Dentsu Aegis is a collection of top advertising agencies. This project brought 10 agencies together

under one roof, spanning over 6 floors. The design emphasizes open, collaborative spaces and

flexible seating to give employees the freedom to choose the work-setting that work best for them.

In addition to hospitality-focused coffee bars and kitchens, the space features film studios, sound

booths, production rooms and editing bays to enable in-house content creation. This project is

also the first in Chicago to use PoE lighting.

Each floor has a different feeling and color palette to create a stimulating and dynamic workspace.

The client experience was also heavily emphasized to enable each brand to show off their

capabilities and work.

CONCEPT

2 Hanson Place is a commercial office building

owned by Brookfield Properties. This project

involved a renovation of their ground floor lobby,

as well as developing a concept and design for

an amenity center. This amenity center included

a conference suite, coffee bar, and breakout

space for tenants.

This project is currently under construction,

expected to be completed this summer.

CONCEPT

Silicon Valley Bank (SVB) is an enterprise banking company with offices across the globe. This

project involved a full interior renovation for their Hong Kong office. Because hospitality is at the

forefront of SVB’s culture, clients and employees enter directly into a welcoming coffee bar. Meetup

rooms, open workspace, breakout areas, and a pantry were thoughtfully planned to maximize

efficiency in the suite.
