organizations to which <strong>Rwanda</strong> is a member<br />
and international instruments which <strong>Rwanda</strong><br />
has ratified;<br />
8° providing to the public institutions legal<br />
advice on a draft law or any other legal issue;<br />
9° collaborating with other public and private<br />
institutions, whether national or international,<br />

avec les instruments internationaux ratifiés<br />
par le <strong>Rwanda</strong> ;<br />
8° donner aux institutions publiques des avis<br />
juridiques sur un projet de loi ou sur toute<br />
autre question juridique ;<br />
9° établir des relations de collaboration en<br />
matière juridique avec d‟autres institutions
