Avant-propos
La publication "NOTES" - résultat d'une collaboration étroite entre les services de la Direction
bibliothèque, recherche et documentation - comprend les références aux notes de doctrine relatives
aux arrêts de la Cour de justice et du Tribunal de première instance des Communautés européennes
depuis leur création.
Les arrêts sont classés par juridiction et par ordre de numéro d'affaire, tandis que les références aux
notes sont classées par ordre chronologique de parution. A la fin du volume, une table chronologique
des arrêts annotés permet de retrouver aisément le numéro d'affaire de l'arrêt dont on ne connaîtrait
que la date.
Figurent dans la présente publication toutes les notes recensées à la date du 31 mars 2000.
Preface
The publication "NOTES" - the product of close collaboration between the different sections of the
Library, Research and Documentation Directorate - contains references to annotations by legal
commentators of the judgments delivered by the Court of Justice and the Court of First Instance of the
European Communities.
The judgments of each Court are listed separately according to case number. The references to the
notes are listed in chronological order of publication. At the end of the volume, a chronological table
of the judgments annotated enables the reader to locate easily the case number of the judgment when
only the date is known.
This publication contains references to all annotations recorded by 31st March 2000 of judgments
delivered since the setting up of the two Courts.
