When using the LincTorch welding torch system be aware of the relevant safety requirements.
- Follow the operating instructions for the individual welding components, e. g. for the power supply and cooling unit.
- Only operators with the relevant knowledge of arc welding equipment should use the system
- Arc welding may cause damage to the eyes, skin and hearing. Therefore please always wear the required safety clothing, eye and ear protection in
compliance with the relevant regulations in the country in question.
- The rating given represents the maximum limit values. Overloading can lead to torch damage or destruction.
- Before replacing consumables, switch off the power supply.
- Do not pull the cable assembly across sharp edges or set it down in the welding spatter area or on hot work pieces.
- Use curtains or partitions to protect those not involved in the welding process from radiation and the danger of arc flashing.
- Observe fire hazard caused from spatter / dross created during welding. During welding work remove everything combustible from the working
area.
- During welding work in confined spaces, electrical hazard is increased. Protect yourself accordingly through use of insulating mats, dry clothing and
sufficient ventilation and exhaust.
- Fumes produced when welding, especially lead, cadmium, copper, zinc and beryllium are harmful!
Achten Sie im Umgang mit dem LincTorch Schweißbrenner auf die einschlägigen Sicherheitsvorschriften.
- Beachten Sie die Betriebsanleitung der einzelnen schweißtechnischen Komponenten, wie z. B. Schweißstromquelle, Drahtvorschubgerät und
Umlaufkühlaggregate.
- Die Inbetriebnahme ist nur Personen vorbehalten, die über entsprechende Kenntnisse im Umgang mit Lichtbogenschweißgeräten verfügen.
- Lichtbogenschweißen kann Augen, Haut und Gehör schädigen! Deshalb ist immer die vorgeschriebene Schutzkleidung, Augenund
Gehörschutz gemäß der einschlägigen Vorschriften des entsprechenden Landes, z. B. in Deutschland UVV 26.0, BGV D 1 zu tragen.
- Die angegebenen Belastungsdaten sind maximale Grenzwerte. Überlastungen führen zur Brennerzerstörung.
- Schalten Sie zum Reinigen und Verschleißteilewechsel die Stromquelle aus.
- Ziehen Sie das Schlauchpaket nicht über scharfe Kanten oder legen es im Spritzerbereich oder auf heißen Werkstücken ab.
- Schützen Sie unbeteiligte Personen durch Schutzvorhänge oder Schutzwände gegen optische Strahlung und Blendgefahr.
- Benutzen Sie die Schweißbrenner nur in geeigneten Räumlichkeiten. Verwenden Sie beim Gebrauch im Freien einen geeigneten Schutz gegen
alle Witterungseinflüsse.
- Bei Schweißarbeiten unter beengten Verhältnissen besteht erhöhte elektrische Gefährdung. Schützen Sie sich entsprechend durch isolierende
Unterlagen, trockene Kleidung und durch ausreichende Be- und Entlüftung.
- Alle Metalldämpfe, besonders Blei, Cadmium, Kupfer und Beryllium sind schädlich! Sorgen Sie durch Belüftung und Absaugung dafür, dass die

- Le changement des pièces d’usure se fait uniquement après coupure de la source de courant.
- Veiller à maintenir le faisceau hors de portée d’une arrête vive, des projections de soudage et des pièces d’oeuvre chaudes.
- L’entourage doit être protégé des rayons de soudage par interposition de rideaux ou de parois.
- N´utiliser les torches de soudage que dans des locaux destinés à la soudure. En cas d´utilisation à l´extérieur, munissez vous de toutes les protections
contre les intempéries.
- Dans de rares circonstances, un risque d´électrocution est possible. Protégez vous par un tapis isolant, des vêtements secs et une bonne aération.
- Les émanations de fumées de métaux sont nocives. En particulier pour le plomb, le cadmium, le cuivre, le zinc et le beryllium. Veiller à une bonne

- La soldadura por arco puede causar lesiones en los ojos, la piel y en el aparato auditivo. Por consiguiente, se deberá utilizar siempre la ropa de
seguridad indicada, así como las protecciones de vista y oídos conforme a las regulaciones correspondiente de cada país.
- Los datos técnicos representan los valores límite máximos. La antorcha puede dañarse por una sobrecarga.
- Desconecte el suministro de corriente para cambiar las piezas desgastadas.
- No arrastre el conjunto de cables por superficies cortantes, ni lo coloque bajo la escoria de soldadura o sobre piezas de trabajo calientes.
- Debe protegerse a las personas ajenas a la soldadura contra la radiación óptica y el peligro de deslumbramiento por medio de cortinas o pantallas de
protección.
- Utilice la antorcha de soldadura exclusivamente en zonas adecuadas.
- Si realiza trabajos en lugares peligrosos, protéjase adecuadamente, utilice ropa seca y con suficiente ventilación.
- Los humos y gases pueden ser peligrosos para la salud, evite respirarlos. Utilice la suficiente ventilación y/o extracción de humos para mantener los
humos y gases alejados de la zona de respiración.
