Symptômes COARCTATION DE L’AORTE • Défaillance/choc cardiogénique avec hypoTA, hypoperfusion et acidose chez n-né à la fermeture du CA. • Rarement, nourrisson avec dyspnée, difficulté aux boires et gain pondéral inadéquat. • Enfant plus vieux souvent asymptômatique. Référé pour HTA ou souffle. Claudication. Céphalées.
COARCTATION DE L’AORTE Examen physique Palpation • ↓ pouls fémoraux, avec délai p/r à m.s. Confirmée par TA différentielle m.s. vs m.i. HTA m.s. Rare exception: artère sous-clav dte aberrante. • Hyperdynamie précordiale chez n-né. • ± soulèvement apical. • Pulsations inter-costales chez enfant + vieux. Inspection N-né : ± cyanose m.i. Tirage. Mauvaise perfusion. Enfant + vieux : Hypodéveloppement relatif m.i.
