The Railroad Commission recently requested informal comments on draft revisions to the
Underground Pipeline Damage Prevention rules of Chapter 18 of the Texas Administrative Code. In
response to this request, attached please find the comments of CenterPoint Energy Arkla,
CenterPoint Energy Entex, CenterPoint Energy Intrastate Pipelines and CenterPoint Energy Field
Services on the draft revisions. We look forward to continuing to work with you to improve damage
