Xàbia.
Este municipio no deja de subir sus precios por 2 factores
principalmente: el aumento del volumen de actividad
y la potenciación del mercado internacional, alcanzando
los 2.287 €/m2 en el cuarto trimestre de 2022.
Hablamos de un crecimiento gradual, desde mediados
de 2014, con tasas de crecimiento interanuales y que
han llevado el precio a cifras cercanas a su máximo
histórico.
