Usinage l Bearbeit<strong>un</strong>g l Machining<strong>La</strong> "<strong>bonne</strong> à <strong>tout</strong> faire" :<strong>un</strong> <strong>concept</strong> <strong>qui</strong> s'étend…Si Crevoisier SA (Les Genevez, Suisse) s'est développégrâce au <strong>concept</strong> de la petite machine de meulage, de polissageet de terminaison de table (la <strong>bonne</strong> à <strong>tout</strong> faire ouposte autonome) <strong>qui</strong> s'adapte aux besoins des utilisateurs,c'est en poussant ce <strong>concept</strong> bien plus loin que l'entreprisedéveloppe et produit des machines d'usinage et de terminaisonainsi que des systèmes d'automatisation. Mais toujours,le besoin du client est au cœur d'<strong>un</strong> développement basé surdes modules interchangeables et éprouvés. Pour en savoirplus, rencontre avec Messieurs Philippe Crevoisier, administrateuret Didier Migy, technico-commercial.éléments éprouvés dans ce domaine. Comme pour l'étape depréparation, la machine peut être alimentée et déchargée àl'aide du système de chargement "maison" (voir plus bas).Troisième nouveauté, le centre de terminaison C 400B 2èmegénération. Cette machine est également é<strong>qui</strong>pée d'<strong>un</strong>e tourelleporte-outils. Tous les accessoires des lapidaires (<strong>bonne</strong>à <strong>tout</strong> faire) sont complètement compatibles. L'ergonomie detravail est, comme toujours chez Crevoisier, particulièrementsoignée. M. Crevoisier nous dit d'emblée :« Dès le début nous avons voulu donner de l'autonomie à nosmachines de production, dès lors travailler au niveau du chargementet du déchargement était logique. Migyajoute : « Toutes les machines <strong>qui</strong> <strong>qui</strong>ttent Les Genevez sontmises en train et des pièces des clients ont été produites à leursatisfaction avant que les machines ne soient envoyées ».Nouveaux produitsL'innovation a fait la réputation de l'entreprise franc-montagnarde,mais qu'en est-il aujourd'hui. Lors de ma visite, j'ai puentrevoir trois nouvelles machines ! Premièrement, le modèleC480 à 7 axes CNC doté d'<strong>un</strong>e tourelle porte-outils (capablede recevoir des meules, des bandes abrasives ou desbrosses). Ce centre de terminaison axé rectification est largementdimensionné de manière à pouvoir faire face à <strong>tout</strong>esles exigences, notamment en termes de rigidité et de qualitédans l'usinage de matériaux coriaces. M. Migy précise : « Lesnouveaux matériaux utilisés en horlogerie comme le saphir,la céramique ou le métal dur sont très exigeants et nous voulionsêtres certains de disposer d'<strong>un</strong>e machine parfaitementadaptée, avec le C480 c'est chose faite ».Deuxième nouveauté, le robot de polissage C460. Ce centrede polissage est construit autour d'<strong>un</strong> robot et d'<strong>un</strong>e tourelleporte-outils (brosses et cotons). <strong>La</strong> <strong>concept</strong>ion de base estla même que pour les centres de meulage et fait appel auxpossible de passer d'<strong>un</strong> système vacuum à <strong>un</strong> serrage parpince ou étau en quelques secondes. Une caméra permetde repérer le positionnement des pièces et d'en garantir lasaisie. Les outils à fixation centrale ou de type HSK sont égalementrapidement changés.Le programme réalisé en temps masqué est chargé dans lamachine en quelques secondes également. Passer d'<strong>un</strong>esérie à <strong>un</strong>e autre est d'<strong>un</strong>e grande simplicité. De nombreuxclients réalisent des séries de pièces aussi petites que quelquescentaines de pièces.Le système intégré de calibrage permet de contrôler l'usinageau fil du temps et de recentrer les outils ou alors de retaillerles meules pour réinitialiser la production. L'utilisation statistiqueest bien évidemment possible.37 axes, <strong>qui</strong> dit mieux ?Le développement sur mesure de machines d'usinage etde terminaison fonctionne de manière très simple en apparence,le client souhaite réaliser <strong>un</strong>e pièce et l'entreprise luicrée <strong>un</strong>e machine adaptée. M. Crevoisier précise : « Nousavons développé <strong>un</strong> large savoir-faire dans ce domaine, maisnous restons dans notre champ de compétences <strong>qui</strong> est lamicrotechnique et la micromécanique ». L'entreprise ne souhaitedonc pas réaliser "n'importe quelle machine" et c'estcompréhensible, car la notion de qualité et de fiabilité doitêtre toujours présente et pour ce faire, l'utilisation d'élémentsstandards à l'entreprise est nécessaire.Une des machines les plus imposantes développée en collaborationavec le client est destinée à la réalisation de maillonsde bracelets de montres. Cette machine est alimentée entorche. Deux commandes numériques FANUC montées enparallèle permettent de gérer la production à l'aide des 37axes. <strong>La</strong> programmation reste simple puisque chaque postede travail est programmé indépendamment.No 372 (5/2010)25▲
Robot <strong>un</strong>iverselL'<strong>un</strong>ité de palettisation et de robotisation développée parl'entreprise est complètement autonome et peut être reliéeà n'importe quelle machine. M. Questionné quant àl'importance de ce domaine pour l'entreprise, M. Cette contrainte liée à la distancerejaillit immédiatement sur les clients suisses et européensde l'entreprise puisqu'ils bénéficient de cette qualitéet fiabilité. Si l'on ouvre la porte d'<strong>un</strong>e machine, on est surpris par l'impressionde rigidité et de solidité ressentie, pas que l'ouverturesoit difficile, au contraire, les portes glissent d'<strong>un</strong>e manièrefeutrée mais l'impression générale est hautement positive. M.Crevoisier nous dit : « Nous produisons à 85% en interne etnous bénéficions d’<strong>un</strong> réseau de sous traitants <strong>qui</strong> sont desvéritables partenaires, et nos composants sont de premièrequalité.
