<strong>Instructions</strong> <strong>pour</strong> l’obtention <strong>du</strong> <strong>certificat</strong> <strong>phytosanitaire</strong>En Belgique, le contrôle <strong>phytosanitaire</strong> était gratuit jusqu’en novembre 2005. Depuis, unArrêté Royal, relatif au financement de l’ A.F.S.C.A.
