Plus d’une centaine de nouvelles espèces et/ou genres prédateurs ont donc été<br />

répertoriées dans la littérature scientifique. Certains taxa comme les amphibiens anoures, les<br />

mammifères carnivores, chiroptères, insectivores et primates ont considérablement augmentés<br />

en nombre de prédateurs par rapport aux données de Polis et al.<br />

Certains taxa sont nouveaux : les amphibiens Plethodontidae, les reptiles<br />

Chamaeleonidae, Cordylidae, Chrotaphitidae, Leiocephalidae et Tropirudidae, les oiseaux<br />

Ansériformes et les mammifères Marsupiaux.<br />
