VARIO Platform
This platform is the basis for various possible variations. In the
Basic Version, Vario-Line can be used as a single or twin cutting
tool. The insert holders are clamped directly onto the main
body with a clamping bolt and can be adjusted by means of a
set screw.
The Basic Version can be quickly and conveniently upgraded
by retrofitting it with a function module.
• Identical insert holders for all versions within an assembly
• A special coating provides corrosion
and wear protection
• Color-coding prevents any confusion
of the function modules
VARIO La plate forme
La plate forme est une base pour différentes possibilités de variations.
Dans la version de base, Vario-Line se monte soit en monosoit
en double coupe. Les porte plaquettes sont serrés directement
sur le corps à l’aide d’une vis de serrage et positionnés à l’aide
d’une goupille filetée. Grâce à un montage simple, le module de
fonction en version de base s’amortit rapidement.

même taille

Version EV réglage unitaire
Each insert holder is individually adjustable for convenient setting
in progressive cutting or with absolute diameter uniformity.
Adjustment is carried out by means of a scale in the EV function
module – 0,004 inch (0.1 mm) accuracy in diameter – in both directions.
Pour un réglage facile en cas de coupes étagées ou de diamètres de
dimension absolument identique, chaque porte plaquette est réglable
séparément. Le réglage s’effectue avec un vernier intégré dans
le module de base EV dans les deux sens avec une précision de
0.004 inch (0,1 mm) au diamètre.
