhandenen Luftverhältnissen ab, die Zeitangabe ist nur zur
Orientierung); ggf. lässt man sie länger trocknen.
Wenn die Masse hart geworden ist, wird die Farbe nach den Angaben im obigen Abschnitt „ANLEITUNGEN ZUR
OBERFLÄCHENREPARATUR VON SILEXPOL-ELEMENTEN“ aufgetragen.

Douchebakken: Silex® en Elax® collectie
Voor een oppervlakkige reiniging (na het douchen) hoef je alleen maar de douchebak af te spoelen met water en
ervoor te zorgen dat de badkamer goed geventileerd wordt.
Voor een meer grondige reiniging moet de douchebak afgespoeld worden met water en zeep (of een andere
badkamerreiniger die op de markt verkrijgbaar is) en schoongemaakt met een zachte spons. In geen geval mogen
hiervoor reinigings- of ontsmettingsmiddelen die alcohol bevatten (voor de SILEX® collectie) en reinigings- of
ontsmettingsmiddelen die oplosmiddelen of zuren bevatten (voor de ELAX® collectie) gebruikt worden. Tevens wordt
het gebruik van schurende producten (schuursponzen, doeken en soortgelijke) afgeraden.
Voor hardnekkige vlekken kunnen de zogenaamde ““magische sponzen” die in de meeste supermarkten verkrijgbaar
zijn gebruikt worden.
De door FIORA® vervaardigde douchebakken zijn voorzien van een CE markering, om deze reden worden die
onderworpen aan de diverse tests die voorgeschreven worden in de norm, zoals testen op het gebied van de
reinigbaarheid en duurzaamheid om die te kunnen markeren met het CE zegel.
In ons dagelijks leven gebruiken wij veel producten die op een of ander moment in aanraking kunnen komen met de

producten die FIORA® vervaardigt. Dit is de reden dat, afgezien van de tests die verplicht zijn voor de CE markering,
onze afdeling O&O en innovatie al onze materialen onderwerpt aan diverse tests om de mate van impact, de
duurzaamheid en weerstand van onze materialen tegen eventuele aanvallen van die producten die zich in ons leven
bevinden te bepalen.
Deze tests worden altijd vanuit een praktisch oogpunt ontworpen en uitgevoerd, daarbij gebruik makend van echte
producten die wij kunnen aantreffen in een willekeurige supermarkt. Desalniettemin zijn de omstandigheden waar
het artikel van FIORA® bij de tests aan onderworpen wordt veel strenger dan de normale gebruiksomstandigheden.
Hieronder worden de resultaten getoond die verkregen zijn met praktijkmonsters van SILEXPOL®. In beide gevallen
was het type test steeds gelijk, aangezien het in de tabel vermelde product, gedurende de aangegeven tijd toegepast
werd, waarbij het andere deel van de maatbeker afgedekt werd, waarna later beide oppervlakken vergeleken werden.
In alle gevallen werd nadat de aangegeven tijd verstreken was het product verwijderd en de maatbeker gereinigd met
water een algemeen schoonmaakmiddel.

Wall-System® scheidingswanden
Dit is een product van FIORA® dat tot doel heeft de douche in de vorm van een scherm te isoleren van de rest van
de badkamer, alhoewel zij ook gebruikt kunnen worden voor het van elkaar scheiden van verschillende zones van de
badkamer om zo verschillende omgevingen te creëren, zo kan bijvoorbeeld het toilet van de rest gescheiden worden.
Dit houdt in dat deze na plaatsing niet meer verplaatst kunnen worden.

De WALL SYSTEM® scheidingswand is verkrijgbaar in twee uitvoeringen: normaal en verwarmd, en is gemaakt van
SILEXPOL®. Voor het onderhoud van de scheidingswanden in de normale uitvoering moeten de aanwijzingen voor
de douchebakken van de SILEX® gevolgd worden. Voor het gebruik en onderhoud van de verwarmde uitvoering: zie
de handleiding voor radiatoren.
Tegelpanelen
Dit is een product van FIORA® dat de wanden van de badkamer die design touch en esthetische waarde geven
waar FIORA BATH COLLECTIONS S.L. naar streeft. Het vormt een aanvulling op het gebruikelijke tegelwerk van
badkamers, reden waarom die bevestiging niet meer verplaatst kunnen worden.
Het onderhoud is niet meer dan het reinigen van de tegels, en dit gebeurt dezelfde wijze als bij de SILEX®
douchebakken den WALL SYSTEM® scheidingswanden.
Schort voor hoge douchebak
Als er een houten structuur onder de douchebak geplaatst is zal er op die plaatsen waar de structuur zichtbaar is
een SILEXPOL® schort geplaatst worden. Het schort is verkrijgbaar in drie verschillende texturen (spanen, leisteen
en effen) en zij houden het esthetische aspect van de douchebakken met hun zichtbare zijkanten intact, en wekken
daarbij de indruk dat de douchebak dikker is.
Na installatie zijn uitsluitend nog de SILEXPOL® zijkanten te zien, om deze reden is het onderhoud hiervan gelijk aan
dat van de SILEXPOL® douchebak.
Instelbare Sep-System® steun
Dit is een FIORA® product dat ontworpen is om de montage van de douchebak uit de SILEX® serie te vergemakkelijken,
aangezien het dan niet nodig is mortel of soortgelijke producten te gebruiken, en tevens worden de problemen die uit
het gebruik daarvan voortvloeien vermeden.
Zodra de structuur afgestemd is op en aangepast aan de gewenste afmetingen, wordt de douchebak daarop
gemonteerd en maakt dan deel uit van de vloer, de structuur wordt onzichtbaar weggewerkt waardoor die geen verder
onderhoud behoeft. Men dient er simpelweg voor te zorgen dat de SEPSYSTEM® steun goed op zijn plaats blijft, en
dat die correct is aangebracht, waarnaar die op de in montagehandleiding vermelde wijze afgedicht moet wordeng.

FIORA BATH COLLECTIONS S.L. stuurt altijd een standaard sifon mee voor ieder besteld model. In het geval dat de
klant een ander model sifon wenst, moet hij van te voren het type sifon kiezen uit de lijst die opgenomen is in de tabel.

Voor het monteren van een douchebak, is het eerste waar wij op moeten letten de installatiemogelijkheden van het
model van de douchebak. Afhankelijk van de toestand waarin de badkamer zich bevindt, kunnen wij de douchebak
op een of op een andere manier installeren, en hierop is ook van invloed of het een renovatie of nieuwebouw betreft.
En in het gaval dat het om een renovatie gaat is, moet men ook kijken of er daarvoor een douche of een bad stond.
Er zijn drie manieren van monteren: VERZONKEN IN DE VLOER, OP DE VLOER, BOVEN DE VLOER.
Afhankelijk van de gekozen installatiewijze, biedt FIORA BATH COLLECTIONS S.L. de mogelijkheid om voor de
montage het SEP SYSTEM of de BASTIDOR FALDÓN te gebruiken, al naar gelang de behoeften van de gebruiker.
De tegelpanelen worden op de wanden van de badkamer bevestigd en vervangen het gebruikelijke tegelwerk. De
horizontale panelen worden in het algemeen gebruikt om de uitsparing die ontstaat wanneer een badkuip vervangen
wordt door een douche te vullen, en de verticale panelen zijn bedoeld om de wand in zijn geheel te bekleden.
De afmetingen van de tegelpanelen maken dat de montage sneller en meer eenvormig is omdat er minder elementen
nodig zijn dan voor het betegelen met wandtegels.
Afhankelijk van het gebruikt paneel zal de verbinding tussen de panelen variëren:

aluminium, en dan vastgezet aan de lange kant van de scheidingswand.

FAQ’S (VEEL GESTELDE VRAGEN)
DOUCHEBAKKEN
Toen ik de douchebak voor de eerste keer gebruikte zag ik dat het water niet correct wegvloeit, ondanks het
feit dat de douchebak correct geïnstalleerd is en waterpas staat. Tijdens de fabricatie en het transport daarvan
krijgen de douchebakken een lading statische elektriciteit mee, waardoor het water die eerste paar keer niet correct
wegvloeit. Na enkele keren gebruik zal dit problemen volledig verdwijnen.
Het water stroomt niet weg uit de douchebak terwijl die correct geïnstalleerd is en waterpas staat. Dit
probleem kan te wijten zijn aan het feit dat de sifon en/of de afvoer verstopt zijn, of omdat er een tweede sifon
geplaatst is. In deze gevallen moet het roestvrij stalen rooster weggenomen en de sifon eruit gehaald worden, als
het probleem aanhoudt zijn de leidingen waarschijnlijk verstopt, als het probleem dan opgelost is, komt dat omdat
er een tweede sifon is, en in dat geval moet het verwijderde onderdeel niet weer terug op zijn plaats gezet worden.
Welke afvoercapaciteit hebben de douchebakken? Alle douchebakken hebben een afvoercapaciteit van
vloeistoffen met een viscositeit die gelijk is aan die van water van 0,53 tot 0,85 liter/seconde afhankelijk van de
geïnstalleerde sifon.
Van welk materiaal worden de roosters gemaakt? De roosters zijn van roestvrij staal AISI 316, gesneden met een
high definition laser en waarvan beide kanten gepolijst zijn.De gelakte roosters zijn van roestvrij staal AISI 340 met
een grondlaag van in de oven gebakken epoxy-verf met daarop de afwerkingslaag in de verzochte kleur.
Kan ik vervangende onderdelen bestellen? FIORA BATH COLLECTIONS S.L. heeft vervangende onderdelen voor
alle elementen in voorraad. Vraag bij onze Verkoopafdeling een prijsopgave aan voor de onderdelen die u nodig
heeft.
Is het noodzakelijk de plaats onder de douchebak waterdicht te maken? De douchebakken zijn 100%
waterdicht en laten geen water door. Behalve in geval van een specifiek bouwvoorschrift is het niet nodig dat daar
een membraan of iets dergelijks onder gelegd wordt, dit is een van de algemene voordelen die deze douchebak
heeft ten opzichte van de betegelde douchebakken.
Moeten er onderhoudswerkzaamheden verricht worden aan de douchebak? Het enige wat gedaan moet
worden is het vervangen van de schroeven van de sifon, één maand nadat de bak in gebruik is genomen.
DOUCHEBAKKEN UIT DE SILEX COLLECTIE
Welk gereedschap moet ik gebruiken om de douchebakken te snijden? De douchebakken moeten met een
diamantzaag gelijk aan de zagen die gebruikt worden voor het snijden van steen, tegels, bakstenen, enz. De
gemengde douchebakken mogen uitsluitende in de “droge” zone afgesneden worden.

Hoe wordt de sifonfunctie opgeheven? De cilinder van de sifon moet hiervoor verwijderd worden, daarna haalt
men de dop eraf en maakt men de cilinder 15 mm lang om het filter te kunnen blijven gebruiken. Daarna de cilinder
en het filter opnieuw aanbrengen.

Welk materiaal moet ik gebruiken om douchebakken te lijmen? Voor het lijmen en/of afdichten van de
verschillende elementen moet een afdichtingsmiddel van het type SIKA gebruikt worden, dit zijn producten die
klaar voor gebruik verkocht worden, die niet gemengd hoeven te worden en die gewoonlijk snel drogen. Dit soort
producten wordt voornamelijk gebruikt voor voegovergangen met weinig beweging, sanitair, kleven van deklagen,
deur- en raamlijsten. DEZE ZIJN VERKRIJGBAAR OP BESTELLING.
BELANGRIJK: Hier zijn de materialen wit cement of cement of cementlijm niet geschikt als kleefmiddel.
Is het mogelijk SILEXPOL® te repareren? De FIORA® douchebakken die uit dit materiaal vervaardigd zijn kunnen
gerepareerd worden wanneer daar een verkeerd gebruik van is gemaakt. Op deze wijze kunnen de delen waar verf
weggevaagd is, of zelfs de delen waarin gaten zijn gekomen (bijvoorbeeld veroorzaakt door het vallen van scherpe
voorwerpen) bijgewerkt worden.
Welk hellingspercentage hebben de douchebakken? Het ontwerp van de FIORA® douchebakken, en de latere
fabricatie van de mallen heeft als een van de belangrijkste eigenschappen dat de douchebak hellend is gemaakt
waardoor het water snel weg kan stromen met een snelheid van 0,6 liter/seconde.
Afhankelijk van de afmetingen en het model van de douchebak variëren deze hellingspercentages van een minimum
van 1% tot een maximum van 2,5%, dit hangt af van de positie van de afvoer.
HELLINGSPERCENTAGE: 1% TOT 2,5%
Kunnen de REPARATIE KITS bewaard worden? De reparatie kits kunnen niet bewaard worden, aangezien die
verdampen of hun eigenschappen verliezen. Zij moeten besteld worden voor een bepaalde reparatie en dienen
uitsluitend voor eenmalig gebruik.
Kunnen de sprays bewaard worden? Een spray is een houder die onder druk staat en waar geen lucht in zit, om
deze reden verliest de inhoud zijn eigenschappen niet en kan die diverse malen gebruikt worden.

Ik wil de spray voor de 2e keer gebruik en hij werkt niet. Als de spray niet leeg is kan het probleem te wijten
zijn aan het feit dat er in de rode verstuiver waar op gedrukt moet worden droge verf van een eerder gebruik is
achtergebleven. Dompel die enkele minuten onder in een oplosmiddel of bestel een nieuwe spraykop bij FIORA®
ELAX COLLECTIE DOUCHEBAKKEN
Kan de douchebak gesneden worden? Ja, en het is zeer eenvoudig, je hebt hiervoor alleen maar een goed snijof
stanleymes voor nodig. De douchebak wordt verzonden in de standaard fabrieksmaat, wanneer de douchebak
op de installatieplaats is aangekomen worden de exacte afmetingen gemarkeerd, en zal er worden overgegaan tot
het snijden. Het enige wat men hoeft te doen is het stanleymes enkele keren over de snijlijn te bewegen en wanneer
er een uitsparing in aangebracht is buigt men het materiaal heen en weer totdat het breekt.

Welk materiaal moet ik gebruiken om de douchebakken te lijmen? Voor het lijmen en/of afdichten van de
verschillende elementen wordt een tube MS80 gebruikt, zowel voor het lijmen van de douchebak met watergoot als
die met een rooster.
De watergoot voert het water niet af terwijl die correct geïnstalleerd en waterpas is. Dit probleem kan te wijten
zijn aan het feit dat de sifon en/of afvoer verstopt zijn, of omdat er een tweede sifon aangebracht is. In deze geval
tilt men het rechthoekige binnenstuk van de watergoot op, schroeft men de sifon los en haalt men de onderdelen
uit het sifon (zie afbeelding), als het probleem aanhoudt, kan het zijn dat de leidingen verstopt zijn, als het probleem
verdwijnt, is dat omdat er een tweede sifon of sifonkop was. Zie opties 2 en 3 op de voorgaande bladzijde.
Kan een FIORA® watergoot gebruikt worden bij een een inbouw douchebak? Waar zou die geplaatst kunnen
worden? Ja. Die kan aan een zijkant van de douchebak geplaatst worden.
TEGELPANELEN
Wat voor gereedschap moet ik gebruiken om de panelen te snijden? De panelen worden gesneden met
hetzelfde gereedschap dat voor hout gebruikt wordt.
Welke materiaal moet ik gebruiken om panelen of douchebakken te lijmen? Voor het lijmen en/of afdichten van
de verschillende elementen moet een afdichtingsmiddel van het type SIKA gebruikt worden, dit zijn producten die
klaar voor gebruik verkocht worden, die niet gemengd hoeven te worden en die gewoonlijk snel drogen. Dit soort
producten wordt voornamelijk gebruikt voor voegovergangen met weinig beweging, sanitair, plakken van deklagen,
deur- en raamlijsten. DEZE ZIJN VERKRIJGBAAR OP BESTELLING.
BELANGRIJK: Hier zijn de materialen wit cement of cement of cementlijm niet geschikt als kleefmiddel.
Bij het plaatsen ervan staan de horizontale niet panelen niet op een lijn met de tegels en de douchebak, hoe
los ik dat op? Constructies zijn niet perfect, scheefstaande tegels, een schuine vloer, onregelmatige hoeken tussen
muren, enz. Hiervoor is bij FIORA een sierstrip verkrijgbaar, dit is een T-vormig profiel waarmee de voegen van de
tegels afgedekt kunnen worden en een lijlst voor het paneel die gebruikt worden om eventuele scheve uitlijningen
tussen het paneel en de douchebak die voornamelijk te wijten zijn aan de onvolkomenheden van de vloer weg te
werken. VERKRIJGBAAR OP BESTELLING.
Van welk materiaal is de sierstrip van de horizontale panelen gemaakt? Het profiel van de sierlijst is gemaakt
van geëxtrudeerd aluminium met een legering 6063 of 6043, gemaakt met een speciaal anodiseerproces waardoor
het niet roest en/of verouderd en harder wordt, dit om krassen te vermijden.
INSTRUCTIES VOOR DE REPARATIE VAN HET OPPERVLAK VAN EEN SILEXPOL ELEMENT
Een douchebak, tegelpaneel of scheidingswand kan gerepareerd worden wanneer om de een of andere reden het
oppervlak daarvan aangetast is ten gevolge van een verkeerd gebruik. In deze gevallen kan er een REPARATIE
SPRAY besteld worden, mits de textuur leisteen of leisteen lamellen is, en niet de kleur NATURE heeft.

In deze gevallen kan er een REPARATIE SPRAY besteld worden, mits en niet de kleur NATURE heeft.
Het betreft een aerosol bus of spray die na het schudden rechtstreeks op het aangetaste oppervlak wordt gespoten.
Hierbij moet rekening gehouden worden met het volgende:
• Let op: NIET AANRAKEN gedurende 24 uur.
• Deze moet besteld worden bij FIORA BATH COLLECTIONS S.L. onder opgave van de kleur van het te
repareren element.
• Het resultaat van dit proces bereikt zijn maximale hardheid na 72 uur.
Om de spray te bewaren voor later gebruikt, moet de verstuiver na gebruik gereinigd worden en de spray moet
ondersteboven bewaard worden.
In het geval van een meerkleurig product (geen eenvormige kleur), kan een REPARATIE KIT besteld worden.
Deze kit bestaat uit twee bussen: een bevat lak met textuur en de andere een katalysator (doorzichtige vloeistof).
Afhankelijk van de kleur, zijn de percentages van het mengsel van deze producten verschillend, en dit percentage
wordt aangegeven wanneer de kit wordt geleverd, er wordt dan aangegeven welk percentage katalysator moet
worden toegevoegd aan de lak. Als deze krachtig zijn gemengd in de aangegeven verhouding, wordt er een laag
aangebracht door de lak “uit te smeren” met een kwast of verfroller totdat die volledig gelijkmatig is. Deze handeling
wordt daarna opnieuw verricht zonder te wachten tot de eerste laag opgedroogd is.
Voor kleine reparaties in de kleur NATURE, kan men de REPARATIE KIT in de basiskleur gebruiken.
Wat betreft reparaties van grote oppervlakken in de kleur NATURE, deze moeten verricht worden door personeel
van FIORA BATH COLLECTIONS S.L., en afhankelijk van ieder concreet geval is het wellicht noodzakelijk het
oppervlak opnieuw te verven maar dan met een gewone kleur NO NATURE.
IN GEEN GEVAL EEN SPRAY GEBRUIKEN, want dan gaat het effect van de patina verloren.
BELANGRIJK, VOOR UW VEILIGHEID, GEBRUIK HANDSCHOENEN EN, INDIEN MOGELIJK, EEN
BESCHERMEND MASKER WANT UW WERKT MET CHEMISCHE PRODUCTEN.
INSTRUCTIES VOOR DE REPARATIES VAN SCHADE MET VERLIES VAN MATERIAAL (“PUTJES”)
IN SILEXPOL ELEMENTEN
Onze producten zijn getest tegen slagproeven en zij doorstaan deze tests met optimale waarden. Desalniettemin,
in tegenstelling tot andere elementen die verkrijgbaar zijn op de markt, kunnen onze werkbladen en wasbakken
gerepareerd worden in het geval dat die beschadigd raken wanneer daar scherpe voorwerpen van groot gewicht
op vallen. Evenals in het bovenstaande geval, kunt u dan bij FIORA BATH COLLECTIONS S.L een REPARATIE KIT
VOOR PUTJES bestellen.
Deze kit bestaat uit twee bussen, ieder daarvan bevat een deel van het uit twee componenten bestaande product
dat benodigd is om de toegebrachte schade te repareren.
Beide producten moeten gemengd worden in de verhouding één deel wit product en een half deel van het andere
product totdat er een zo homogeen mogelijk mengsel verkregen wordt (dit kan men zien aan de kleur van het
mengsel, die, met excuses voor de herhaling, zo homogeen mogelijk zal zijn), daarna moet die aangebracht worden
op de te repareren zone.
Als het product aangebracht is moet men dat minimaal 1 uur laten drogen en na verloop van deze tijd moet
gecontroleerd worden of het vulmiddel goed gehard is (het hard worden van het vulmiddel kan niet exact bepaald
worden en is afhankelijk van de heersende omstandigheden) als dat niet het geval, laat het dan langer drogen.
Zodra het vulmiddel hard geworden is kan de verf daar op aangebracht worden overeenkomstig hetgeen in de
voorgaande paragraaf “HANDLEIDING VOOR REPARATIES VAN EEN SILEXPOL ELEMENT” is uitgelegd.
