Our coolhunting team is thankful for the task, that
we have the opportunity to be creative and try
everything we want to do. We are thankful for the

I'm Paulina Gundlach, 22 years old and from
Germany. My oppinion about the world, the
future and the sustainibility is, that we need
to work on us now. When I am going
shopping I always have a seperate bag with
me to put the grocerys or clothes in there.
So I try to use everything moreoften.

recent news of either general
interest (i.e. daily newspapers) or of
a specific topic (i.e. political or trade

A news article can include accounts
of eyewitnesses to the happening
event. It can contain photographs,
accounts, statistics, graphs,
recollections, interviews, polls,
debates on the topic, etc.
The writer can use redirection to
ensure that the reader keeps reading
the article and to draw her attention
to other articles.

WHAT IS
COOLHUNTING?
Companies are always chasing the newest trends to
increase their profits and gather new customers,
because trends are a general development of people
into a certain direction. This direction is of significant
importance to companies as it allows them to
understand their customers desires which therefore
makes it easier to design desirable
products.Therefore, companies are becoming more
open towards coolhunting as coolhunting is a market
research methodology that tries to predict the future
and find trends before they emerge. This type of
market research is mostly aimed at teenagers and
fashion trends as they do not respond well to direct
or targeted advertising. Other approaches entail
entering online chats and posing as a member of the
target market to find out what the target market
wants or to pay coolhunters to visit popular places
and talk loudly about certain products.
By Group
Pictures from the Intenet
However, more conservative methods
are also used in coolhunting, in which a
coolhunting firm collects data on the
youth demographic and sells the
information to other companies, which
hope to discover the next big thing in the
data. Many of the world’s largest
companies are employing their own
coolhunting departments to stay ahead
of the competition. All this raises the
question on what trends will shake up
the Arts and Culture sector in the next
years. An incredibly big trend that
already started a few years ago was a
cultural shift towards sustainability.
Sustainability is a vast topic nowadays
that seeped into every aspect of our lives
and isn´t expected to fade away in the
near future. Rather it is the source of
new upcoming trends.
Value Proposition, why should a
company have one?
BY THE GROUP
Nowadays more and more people are
interested in what a company stands for.
They don´t want to go to a grey boring shop
that doesn´t have a name or message,
because the people do not feel involved in
their product. This is why companies need
value propositions. This refers to a value
promised to a customer with the delivery of
a product or service if they choose to buy
said product or service. However, a value
proposition is so much more than that. It is a
declaration of a company’s soul that
introduces a company’s brand to the
customer by explaining them what they it
stands for, how it operates and why they
deserve the customers time and money. This
value proposition is presented in a company
´s name or their slogan and if it is worded
compelling a company can secure a
customer’s trust and business.
The value proposition also convinces
the customer that a product is better
than a similar product from a different
company. This is also why it is
incredibly important to know exactly
what the customer wants or looks for.
The customers interest can be
researched through methods like
coolhunting.There are multiple
companies that were incredibly
successful in creating captivating
value propositions.

WHAT IS OUR STRATEGY?
Our Strategy is the ST Strategy, because we want to minimize the threats
with our strengths. We can’t ignore and prevent the threats, because we
can’t influence them, so we need to be positive about them and make
the best out of it. We cannot change the threats and just ignore them, we
need to take our strengths to influence them. So we are flexible and
have a good teamwork. If something goes wrong, we can just change it
and make the event great. We are creative and everybody knows how to
work and what their tasks are so we can improvise and make a great
event. We are creative so if the technique is not working, we will figure
something out and improvise. There always need to be a plan B.
What is the Trend
of 2019?
It's natural for friendships to come and go as you
change and learn more about yourself. If it's time
to move on, let your friendship drift apart
gradually, rather than fighting. Remember, Levine
says, “A best friend today can easily become a
frenemy tomorrow.”
“You can downgrade the friendship by being less
available and spending less time with the person,”
Levine says. “This can be difficult if the decision
is one-sided, but it's important not to hurt or
blame the other person. You have to think about
how it will affect other mutual friendships. When
you dump someone, there's no going back.”

SUSTAINABILITY
is Sustainibiliy?
What
Sustainability focuses on three main parts:
the environment, social aspect and the
economy. We need to take care about our
environment of the present to still have a
green future for our next generation. Pay
attention to how you treat the world and
think about how much garbage you
necessarily produce. Economy is already
trying to change the world in being more
sustainable, for instance, changing plastic
bags into paper. Think about yourself and
how you can start to change the world. If
not, the future will not be as great as it is
now.

How many liberal bloggers does it take to change a lightbulb?
A Joke
Ten. Six to post on Facebook asking their friends to sign a petition to change the bulb. One to send
positive vibes to the bulb, hoping that it will realize its wayward ways and change itself through free
choice. One to accept the bulb just as it is, knowing that the only path to change is through selfactualization.
One to write a screenplay adapted for a novella about why the bulb must change, and one
to ‘accidentally’ hit the bulb with a stick and pull out an LED from their back pocket to replace the broken
one.

magazines) They are generally published on a regular
schedule and contain a variety of content. They are
generally financed by advertising, by a purchase price, by
prepaid subscriptions, or a combination of the three. At its
root, the word "magazine" refers to a collection or storage
location. In the case of written publication, it is a
collection of written articles.
This explains why magazine publications share the word
root with gunpowder magazines, artillery magazines,
firearms magazines, and, in various languages although not
English, retail stores such as department stores.
By definition, a "magazine" paginates with each issue
starting at page three, with the standard sizing being 8
3/8" x 10 7/8". However, in the technical sense a "journal"
has continuous pagination throughout a volume. Thus
Business Week, which starts each issue anew with page
one, is a magazine, but the Journal of Business
Communication, which starts each volume with the winter
issue and continues the same sequence of pagination
throughout the coterminous year, is a journal. Some
professional or trade publications are also peer-reviewed,
an example being the Journal of Accountancy.
