Origine : EUROPE ORIENTALE / ASIE MINEURE
H. 25 m/30 m x L. 10 m/15 m. Le plus beau des platanes. Enracinement plongeant et
puissant. Port compact érigé pour 'orientalis' et pyramidal pour 'digitata'. Très
rustique, tous types de sols. Paraît plus résistant aux insectes que x acerifolia.
Végétation compacte, se forme tout seul en pyramide régulière. Le feuillage très
découpé 'd'orientalis' et digité de 'digitata' leur assure un aspect esthétique
particulièrement intéressant. Tronc conique s'exquamant très blanc.
