¿Qué es el estrés?
¿What is Stress?
El estrés es la respuesta a un
factor externo, ya sea física o
mentalmente. Un motivo de
estrés puede ser el tener
muchas tareas pendientes.
Stress is the response to an
external factor, either physically
or mentally. One cause of stress
can be having too many tasks
to do.
Estrés agudo:
Denominado al estrés a
corto plazo.
Acute Stress:
Referred to as short-term
stress.
Estrés crónico:
Denominado al tiempo
prolongado de estrés.
Chronic Stress:
Referred to the
prolonged time of stress.

En nuestra profesión se ha
encontrado una elevada carga
física y mental debido a que las
condiciones de trabajo y el
desarrollo de los mismos
presentan numerosos factores
potenciales de estrés, entre los
cuales se encuentran:
Maniobras de cubierta
Maniobras de máquina
Ruido y Vibraciones
Mal tiempo
Poca tripulación
Largas horas de trabajo, etc
In our profession a high
physical and mental load has
been found due to the fact that
the working conditions and the
development of the different

potential stress factors, among

accomplishment and satisfaction.
He also explains that baking gives a
