12Cine en Construcción / Cinéma en Construction / Film in ProgressPREMIOS CINE ENCONSTRUCCIÓN 21 TOULOUSEEl PREMIO CINÉMA EN CONSTRUCCIÓN DE TOULOUSE, elPREMIO Especial CINÉ + en construcciÓn y PREMIO DE LOSDISTRIBUIDORES Y EXHIBIDORES EUROPEOS son otorgadosdurante Cine en Construcción que se desarrolla en el marco dela 24e edición de Cinélatino, Rencontres de Toulouse (23 demarzo-1° de abril 2012).El PREMIO CINÉMA EN CONSTRUCCIÓN TOULOUSEconsiste en servicios de postproducción por parte de lasempresas colaboradoras, en una beca destinada a trabajos depostproducción de la película premiada.• EL CENTRO NACIONAL DE LA CINEMATOGRAFÍA (CNC)atribuye una beca de ayuda de 10.000 € a la finalización queservirá para trabajos de postproducción en Francia.• MAC’TARI Ofrecerá un servicio de montaje o mezcla desonido de un valor de 15.000 €.• TITRA TVS ofrecerá servicios de subtitulación multilingüe,DCP, duplicación y copia en DVD de un valor de 3.000 €.• CAISSE CENTRALE D’ACTIVITÉS SOCIALES DU PERSONNELDES INDUSTRIES ELECTRIQUES ET GAZIERES (CCAS) Ofreceuna residencia de 5 semanas en París al director laureadopara que pueda asegurar la postproducción o la promociónde la película en Francia.• EAUX VIVES se encargará de la coordinación de la postproducciónde la película premiada con las empresas patrocinadorasdel Premio, lo cuál incluye 4 semanas de seguimiento de lapostproducción, por un valor equivalente de 8.600€.• FIREFLY pondrá a disposición de forma gratuita la suite desoftware Firefly para la corrección de color de la películapremiada• COMMUNE IMAGE Pondrá a disposición una sala de cineequipada de un proyector digital Christie DLP Cinéma y deuna consola de calibrado Firefly Cinema o el mismo tipo deservicio en una sala de montaje de imagen durante 10 días.En el primer caso por un valor equivalente de 17.000€ y de10.000€ en el segundo.El PREMIO ESPECIAL CINÉ+ EN CONSTRUCCIÓNEl canal CINE + garantiza a la película que recibirá este premiosu compra por el canal por un valor de 15.000 € y su difusióntelevisiva. Este premio se entregará al distribuidor de lapelícula en Francia bajo reserva de que la película sea objetode exhibición comercial en salas de cine del territorio francés enlos dos años que sigan la proyección de la película en el marcode Cine en Construcción.EL PREMIO DE LOS DISTRIBUIDORES Y EXHIBIDORES EUROPEOS• EUROPA DISTRIBUTION se compromete a promocionarla película premiada entre su red de 110 miembros, yparticularmente entre los 35 distribuidores europeosmiembros del proyecto Europa Distribution International(EDI). En el marco de EDI, se organizarán proyeccionesprivadas de la película ganadora en el screening room deCINANDO. Un bonus financiero sera atribuido a su vez a losdistribuidores miembros de EDI que se comprometan adistribuir la película premiada.• CONFÉDÉRATION INTERNATIONALE DES CINÉMAS D’ART ETD’ESSAI (CICAE) aporta una ayuda a la difusión en las salasde arte y ensayo mediante una información sistemática delos 2.000 gerentes de salas de cine, miembros de la CICAEpara favorecer la circulación de la película premiada.ADEMÁS• EP2C Postproduction training program aconsejará enmateria de coordinación internacional de postproducción alresponsable de la postproducción de la película premiada.Por otra parte, EP2C ofrecerá una ayuda que cubrirá losgastos de viaje de uno de los productores de una de laspelículas seleccionadas que desee participar en el workshopde Postproduction y cuya candidatura sea retenida.• Le MARCHÉ DU FILM (Festival de Cannes) ofreceacreditaciones para el mercado de un valor de 317€(impuestos incluidos) a 2 productores de una películaseleccionada• INSTITUTO CERVANTES organiza una difusión internacional através de la red mundial de los Institutos Cervantes.• La RÉGION MIDI-PYRÉNÉES apoya Cine en Construccióny Cine en Desarrollo y contribuye a la presencia delos directores y productores cuyas películas fueronseleccionadas así como a la de los profesionales del cine queparticipan a estos dispositivos de ayuda a la coproducción ya la post producción.PRIX CINÉMA ENCONSTRUCTION 21 TOULOUSELe PRIX CINÉMA EN CONSTRUCTION TOULOUSE, le PRIX SPéCIALCINÉ+ en construction et le PRIX DES DISTRIBUTEURS ETEXPLOITANTS sont remis lors de Cinéma en Construction dansle cadre des 24èmes Rencontres Cinémas d’Amérique Latine deToulouse (23 mars-1er avril 2012).Le PRIX CINÉMA EN CONSTRUCTION TOULOUSE consisteen prestations de services de post-production des entreprisespartenaires, une bourse destinée à des travaux de postproductionréalisés en France, et des services et initiatives depromotion du film lauréat.• Le CENTRE NATIONAL DE LA CINÉMATOGRAPHIE ET DEL’IMAGE ANIMÉE (CNC) attribuera une bourse d’aide à lafinition d’un des projets d’une valeur de 10 000 € qui serviraà la prise en charge de travaux de postproduction en France.• MAC’TARI offrira un service de prestations sonores, montageson ou mixage, à hauteur de 15 000 €.• TITRA FILM offrira des prestations de sous-titrage multilingue,DCP, duplication et copie vers DVD pour un montant de 3.000 €• La CAISSE CENTRALE D’ACTIVITÉS SOCIALES DU PERSONNELDES INDUSTRIES ELECTRIQUES ET GAZIERES (CCAS) offriraune résidence de 5 semaines au lauréat pour qu’il puisseassurer la post-production ou la promotion du film en France.• EAUX VIVES assurera la coordination de la post-productiondu film lauréat avec les entreprises partenaires du Prix ce quicomprend 4 semaines de suivi de la post-production pour unmontant équivalent de 8.600 €.• FIREFLY mettre à disposition gratuitement une suite logiciellequi est un logiciel d’étalonnage colorimétrique permettant untravail collaboratif, sur un même site ou sur des sites distants.• COMMUNE IMAGE mettra à disposition une salle de cinémaéquipée d’un projecteur numérique et d’une consoled’étalonnage Firefly Cinema ou le même type de prestationen salle de montage image pour 10 jours. Pour un montantéquivalent de 17.000€ dans le premier cas et 10.000€ dansle second.PRIX spécial «CINÉ +» EN CONSTRUCTIONLa chaîne de televisión CINÉ + garantit au film qui recevra le PrixCINE + son achat par la chaîne pour un montant de 15.000 € etsa diffusion sur l’antenne. Ce montant sera versé au distributeursous réserve que le film fasse l’objet d’une exploitationcommerciale en salle sur le territoire français dans les deuxans suivant la projection du film dans le cadre de Cinéma enConstruction.PRIX DES DISTRIBUTEURS ET EXPLOITANTS européens• EUROPA DISTRIBUTION s’engage à promouvoir le film primédans son réseau de 110 membres, et plus particulièrementauprès des 35 distributeurs européens membres du projetEuropa Distribution International (EDI). This sum willbe given to the distributor on condition that this film will becommercially exhibited in French theatres within the first twoyears following the Cinéma en Construction screening.EUROPEAN AND DISTRIBUTORS AND EXHIBITORS AWARD• EUROPA DISTRIBUTION is commited to promote theawarded film among its 110 members network and speciallyamong their 35 european distributors members of EuropaDistribution International (EDI). Within the framework ofEDI, private screenings of the awarded film will be organizedin the CINANDO screening room. A financial bonus will beattributed in turn to the distributors members of EDI thatcompromised themselves to distribute the winning movie.• La CONFÉDÉRATION INTERNATIONALE DES CINÉMAS D’ARTET D’ESSAI (CICAE) supports the distribution of the moviethrough a systematic information procedure towards the2,000 CICAE member venues. It is an incentive for distributioncompanies to market the film awarded and a way to betterpromote its circulation• furthermore• EP2C Postproduction training program will advisethe person in charge of the postproduction of the winningmovie in terms of international postproduction coordination.On the other hand, EP2C will cover the travel expenses for aproducer among the selected Cinéma en Construction filmsto take part in their Postproduction’s workshop. In order tobenefit from this grant, the producer will have to present hiscandidacy and been retained.• Le MARCHÉ DU FILM (Cannes Festival) offers marketaccreditations (worth 317€ - including tax) to 2 producers• INSTITUTO CERVANTES organise international screeningthroughout their worldwide network.• La RÉGION MIDI-PYRÉNÉES support Cinéma en Constructionand Cinéma en Développement by contributing towardsthe presence of film directors and producers (whose filmshave been selected) as well as cinema professionals(co-production and post-production) who attend thosemeetings.
