COMMUNICATION<strong>2009</strong> <strong>CIK</strong>-<strong>FIA</strong> <strong>World</strong> <strong>Cup</strong> <strong>for</strong> <strong>KF3</strong> (Sarno-Napoli/ITA)NEW CLASSIFICATIONThe Stewards of the <strong>2009</strong> <strong>CIK</strong>-<strong>FIA</strong> <strong>World</strong> <strong>Cup</strong> <strong>for</strong> <strong>KF3</strong> have published a <strong>new</strong> <strong>classification</strong> of the eventfurther to the failure of the Entrants EGP Racing (Driver No. 114, Andreas Sebastian Hansen) and MichelGuibbert (Driver No. 156, Enzo Guibbert) to confirm their appeals.At this event, the Panel of Stewards, on the basis of a report from the Technical Delegate which ascertainedthat the exhaust manifold did not comply with the regulations, had excluded from their respective qualifyingheats the Drivers No. 114 (heat A-B) and 156 (heat C-D), as well as other Drivers <strong>for</strong> a similar reason.The Entrants of the Drivers No. 114 and 156 had lodged an appeal against the Stewards’ decision of exclusion.For lack of confirmation of the appeals, the Stewards have ratified the exclusion of the a<strong>for</strong>ementionedDrivers from the heats concerned and proceded correlatively to their exclusion from the <strong>classification</strong> of theFinal. Consequently, the <strong>classification</strong> of the event is modified from the fourth place onwards.* * * * * * * *Coupe du Monde <strong>CIK</strong>-<strong>FIA</strong> <strong>2009</strong> de <strong>KF3</strong> (Sarno-Napoli/ITA)NOUVEAU CLASSEMENTLes Commissaires Sportifs de la Coupe du Monde <strong>CIK</strong>-<strong>FIA</strong> <strong>2009</strong> de <strong>KF3</strong> ont publié un nouveau classementde l’épreuve, suite au défaut de confirmation d’appels des Concurrents EGP Racing (Pilote n° 114, AndreasSebastian Hansen) et Michel Guibbert (Pilote n° 156, Enzo Guibbert).Lors de cette épreuve, le Collège des Commissaires Sportifs, sur base d’un rapport du Délégué Techniqueétablissant une non-con<strong>for</strong>mité du collecteur d’échappement, avait exclu de leurs manches qualificativesrespectives les Pilotes n° 114 (manche A-B) et 156 (manche C-D), ainsi que d’autres Pilotes pour une raisonsimilaire.Les Concurrents des Pilotes n° 114 et 156 avaient interjeté appel de la décision d’exclusion des CommissairesSportifs.À défaut de confirmation d’appel, les Commissaires Sportifs ont entériné l’exclusion desdits Pilotes des manchesconcernées et ont procédé corrélativement à leur exclusion du classement de la Finale.
