STÉNOSE PULMONAIRE<br />
• Si gradient de pic 60-80 mmHg.<br />
• Valvuloplastie par cathéter à ballon. Si non efficace :<br />
commissurotomie chirurgicale.<br />
• Taux de réintervention bas. Insuffisance pulmonaire peut<br />
être causée, surtout par cathé.<br />
• Dans la SP critique du n-né: PgE1, inotropes.<br />
