LA PROTECTORA Extension et rehabilitation Lima, 2006 Sur l’avenue Santa Cruz se trouvent divers sièges d’instituts, compagnies d’assurances, locaux d’éducation et autres. Le projet architectural vise à avoir une présence urbaine majeure sur l’avenue et à changer l’image corporative de l’entreprise Corredora de Seguros La Protectora. L’intervention se concentre sur l’entré du bâtiment et la façade principale en gardant la composition d’ensemble qui existait avec bâtiment de la parcelle adjacente. Trois types de verres sont utilisés afin de renforcer l’indetification des volumes existants et nouveaux. Un hall de trois niveaux organise le nouvel accés. Etat Original Plan du rez de chaussée
