Un año más, en Eurojávea publicaremos las principales
estadísticas inmobiliarias de la zona pertenecientes al primer
trimestre de 2023, lo podrás encontrar en nuestro

Al igual que otros municipios de la costa española, Jávea –
Xàbia muestra un imparable crecimiento, no sólo ligado a
la actividad constructiva sino también al turismo.
Parte de su gran atractivo es el tipo de vivienda predominante
de la zona, que le aporta una gran diferenciación al
mercado inmobiliario respecto a otros destinos turísticos
del litoral valenciano. Según datos del año 2022, Jávea dispone
de casi un 50% de vivienda unifamiliar que, unido a
la orografía y al tipo de clima aporta una gran singularidad
al paisaje y a su vinculación con estas edificaciones.

statistics of the area for the first quarter of 2023. You

Like other municipalities of the Spanish coast, Jávea - Xàbia
shows an unstoppable growth, not only linked to construction
activity but also to tourism.
Part of its great attraction is the predominant type of housing
in the area, which gives it a great differentiation in the
real estate market compared to other tourist destinations
on the Valencian coast. According to data from the year
2022, Jávea has almost 50% of single-family homes, which,
together with the orography and the type of climate, gives
a great singularity to the landscape and its link to these
buildings.
