- Verificare il livello olio nella scatola del
moltiplicatore, eventualmente ripristinarlo
fino all’altezza del foro di livello
(3 Fig. 19).
4.4 OGNI 400 ORE
LAVORATIVE
- Effettuare il cambio completo dell'olio
del moltiplicatore, scaricando completamente
l'olio dal tappo di scarico posto
sotto la scatola moltiplicatore (3 Fig.
19).
4.5 MESSA A RIPOSO
A fine stagione, o nel caso si preveda un
lungo periodo di riposo, è consigliabile:
- Lavare la macchina soprattutto da concimi
e da prodotti chimici ed asciugarlo.
- Controllarla accuratamente ed eventualmente
sostituire le parti danneggiate
o usurate.
- Serrare a fondo tutte le viti e i bulloni, in
particolare quelli che fissano i coltelli.
- Effettuare un accurato ingrassaggio ed
infine proteggere tutta l'attrezzatura
con un telo e sistemarla in un ambiente
asciutto.
Se queste operazioni vengono fatte con
cura, il vantaggio sarà solo dell'utilizzatore
in quanto alla ripresa del lavoro, troverà
un'attrezzatura in perfette condizioni.
In caso di smantellamento della macchina,
attenersi alle relative leggi del
paese di utilizzo in particolare alle leggi
sull'anti-inquinamento.
Si ricorda infine che la Ditta Costruttrice
è sempre a disposizione per qualsiasi
necessità di assistenza e ricambi.

4.2 EVERY 8 WORK
HOURS
- Grease the cardan shaft cross journals.
- Grease the bearings of the rotor.
- Check the tightness of the fastening
bolts of the blades.
4.3 EVERY 50 HOURS
OF WORK
- Check the oil level in the overdrive box,
filling it up, if necessary, to the notch
on the indicator (3 Fig. 19).
4.4 EVERY 400 HOURS OF
WORK
- Carry out a complete oil change of the
overdrive, discharging all the oil from
the discharge cap located below the
overdrive box (3 Fig. 19).
4.5 STORAGE
Proceed in the following way at the end
of the season or if the harrow is to remain
unused for a long period of time:
- Wash the harrow and dry it. Make sure
that all fertilizer and chemical products
have been removed.
- Carefully check the implement and
replace any damaged or worn parts.
- Fully tighten all screws and bolts, particularly
the ones that fix the tines.
- Thoroughly grease the implement and
protect it with a tarpaulin. The harrow
should be stored in a dry place.
If these operations are carefully carried
out, the user will find the implement in a
perfect condition when it is required
again.
Comply with the laws in force in the
relative countries, particularly the antipollution
provisions, if the machine
must be dismantled.
Also remember that the Manufacturer
is always at your disposal for any technical
assistance and spare parts as
may be required.
4.2 ALLE 8
BETRIEBSSTUNDEN
- Die Kreuzstücke der Gelenkwelle
schmieren.

4.3 ALLE 50
BETRIEBSSTUNDEN
- Den Ölstand im Übersetzungsgetriebegehäuse
prüfen und eventuell bis zum
Füllstrich auffüllen (3 Abb. 19).
4.4 ALLE 400
BETRIEBSSTUNDEN
- Das gesamte Öl des Übersetzungsgetriebes
wechseln. Das Öl vollkommen
über die Ablaßöffnung, die sich
auf der Unterseite des Gehäuses befindet,
auslaufen lassen (3 Abb. 19).
4.5 RUHEPERIODEN
Am Ende der Saison oder, wenn eine längere
Ruhepause vorgesehen ist, muß
man wie folgt vorgehen:
- Den Krümler gründlich reinigen, vor allem
Dünger- und/oder Chemikalienreste
gut entfernen, um ihn dann zu
trocknen.
- Auf das Vorhandensein etwaiger
Schäden oder Verschleißstellen
prüfen und die schadhaften Teile
ersetzen.
- Alle Schrauben und Schraubbolzen
fest anziehen, vor allem diejenigen zur
Messerbefestigung.
Wenn diese Arbeiten sorgfältig ausgeführt
werden, wirkt sich das zum Vorteil
des Benutzers aus, weil er das Gerät,
wenn er es wiederbenutzen will, in einem
einwandfreien Zustand vorfindet.
Vergessen Sie nicht, daß der Hersteller
für alle Fragen hinsichtlich Kundendienst
und Ersatzteilen stets zur
Verfügung steht.

4.2 TOUTES LES 8
HEURES DE TRAVAIL
- Graissez les croisillons de l’arbre à
cardans.
- Graisser les roulements du rotor.
- Contrôler le serrage des boulons de
fixation des lames.
4.3 TOUTES LES 50
HEURES DE TRAVAIL
- Contrôler le niveau d’huile dans le boîtier
du multiplicateur, au besoin rajouter
de l’huile jusqu’au repère qui se
trouve sur la jauge (3 Fig. 19).
4.4 TOUTES LES 400
HEURES DE TRAVAIL
- Changer complètement l’huile du multiplicateur,
en évacuant l’huile par le
bouchon de vidange qui se trouve sous
le boîtier du multiplicateur (3 Fig. 19).
4.5 REMISSAGE
A la fin de la saison ou lorsque vous prévoyez
une longue période d’inactivité,
prenez les précautions suivantes:
- Lavez l’appareil en enlevant surtout les
engrais et les produits chimiques, et
séchez-le soigneusement.
- Contrôlez attentivement l’appareil:
remplacez les parties usées ou endommagées.
- Serrez à fond toutes les vis et les boulons,
en particulier celles des couteaux.
- Graissez soigneusement et protégez
l’outil avec une bâche en plastique.
Rangez-le dans un local sec.
Si ces opérations sont réalisées soigneusement,
lors de la reprise des travaux
l’utilisateur trouvera un outil en parfait
état.
Dans le cas de mise à la décharge de
la machine, respectez les lois du pays
d’utilisation et notamment les lois contre
la pollution de l’environnement.

d’assistance et de pièces
détachées.
4.2 CADA 8 HORAS DE
TRABAJO
- Engrasar las crucetas del árbol
cardánico.
- Engrase los cojinetes de rotación.
- Controle que los pernos de sujeción de
las cuchillas estén biene apretados.
4.3 CADA 50 HORAS DE
TRABAJO
- Controle el nivel de aceite en la caja
del multiplicador, si es necesario, restablézcalo
hasta la muesca del nivel
(3 Fig. 19).
4.4 CADA 400 HORAS DE
TRABAJO
- Cambie totalmente el aceite del
multiplicador, descargándolo por el tapón
de descarga que está colocado abajo
de la caja del multiplicador (3 Fig. 19).
4.5 PERIODOS DE REPOSO
Al finalizar la estación o siempre que prevemos
un período de inactividad prolongado
aconsejamos:
- Lavar la máquina, eliminando sobre
todo abonos y productos químicos;
luego secarla.
- Controlarla cuidadosamente y eventualmente
sustituir las partes dañadas
o gastadas.
- Ajustar a fondo todos los tornillos y los
bulones, en particular aquellos que fijan
las cuchillas.
- Efectuar un cuidadoso engrase y por
último proteger todo el equipo con una
lona y guardarla en un ambiente seco.
Si realizamos cuidadosamente estas
operaciones redundará en ventaja del
usuario, ya que encontrará, al recomenzar
el trabajo, los equipos en perfectas
condiciones.
En caso de eliminación de la máquina
observar las leyes del relativo pais, en
particular las leyes anticontaminación.
Recordamos por último que el Fabricante

toda necesidad de asistencia y
repuestos.
