ÉDITO<br />

En ces premiers jours <strong>de</strong> l'été, les mélomanes curieux ne sauront où donner <strong>de</strong> l'oreille !<br />

Pour sa 28 ème édition en Fédération Wallonie-Bruxelles, <strong>la</strong> <strong>Fête</strong> <strong>de</strong> <strong>la</strong> Musique se déroulera du 21 au 24<br />

juin. En ces premiers jours <strong>de</strong> l'été, les mélomanes curieux ne sauront où donner <strong>de</strong> l'oreille : plus <strong>de</strong><br />

150 scènes, près <strong>de</strong> 700 concerts et animations dans 55 villes et communes <strong>de</strong> Wallonie et <strong>de</strong><br />

Bruxelles.<br />

Chorales, orchestres, fanfares, ensembles et groupes seront à l’affiche un peu partout avec notamment<br />

Roscoe, David Bartholomé, Kiss & Drive, Dalton Télégramme, Dan San, The K, Ma<strong>de</strong>moiselle<br />

Nineteen, SMOD, Jali, BaliMurphy, Suarez, Les Vaches Aztèques. Prestations musicales variées,<br />

originales et toujours, ce<strong>la</strong> va <strong>de</strong> soi, gratuites !<br />

Les villes <strong>de</strong> Charleroi, Liège, Namur et Izel seront à nouveau à l’honneur avec une programmation<br />

diversifiée où se télescoperont toutes les <strong>musique</strong>s. Alors qu’à Bruxelles, pour <strong>la</strong> 9 ème année<br />

consécutive, l’épicentre <strong>de</strong> l’événement se tiendra P<strong>la</strong>ce <strong>de</strong>s Pa<strong>la</strong>is. Entre La Ruda, The Experimental<br />

Tropic Blues Band, Great Mountain Fire ou Afrocubism, le public ne sera pas déçu.<br />

Mais <strong>la</strong> <strong>Fête</strong> <strong>de</strong> <strong>la</strong> Musique pourra à nouveau être plus près <strong>de</strong> chacun cette année. Self Service<br />

connecte, via une p<strong>la</strong>te-forme web, les musiciens à <strong>la</strong> recherche d'un lieu et les particuliers vou<strong>la</strong>nt<br />

organiser leur propre <strong>Fête</strong> <strong>de</strong> <strong>la</strong> Musique... chez eux !<br />

La <strong>Fête</strong> <strong>de</strong> <strong>la</strong> Musique célébrera encore l’anniversaire <strong>de</strong> trois institutions majeures : 75 ans<br />

d’existence pour l’Orchestre National <strong>de</strong> Belgique, 50 ans pour l’Ensemble Musiques Nouvelles et 20<br />

ans pour Court-Circuit !<br />

Soucieuse d’adopter progressivement un comportement éco-responsable, <strong>la</strong> <strong>Fête</strong> <strong>de</strong> <strong>la</strong> Musique<br />

s’associe cette année à <strong>la</strong> semaine <strong>de</strong> l’énergie durable initiée par l’Union Européenne. Ce qui se<br />

traduit entre autres par une attention particulière accordée aux moins vali<strong>de</strong>s, en passant par le recours<br />

à <strong>de</strong>s réseaux courts ou en recommandant le respect <strong>de</strong> normes en matière sonore.<br />

La <strong>Fête</strong> <strong>de</strong> <strong>la</strong> Musique se déroulera pour sa 28 ème édition du 21 au 24 juin 2012<br />

À travers plus <strong>de</strong> 700 concerts gratuits proposés en Wallonie et à Bruxelles, le Conseil <strong>de</strong> <strong>la</strong> Musique<br />

et ses partenaires valoriseront une fois encore tant les pratiques amateurs que professionnelles tout en<br />

mettant à l’honneur <strong>de</strong>s musiciens et groupes confirmés et <strong>de</strong> nombreux artistes émergents <strong>de</strong> tous les<br />

horizons.<br />

SOIRÉE RADIO MODERN<br />

Jeudi 21 juin – La Tentation, Bruxelles – 20h00<br />

Chaque année, le Conseil <strong>de</strong> <strong>la</strong> Musique propose un projet original qui tient en un seul mot d’ordre :<br />

sortir <strong>de</strong>s sentiers battus, explorer <strong>de</strong>s lieux inédits et proposer une manière différente d’envisager <strong>la</strong><br />

<strong>musique</strong>.<br />

Cette année, le 21 juin, date officielle <strong>de</strong> <strong>la</strong> <strong>Fête</strong> <strong>de</strong> <strong>la</strong> Musique et 1 er jour <strong>de</strong> festivités, le Conseil <strong>de</strong> <strong>la</strong><br />

Musique proposera une soirée Radio Mo<strong>de</strong>rn en partenariat avec La Tentation. Radio Mo<strong>de</strong>rn, c’est un<br />

concept <strong>de</strong> soirée rétro né il y a 5 ans, qui a connu un énorme succès au nord du pays et qui connaît<br />

<strong>de</strong>puis quelques mois un succès grandissant à Bruxelles. Le temps d’une soirée, Radio Mo<strong>de</strong>rn<br />

propose un voyage nostalgique dans les années 50’s et 60’s du siècle <strong>de</strong>rnier.<br />

Comme à l’époque, <strong>la</strong> soirée commencera re<strong>la</strong>tivement tôt. À 21h, <strong>la</strong> salle se chauffera avec une<br />

initiation <strong>de</strong> danse durant <strong>la</strong>quelle l’équipe <strong>de</strong> Radio Mo<strong>de</strong>rn apprendra au public quelques<br />

mouvements <strong>de</strong> base <strong>de</strong> Lindy Hop. Ensuite, p<strong>la</strong>ce au live avec le groupe PANAME DANDIES,<br />

histoire <strong>de</strong> mettre en pratique les quelques pas appris précé<strong>de</strong>mment. La soirée se terminera par <strong>de</strong>s dj<br />

sets.<br />

Les soirées Radio Mo<strong>de</strong>rn, c’est également l’occasion <strong>de</strong> sortir sa plus belle robe <strong>de</strong> l’armoire et <strong>de</strong><br />

polir ses chaussures. Chaque participant pourra d’ailleurs mettre une touche finale à son look en<br />

faisant un petit tour par le Boudoir où les Mo<strong>de</strong>rnettes arrangeront les chevelures à <strong>la</strong> mo<strong>de</strong> ‘g<strong>la</strong>mour<br />

vintage’ et en profiteront pour retoucher les maquil<strong>la</strong>ges.<br />

Concert <strong>de</strong> l’Orchestre National <strong>de</strong> Belgique<br />

Jeudi 21 juin – Pa<strong>la</strong>is <strong>de</strong>s Beaux-Arts / Bozar, Bruxelles – 20h00<br />

Col<strong>la</strong>boration exceptionnelle à plus d’un titre, l'Orchestre National <strong>de</strong> Belgique, qui fête cette année<br />

son 75 ème anniversaire, apportera cette année encore sa contribution à <strong>la</strong> <strong>Fête</strong> <strong>de</strong> <strong>la</strong> Musique.<br />

Au programme, <strong>la</strong> Symphonie n°9 <strong>de</strong> Franz Schubert, à savourer pleinement en cette occasion,<br />

d'autant que <strong>la</strong> présence du jeune violoniste belge Lorenzo Gatto dans le célèbre mais néanmoins<br />

redoutable Concerto n°2 <strong>de</strong> Men<strong>de</strong>lssohn ajoutera encore une note festive à <strong>la</strong> soirée.<br />

Vendredi 22 juin – Maison <strong>de</strong>s Musiques, Bruxelles – 19h00<br />

Durant une soirée, <strong>la</strong> Maison <strong>de</strong>s Musiques ouvrira ses portes ainsi que son jardin à une chanson<br />

française « décalée ». Au menu, un panorama d’artistes qui proposeront une version personnelle et<br />

originale d’un style trop souvent considéré comme désuet. Tous les artistes présents lors <strong>de</strong> <strong>la</strong> soirée<br />

ont <strong>la</strong> particu<strong>la</strong>rité d’oser « sortir du rang », <strong>de</strong> proposer un univers musical singulier et hors normes,<br />

résultat d’un brassage <strong>de</strong> genres et d’influences multiples.<br />

sur le pop/rock avec les artistes en vue <strong>de</strong> <strong>la</strong> Fédération Wallonie-Bruxelles. On y célèbrera également<br />

les 20 ans <strong>de</strong> l’asbl Court-Circuit qui a vu passer nombre <strong>de</strong>s groupes qui ont foulé cette scène par son<br />

célèbre concours, le Concours Circuit.<br />

LES ANIMAUX EN MUSIQUE – Musiques Nouvelles et Francis Perrin<br />

Dimanche 24 juin - ThÉÂtre National, Bruxelles – 15h<br />

Après le Théâtre Royal du Parc, ce sera cette année au tour du Théâtre National d’accueillir les plus<br />

petits pour un spectacle musical d’envergure. Dans le cadre <strong>de</strong>s 50 ans <strong>de</strong> Musiques Nouvelles, le<br />

comédien français Francis Perrin présentera auprès <strong>de</strong> Musiques Nouvelles Le Carnaval <strong>de</strong>s<br />

Animaux <strong>de</strong> Camille Saint-Saëns et Pierre et Le Loup <strong>de</strong> Serge Prokofiev. Des contes en <strong>musique</strong> où<br />

chaque instrument <strong>de</strong> l'orchestre <strong>de</strong>vient personnage <strong>de</strong> l'histoire, où chaque animal s'exprime en<br />

notes, où les jeux <strong>de</strong> mots réveillent toute <strong>la</strong> malice <strong>de</strong> l'œuvre musicale. L'occasion idéale pour ouvrir<br />

les petits à <strong>la</strong> <strong>musique</strong>… Dérive poétique menée par l'inénarrable vitalité <strong>de</strong> Francis Perrin, entre<br />

verve, rire, <strong>musique</strong> et tendresse, un spectacle familial qui promet d'être tonique !<br />

Self Service connecte les musiciens à <strong>la</strong> recherche d'un lieu et les particuliers vou<strong>la</strong>nt organiser leur<br />

propre <strong>Fête</strong> <strong>de</strong> <strong>la</strong> Musique... chez eux ! Une p<strong>la</strong>teforme web ouverte à tous et à tous les styles, où<br />

artistes et organisateurs d’un jour trouvent un espace virtuel où se rencontrer et monter un projet <strong>de</strong><br />

concert. Le Conseil <strong>de</strong> <strong>la</strong> Musique encadre l’opération, fournissant conseils précieux sur l’organisation<br />

pratique, logistique et technique <strong>de</strong>s concerts. Toutes les manifestations organisées dans le cadre <strong>de</strong> ce<br />

Self Service sont renseignées sur le site officiel <strong>de</strong> <strong>la</strong> <strong>Fête</strong> <strong>de</strong> <strong>la</strong> Musique.<br />

D’année en année, le Conseil <strong>de</strong> <strong>la</strong> Musique renforce sa présence en Wallonie par <strong>la</strong> coproduction <strong>de</strong><br />

podiums en plein air dans les gran<strong>de</strong>s villes. L’édition 2012 sera l’occasion <strong>de</strong> reconduire les<br />

partenariats déjà actifs sur les villes <strong>de</strong> Liège, Charleroi, Namur et Izel.<br />

C’est toute <strong>la</strong> ville <strong>de</strong> Namur et ses alentours qui se pareront <strong>de</strong>s couleurs <strong>de</strong> l’été et <strong>de</strong> <strong>la</strong> <strong>Fête</strong> <strong>de</strong> <strong>la</strong><br />

Musique du 21 au 24 juin. La majorité <strong>de</strong>s concerts seront organisés dans un « triangle musical » au<br />

Durant quatre jours, <strong>la</strong> quinzaine d’opérateurs locaux proposera un véritable parcours musical qui<br />

<strong>de</strong>vrait combler aussi bien le grand public que les mélomanes les plus avertis. Au programme, pas<br />

moins <strong>de</strong> 50 concerts dont un podium en plein air orienté pop rock en face <strong>de</strong> <strong>la</strong> brasserie <strong>de</strong> l’E<strong>de</strong>n.<br />

IZEL<br />

DIMANCHE 24 JUIN – Centre Culturel<br />

Petit à petit, <strong>la</strong> <strong>Fête</strong> <strong>de</strong> <strong>la</strong> Musique organisée à Izel s’est imposée comme l’une <strong>de</strong>s plus importantes en<br />

Province du Luxembourg. Fort <strong>de</strong> ce succès public, le Conseil <strong>de</strong> <strong>la</strong> Musique a décidé <strong>de</strong> soutenir plus<br />

particulièrement cette commune. Ce coup <strong>de</strong> pouce a permis <strong>de</strong> donner une ampleur supplémentaire à<br />

l’événement grâce à l’instauration d’un second podium plein air.<br />

DU 21 AU 24 JUIN – PARC D’AVROY ET DANS TOUTE LA VILLE<br />

Pour <strong>la</strong> cinquième année consécutive, le Conseil <strong>de</strong> <strong>la</strong> Musique s’associe à <strong>la</strong> Ville <strong>de</strong> Liège<br />

et au PAC afin <strong>de</strong> proposer un week-end chargé en <strong>musique</strong> et en émotions. Durant 4 jours, ce<br />

ne sont pas moins d’une trentaine <strong>de</strong> partenaires locaux qui s’unissent afin <strong>de</strong> proposer plus <strong>de</strong><br />

120 concerts à travers <strong>la</strong> Ville. À l’instar <strong>de</strong>s années précé<strong>de</strong>ntes, <strong>la</strong> programmation se voudra<br />

éclectique et popu<strong>la</strong>ire.<br />
