h = za dlan<br />

T = žlica (15 ml)<br />

t = čajna žlička (5 ml)<br />

g = grami<br />

m = mililitri<br />

kruhki s prekajeno skušo (za 1 osebo)<br />

2 fileti kuhane prekajene skuše<br />

3 rezine polnozrnatega kruha<br />

4 češnjev paradižnik, polovice<br />

1 h vodna kreša<br />

preliv:<br />

2 T kisla smetana<br />

½ t naribana limonina lupinica<br />

½ t limonin sok<br />

1 t črni poper<br />

Preliv zmešajte v posodi. Hladite 2 uri. Rezine skuše položite na kos kruha, jih pokrijte s<br />

paradižnikom in vodno krešo ter dodajte drugo rezino kruha. Pecite 2-3 minute. Po jedi polijte<br />

preliv.<br />
