Call completion offers 4 different solutions to the user:
Call Me Back
Offers subscribers a way to make calls even when they are out of airtime or have a low
balance. The caller will receive an “Out of Balance” notification and a missed call has been
placed on his behalf to his calling B party, displaying the remaining Call Me Back attempts
he is still allowed to make per month (as determined by the Mobile Operator).
Collect Call
Mobile subscribers can request other subscribers to accept a call at their own expense; the
service can be requested passively during the normal call flow or via a USSD request.
Split Call
Mobile subscribers can request other subscribers to split the call expenses between each
other. The recipient receives an audio notification that the caller is requesting him/her to
split the call charges.
Back to Coverage
Enables out-of-coverage subscribers to be notified about their missed calls once they
become connected to the network. Allows any caller to place a missed call to the called
party whenever he is out of reach (unreachable, out of coverage,…)
