the inspiring queens of Africa,
Ana Nzinga is known for her
beauty and her political, military
and diplomatic skills. The story
goes that she was born with the
umbilical cord wrapped around
her neck, predestining a noble life
and that her father, an important
king, authorized her to assist him
in ruling the kingdom. In line with
its historical elements, note the

Bridge. The suspension bridge
located in Matadi, Democratic
Republic of Congo, is the longest

this tourist attraction was
completed in 1983.

Ciseki means plant that grows
naturally, which is the case of
the hibiscus, particularly in Côte
d’Ivoire. Known since ancient
times, the hibiscus is sought
after in Asia, Africa and Europe
for its decorative and medicinal
properties.

The printed cloth KOTILAM is a
garment usually worn by great
notables. It’s a symbol of dignity.
It is bordered with checkers, either
rectangular or square. The NKOL
is the main terminal strip. Its
width varies considerably. In the
usual loincloth or printed fabric,
the attention is drawn to this part
(nkol) by loading it with beading
or strips of skin.
