LA FONCTION D’ETUDESLe SAEIV (Système d’Aide à l’Exploitation et à l’Information Voyageurs)En réponse à la loi sur l’accessibilité, la Communauté de Communes a souhaité doter le réseau BAAG d’un systèmed’information voyageurs (SIV) moderne et performant ainsi que d’un système à l’exploitation (SAE) à destination desconducteurs des bus et des exploitants du réseau.En fonction des modifications apportées au réseau depuis la dernière enquête Origine/Destination, KEOLIS Abbeville apréconisé à la Communauté de Communes, un certain nombre d’arrêts à équiper de bornes SAEIV.La collectivité a également souhaité associé Keolis à la rédaction du cahier des charges relatif à l’appel d’offres.La société GORBA a été retenu pour ce projet, géré et financé par la Communauté de Communes de l’Abbevillois.11
