A travers le monde, des millions d’ouvriers de l’industrie textile font face à des conditions de travail précaires ainsi qu’à de<br />
grandes limites dans leurs droits et libertés. Les salaires sont bien trop bas pour survivre avec, les journées de travail sont<br />
extrêmement longues et les conditions de travail sont dangereuses. Les travailleurs sont rarement libres d’adhérer à des<br />
syndicats et d’améliorer leur situation.<br />
Les membres de la Fair Wear Foundation, travaillent à améliorer ces conditions de travail en appliquant les huits normes qui<br />
sont au coeur du Code de Conduite du Travail.<br />
Millions of garment workers around the world face poor working conditions and limits to their rigths and freedoms. Wages<br />
are too low to survive on, work days are extremely long and conditions are unsafe. Workers are rarely free to join unions<br />
and improve their own situation.<br />
Fair Wear Foundation member brands work towards improving conditions by implementing the eight standards at the heart of<br />
the Code of Labour Practices.<br />
In tutto il mondo, milioni di lavoratori nell’industria tessile affrontano cattive condizioni di lavoro nonché gravi limitazioni dei loro<br />
diritti e delle libertà. I salari sono troppo bassi per una vita dignitosa, i giorni di lavoro sono estremamente lunghi e pericolosi.<br />
