Celui-ci va apporter les calories surles têtes de buses, ne nécessitant pas l’utilisation de colliers de tête. Une seule zone de régulation seranécessaire par buse.- L’étanchéité de l’interface "Bloc chaud / buses" est réalisée sans joint. Cette conception impose derespecter rigoureusement les modalités de construction et les tolérances d’ajustement recommandées.- Prévoir le repérage des buses avec leur logement, lors de la construction du moule.BLOCS ET BUSES RPMontage des blocs chauds.-En appui sur les buses, des vis de positionnement maintiennent le bloc chaud en place. elles doiventêtre serrées modérément. Des entretoises garantissent la planéité du montage.-Un jeu fonctionnel compris entre 0,05 et 0,1 mm doit être prévu entre les rondelles d’appui et la semellepour permettre la dilatation du bloc.- Les blocs sont centrés dans l’axe du moule et orientés à une extrémité, afin d’assurer l’alignementdes orifices d’alimentation.5-11 v2.i27
